Our family of three had a nice week here. The location is a 10-minute (slow) walk to the beach. There's a super convenient beach buggy to pack all your stuff. Or it's a 3-minute bike ride. So, so easy. Nice deck and pool, nice heated outdoor shower, comfy beds, large comfy living spaces. We really enjoyed our time here.

We had an enjoyable time with our first visit to Hilton Head, Sea Pines. The home we rented was very spacious and accommodating. However we were disappointed with a few things. The bicycles were not in the best condition. In one instance the bike handles fell downward unexpectantly and losing my balance, the bike fell into a bush causing several lacerations. The outside deck furniture was dirty. We wished we had a broom or blower to keep all the debris off of the outside deck and front porch. It was always full of tree debris and pollen.

My husband, boys, parents, and my son's golf teammate from Sweden came for a visit over Thanksgiving.
The house is delightful and has everything we could possibly need. I made Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was well stocked. There were several extra blankets to cuddle on the couch that were useful.

I wish we would have had a few extra bikes, but it was great that four were supplied with the house.

It was a very easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely outside space with relaxing pool. Pool not very big if you had full capacity though. quiet area & very close to beach. Husband biked to see sunrise every morning, which only takes minutes on the bike.

This home was a perfect location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Bike trails were accessible and the beach was maybe 3-4 minutes away riding a bike. The pool was a highlight as it was attractive, clean, and private. We appreciated a large main living area to hang out with family and play games or watch TV. There were numerous places to sit inside and out and multiple tables to choose from. Being able to bring our dogs made it perfect, and we cannot wait to return.

The beautiful house was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The property management company responded to phone calls and e-mails immediately and did a fantastic job. Hilton Head Island was incredible and we really enjoyed the shopping, dining, ocean, and our kayak tour in the Low Country tides area! From the first steps in this super clean and lovely house, we had an incredible vacation! This house met all of our needs and having our pet and a gorgeous pool was an added bonus too! We loved riding the bikes around Sea Pines and they were nice to take to the easy access entrance to the beach as well. We will definitely rent this house again!!

The house was, for the most part, very well maintained and furnished.
The pots and pans could use replacement as I don’t think many people want to used old scratched rusted non stick coating. I certainly didn’t and ended up buying 3 at home goods to use. Location is pretty convenient and walkable to beach. I did not use the pool but it was generally filled with leaves and debris. A pool maintenance company did come weekly but that wouldn’t be sufficient if it was being used. And I didn’t notice any pool tools.

Loved our stay at 6 Cannon Row! House is located in a quiet area and the walk to the beach was close enough to make more than one visit in a day. Along the scenic walking trails the pup and I encountered many friendly people. Inside the house, the kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. We did enjoy the deck with the lovely view through the sunny days. Rental agency was very responsive when we had questions.

We've stayed numerous places in Sea Pines over the years and this is a top choice. Clean, excellent location, new pool, back deck was great, outdoor shower by garage was very helpful, kitchen well stocked.

This property made our Christmas bright. The location is convenient for all of our favorite spots, the beach, the Sea Pines Club, and Harbour Town. The furnishings were very cozy and even a small lake in the back to do some casting.

We had four adults. Great vacation. House was clean which was most important to us. Nice living room, kitchen, tv, bedrooms, and outdoors was beautiful. A few negatives were guest bed mattresses were very uncomfortable but master bed was fine. Air vents were filthy, surprisingly since everything else seemed clean. Also, make sure you take EVERYTHING you need. There was enough TP, two dishwasher soaps, and one washer soap. All other kitchen needed except salt and pepper. This might be due to covid. Rental agency seemed very nice and responsive. The only reason we might not return is the uncomfortable guest beds. Nice location, easy to beach. Bikes too! Enjoy!

We’ve had many great stays on HHI. This home surpasses them all! The owners thought of everything, making it a comfortable, convenient, and fun stay for our family. Great space for kids and adults alike. Island Rentals was easily one of the better management companies we’ve worked with. My wife, our two shelties, and I spent a winter month here, for the second year in a row. Very pleasant neighborhood, quite a few dog friendly rentals, friendly permanent residents, very quiet and low traffic. Houses are fairly close together, but it doesn't feel that way with all the green and the layout. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Bike trails abound.

