You've just found your new favorite rental home! This wonderful beach cottage is an elevated 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home with updates throughout. Wake up for your morning coffee and listen to the waves crash on the beach from the screened in porch with views of the ocean. This home has everything you need for a vacation to remember. The large living area has vaulted ceilings, a beautiful decorative fireplace (non functioning), and a large Flat Screen TV and Blu-Ray player. A new dining set and matching bar stools provides dining space for the whole family. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, along with all of the standard small kitchen appliances, cookware, and dishware necessary to prepare a home cooked meal.

The master bedroom features a King bed, large walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. A sliding door leads from the master bedroom to the screened in porch on the front of the house with views of the beach. 2 queen bedrooms are located on each side of the 2nd full bathroom, and have comfortable beds with new bedding. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, with an attached half bath. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV as well as a Blu-Ray Player.

Outdoor living is where this home shines, with a large screened in porch on the front of the home, and a large balcony on the rear of the home, featuring an outdoor dining area and gas grill. Below is the pool (heated during the season) with an expanded pool deck and an outdoor shower. Spend the day at the beach, and relax at home by the pool while grilling dinner, it's what vacation is about.

When it comes to sheer variety, North Forest Beach rentals are hard to beat. Their uniqueness is found in the fact that they’re located within walking distance to the beach, while still remaining close to high-quality shopping, dining, and entertainment options. That means that if (for some outlandish reason) you tire of soaking up the sun on our 12 miles of pristine beaches, you’ll never be lacking alternative entertainment choices.

    This unit is a cute beach house - weathered but comfortable. Kitchen was great and very well stocked (even good, sharp knives). The pool area was a little grown up, and previous renters had left some trash in a couple of the perimeter areas. New furnace filter probably needed = Master bath had some dust on the walls that needed attention. Overall a good experience - we would rent this again.

    4 Nighthawk is located north of Coligny Circle; in a very private neighborhood, and just a 3-5 min walk to the beach. The home is in decent shape, but is obviously rented often and used fairly hard. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc., however there are no spices. The beds were all very comfortable, great living space, and the pool was clean. The only negatives... drains need to be cleaned, Master-bath wall is very dusty, and the electrical system is a little odd throughout the home. All else is fantastic and we look forward to returning.

    WE FOUND THE HOUSE TO BE TRULY A WAS COZY AS WELL AS HAVING PLENTY OF ROOM. THE POOL WAS SO CONVENIENT FOR NIGHT OR DAY SWIMMING. WE ALL LOVED THE BEACH DECOR AND THE SHORT STROLL TO THE BEACH.OUR SHELTIES ENJOYED THE YARD AND ALL THE WONDERFUL SHADE. WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO HILTON HEAD FOR 39 YEARS AND THIS WAS ONE OF OUR MOST FAVORITE STAYS. MANY THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We stayed in this house a couple of weeks ago (family of 5) and would highly recommend it. Could sleep two more people comfortably.
    The house is perfect for a family vacation. There is lots of living space, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for any meal. The washer, drier is perfect and the AC worked really well too. There were plenty of towels provided and we found the house very clean and tidy.
    This house was a perfect location for the beach, beach chairs are provided and are easy to carry on the 5 minute walk to the beach. Bikes are provided too if you fancy an early morning or evening bike ride on the beach or you want to go visit the shops at Coligny Plaza.
    The beach is just fabulous - soft sand leads to hard sand which is perfect for beach games and the water was amazing, no stones and very little current.
    We loved nothing more than relaxing in the pool at the house in the early afternoon.
    If you don’t fancy the beach everyday the sun loungers at the pool are perfect for sun bathing!
    We grilled every night, the bbq is fantastic! A great choice of grocery stores, all in a 5 - 20 minute car ride… would recommend Kroger and Whole foods Market. Starbucks 10 minute car ride from the house.
    There is ample room to eat out on the deck or dine inside.
    We had no issues so did not need to call the agent.
    We had a really fabulous time!

    Our stay at 4 Night Hawk was a perfect family vacation. The house was great and the location very convenient to the beach and Coligny Square. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was an added bonus. We also enjoyed having bicycles available with the house rental. The only shortcoming was that the 3rd bathroom was only a 1/2 bath. 3 full baths would have been preferable.

    The house was just perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. The pool was sparkly and since it was only about 4ft. deep at its deepest end,Grandma wasn't worried about watching the little ones. Plenty of seating in living room and great little screened in porch off MB.Perfect location for beach, biking, shopping.

    we were very impressed with the area - very quiet and very close to the beach - we brought our dogs down and found everything very dog friendly - which my wife was thrilled about. One thing - speaking of dogs - my wife found and cleaned up a number of previous dog droppings in the back yard - might want to mention to your previous guests or cleaning co. to keep an eye on that. Other than that minor inconvenience - a great time!
