We absolutely loved our stay here! The beach path is visible from the driveway so our sunrise beach strolls were very easy to get to. The house itself was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We would definitely return!

This was a first time renting a house on HHI. This was a great house, very close to the beach! The house was clean, and roomy. It did meet all of our needs. We had brought our dog, it was nice to have the yard fenced, and a back door, to bring him in and clean him off. It's does need some updates, but overall we would definitely rent this home again.

Let’s start with the positives of this house: location to beach is outstanding! As well as the easy ability to bike to shopping & restaurants.
But the house overall is showing the wear & tear of the ocean environment. The exterior is in need of some care. The landscaping needs to be more people & pet friendly. (to many materials and tripping hazards) the interior is dated, the kitchen is inadequate and needs to be updated from materials to layout and appliances are in mediocre condition. Some outlets didn’t work. Both bathrooms are also in need of major updating.
HHI has been our go to destination for many years now so we’ve stayed in many different homes. While the location was fantastic the home needs major updating.

We really enjoyed this property. The location is great. Very short and easy walk to the beach. The pool was also nice. The house is very open and bright. The kitchen is large and plenty space for cooking and eating in. Some of the outdoor furniture could use replacing and the front door sticks causing a loud squeak when opening up the door. Downstairs bathroom door did not lock but really wasn't a problem for us.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach house. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had no maintenance issues while we were there. The check in/check out process was great. Loved the heated pool and how close the house is to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is just steps from the beach! It is in a perfect location. The outside is what makes this house. The pool/sitting area is awesome. The house overall is like most beach houses - it needs certain updates but in general it was very nice and clean. Some cons are: The refrigerator takes a few days to get cooled down and the upstairs beds are not that good. But overall it is a very nice house and I would definitely stay again and recommend to stay at 3 Night Hawk!

This rental was perfect for our family 5 plus our dog. The yard is a nice size and completely fenced in. The beach access is right at the end of the street and the neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. We would definitely rent again!

Sign us up again - second time renting this house and we’re ready for more. Perfect size for a single family, short walk to the beach, beach is not overly crowded, short bike ride to Coligny Plaza, included bikes were fantastic and made it simple, and wonderful pool for our private use. Great family time and a very relaxing week! Thank you!

Stayed here with my family, great house location is perfect. Fenced yard great for the dog. Kitchen could be a little better organized, only 2 upper cabinets for all plates, cups etc. that would not stop me from staying there again.

Location was great. The furniture was a little tired and dusty. The kitchen could use a fresh update of cabinets and cooking utensils. We traveled with 4 adults and two kids. The smaller bedroom is perfect for smaller children. I would not recommend the smaller bedroom for adults. Swimming pool was relaxing. Used the gas grill to prepare several meals.

We have traveled to Hilton Head Island nearly every summer since our children were toddlers. This year we took our kids and our first grandbaby! We had a great week and were so sad when it was time to go home. We loved this rental! Great location and close to the beach access. Pool was great! The open layout of the house is a plus especially when you have multiple families. One small complaint...box springs in upstairs room are noisy when turning over or changing positions. We will definitely book this rental again!!

Nice beach style home a few houses from private beach entrance in north Forrest beach. perfect for our family of 2 plus our dog but would be fine for 2 couples and kids . Pool was nice and heated was a plus. In my opinion this house meets all the requirements, in great location close to Coligny but still residential so beach not as crazy during busy season , pool , 4 free bicycles, pet friendly, and basically a few steps from beach access , bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well , nice large flat screened TVs . This is a smaller house compared to some of the larger ones in the area ( no elevators, pool tables ,pool side bars , butlers, lol ) . A few negatives , sofa nearing end of life , windows need cleaning.

I rented this house for myself, my siblings and their kids, and my Aunt and Uncle to visit HHI for a post-Christmas/New Years getaway. Very nice place, suited the nine people well. Great neighborhood, easy stroll to the beach. Bikes were a great addition and got a lot of use. Will book again!

Carla was very helpful in getting us another rental (this one) when 1 week before our original property became unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
3 Night Hawk’s location in proximity to the beach and Coligny area was perfect.
Property could use a good cleaning especially dusting in high areas and floor corners and behind furniture. I would rent this property again.

Our time in Hilton Head was amazing! The house was in a great location, we could bike everywhere and the beach was 3 houses away. Our house was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. We were very pleased!

First off, it is tough to beat that location for the price. You can easily see the beach entrance from your driveway. The pool was a perfect size for a few kids playing and a few adults sun bathing. Plus, there was plenty of sun on the pool the entire day. The house was in pretty good condition overall and was clean when we got there. The kitchen had ample pots, pans, and Tupperware and we were able to cook every meal at the house. The grill starter needed to be replaced and even though it wasn’t able to be completed during our stay, they were super responsive. He showed up to our house in 10 minutes to check on the issue and bought us a long lighter to use in the meantime. The upstairs beds are very squeaky and could use replacing, but overall the rooms were fine. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. The house was marginal for the price paid for the rental. It needs updating and remodeling. Lots of wasted space with uncomfortable furniture. The pool was great although small.

What a pleasant home!
Imaginative decorating touches and comfortable living and dining areas. Master bedroom included a king sized, comfortable mattress, nice bed linen goods, and a lighted leaded-glass window high above bed.
Kitchen was very clean with ample space, eating /cooking supplies and utensils. Bathrooms very clean. Home included games, brochures/magazines/books to read that were very helpful to plan activities since this was our first time to Hilton Head. Location is quiet, safe with quick access to trails and beach. Cable TV worked well. Ample grocery and restaurants nearby – although In driving around Hilton Head, the round-abouts have a bit of a learning curve 
This was a great place to experience and enjoy Hilton Head.

My wife, two children, in-laws and I stayed at this beautiful house for a week. We had a great time. Less than a block to the beach, a small pool that was great for relaxing, and great location near all the other fun things to do on the island. 10/10. Can't wait to stay here again.

Home was in perfect location, was perfect size for family of 6. Pool was nice to have especially for evening swim. Home was dated and furniture was older and uncomfortable. The inside of the home was not professionally cleaned. Kitchen is not conducive to cooking with little to no room or equipment. Plan on eating out every night. It was a last minute grab. The location is the savior for this house.
