This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is in a spectacular location, biking distance of the beach. It's situated in the Heritage Woods section of Sea Pines Plantation - just off the trail to the beach (only a ten-minute walk or a five-minute bike ride). The back deck is extremely spacious, and is perfect for barbecues. A large lagoon accents the surroundings, offering water views from inside and outside the house.

This picturesque setting is located in a warm and friendly neighborhood in Sea Pines. Bike trails surround the neighborhood making beach access accessible in minutes. It's also a very short bike ride to Harbour Town to the West, and to South Beach Marina to the south. The nearby Sea Pines Beach Club features a beach shop, restaurant and outdoor grill, an outdoor tropical bar, and nightly entertainment. There are two access paths to the beach that are closer (see map) and offer ocean tranquility and beach beauty along some of the most valuable residential property on the whole island.

A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the house. The home features new hardwood floors, newly renovated kitchen, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen area, a fireplace, and cathedral ceilings - all on one floor. The home has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and skylights. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the deck, a ceiling fan, and a fireplace. The dining area is separate, but open to the living room. The fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen is completely remodeled. With granite countertops and new tiling. There is a kitchen bar separating the kitchen from the breakfast and sitting area.

We spent several weeks here and really enjoyed it.

The back deck is great. Birds everywhere, alligators in the lagoon, and although the houses are actually quite close together everywhere in the area, this deck has a real sense of privacy. And very comfortable deck furniture. Kitchen has plentiful counter space and an extra sink, plus a pantry for storage. Master bedroom has a comfy (if high) king bed, spacious closet, and double sink in the attached bathroom.

Neighborhood is very quiet, with the house located on a short dead end. The people we talked to were friendly but totally respected our privacy. The mailbox is at the intersection, three houses up the road. Beach access is available from near the end of Wagon Road, a fairly short walk or a very short bike ride.Sea Pines Preserve is about as good as it gets for hiking and bird watching, a short drive away. Coligney Beach is not much further, for those who like large social beaches.

The house has some minor issues, doors that do not close properly so as to latch, sliding screens that easily go off track (ditto for the sliding door in the shower), and the racoons are a real nuisance with the garbage. But none of these things made any difference to the enjoyment of our stay, and Island Rentals was outstanding in their willingness to take care of the little things that came up.

We like the house very much and plan to rent there again. But we are even more impressed with Island Rentals, and would always look to rent through them.

We stayed between Christmas and New Year's and loved the property! Canal out back where we spotted an alligator each day. Lovely deck to relax in the mild weather. House was very spacious and in wonderful condition. Just a nice walk by trail to the beach. Friendly neighbors too! We would definitely see if the property is available the next time we visit HHI!

This was our 3rd stay at 6 Cannon Row and we absolutely love it. It's always clean and comfortable, the service the management company provides is excellent, morning coffee on the back deck is a delight, and the short walk to the beach makes this the perfect house.

We had a great week! The house is very well stocked with whatever you may need. The deck is a great place to hang out and drink coffee or cook out on the grill. It is a short walk to the beach. Located in Sea Pines is close to many activities and restaurants.

Would have liked a beach parking pass as parking 10$ each time. Mold around bathroom vent should be addressed.

Thank you for your feedback, we will have housekeeping take care of the vent in the bathroom. Unfortunately, Sea Pines has implemented the $10 per day charge to park at the beach. There is no option for us to purchase advance passes for our guests, and this new fee was introduced just prior to summer beginning. This is unfortunately out of our control.

We stayed in this lovely home with friends in May/June of 2018. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The deck/patio was awesome and we sat every morning enjoying coffee and watching wildlife. Squirrels raiding the birdfeeders, birds entering and exiting their houses, and crocodiles in the lagoon. It was peaceful and quiet, and I will never stay anywhere but Sea Pines again. You can bike to Harbor Town in about 10-15 minutes through beautiful paths to shop or visit the bakery and ice cream shops, or book water activities. We biked to Salty Dawg as well. There are few places you can't get to from here. The beach is a very short walk or bike ride away. We usually stay right on the water, but I didn't mind at all. The owners provide 5 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and a cute beach wagon to haul your things (which comes in handy!). There is a big great room to watch TV (it never went on for us), there are puzzles and games for nighttime or when it rains. Be sure to try Hudson's on the bay if you go to HHI :). The only thing the owners could add would be a couple over the door towel hooks or something like that, we had several people but not enough places to hang towels :). Not a big deal, but an easy fix! We truly did not want to leave, and will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We found this home to be well laid out and spacious for the square footage. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plus more. Having bikes already there was a plus, too.