The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Everything very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. And quite bright, even when we had some gray weather. (The house was well heated when temps fell.)

And just like last year, Island Rentals was quick to respond to minor problems. Definitely a place I'd recommend renting from.

6 Cannon Row is quite inexpensive, compared to other comparable rentals in the area. Really a good deal.

Lovely back deck with view of the lagoon. Amazing location - close to beach, Harbour Town, and South Beach. Really can't say enough.

We rented 6 Cannon Row for our family beach vacation again. The house is a great location, 5 mins walk to the beach, less if you ride the bikes provided. House is well maintained and nicely decorated. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have been to HHI numerous times (and I once lived there). We loved the location. Perfect for our preteens and teens and for walking the dog to the beach. The house had tons of games and indoor entertainment for rainy days. Very quick bike ride/walk to the beach access. We loved the amenities and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The pool we could use is a long bike or short car ride away in South Beach, but that didn’t bother us. Out kids loved being close to the bike paths and riding all over Sea Pines. The only recommendation is a new carrier for the back of the bike. It’s seen better days! It was perfect for hauling our stuff to the beach, but no longer suitable for a small child (which we don’t have, so I didn’t call). Travis the property manager was very helpful.

We spent several weeks here and really enjoyed it.

The back deck is great. Birds everywhere, alligators in the lagoon, and although the houses are actually quite close together everywhere in the area, this deck has a real sense of privacy. And very comfortable deck furniture. Kitchen has plentiful counter space and an extra sink, plus a pantry for storage. Master bedroom has a comfy (if high) king bed, spacious closet, and double sink in the attached bathroom.

Neighborhood is very quiet, with the house located on a short dead end. The people we talked to were friendly but totally respected our privacy. The mailbox is at the intersection, three houses up the road. Beach access is available from near the end of Wagon Road, a fairly short walk or a very short bike ride.Sea Pines Preserve is about as good as it gets for hiking and bird watching, a short drive away. Coligney Beach is not much further, for those who like large social beaches.

The house has some minor issues, doors that do not close properly so as to latch, sliding screens that easily go off track (ditto for the sliding door in the shower), and the racoons are a real nuisance with the garbage. But none of these things made any difference to the enjoyment of our stay, and Island Rentals was outstanding in their willingness to take care of the little things that came up.

We like the house very much and plan to rent there again. But we are even more impressed with Island Rentals, and would always look to rent through them.

We stayed between Christmas and New Year's and loved the property! Canal out back where we spotted an alligator each day. Lovely deck to relax in the mild weather. House was very spacious and in wonderful condition. Just a nice walk by trail to the beach. Friendly neighbors too! We would definitely see if the property is available the next time we visit HHI!

We had a great week! The house is very well stocked with whatever you may need. The deck is a great place to hang out and drink coffee or cook out on the grill. It is a short walk to the beach. Located in Sea Pines is close to many activities and restaurants.

Thank you for your feedback, we will have housekeeping take care of the vent in the bathroom. Unfortunately, Sea Pines has implemented the $10 per day charge to park at the beach. There is no option for us to purchase advance passes for our guests, and this new fee was introduced just prior to summer beginning. This is unfortunately out of our control.

We stayed in this lovely home with friends in May/June of 2018. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The deck/patio was awesome and we sat every morning enjoying coffee and watching wildlife. Squirrels raiding the birdfeeders, birds entering and exiting their houses, and crocodiles in the lagoon. It was peaceful and quiet, and I will never stay anywhere but Sea Pines again. You can bike to Harbor Town in about 10-15 minutes through beautiful paths to shop or visit the bakery and ice cream shops, or book water activities. We biked to Salty Dawg as well. There are few places you can't get to from here. The beach is a very short walk or bike ride away. We usually stay right on the water, but I didn't mind at all. The owners provide 5 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and a cute beach wagon to haul your things (which comes in handy!). There is a big great room to watch TV (it never went on for us), there are puzzles and games for nighttime or when it rains. Be sure to try Hudson's on the bay if you go to HHI :). The only thing the owners could add would be a couple over the door towel hooks or something like that, we had several people but not enough places to hang towels :). Not a big deal, but an easy fix! We truly did not want to leave, and will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We found this home to be well laid out and spacious for the square footage. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plus more. Having bikes already there was a plus, too.
