3 Sylvan Lane

Love this house! It doesn’t look like it from the outside but when you step in the house it is huge! The decor is beach themed and so cute! I cannot say enough great things about this house. The pool was clean and my kids loved that it had a shallow and deep end. The kitchen was open and easy for a few of us to cook in together. Only advice is pick up the parking pass before going to the house (we did not and paid an additional $20 for the week), bring your own pillows as the ones at the property are flat and not comfortable, bring your own spices and laundry detergent as there aren’t any there. This was our first trip to Hilton head and would stay at this house every time. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Pool was fabulous, the view of the 7th hole golfers provided live action entertainment for the golf lovers in our group, the proximity to the trolley for the beach, harbour town was within walking distance and the 4 bikes we had available to us were just a few reasons why our stay was fantastic! The house was a perfect size and very clean!

We had a wonderful stay at our rental! The layout of the house was comfortable and homey. We liked the open layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The 2 king rooms were large with comfortable beds. Not sure about the twins in the small bedroom. The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was screened in. We were unsure about what it would be like. We used the grill once and it was nice. We loved the location of the rental. It was very close to Harbor Town; we could walk, bike, or drive. We went there daily. The beach was a bit far, but taking the trolley was the way to do it! So convenient. We loved having the bikes included with the rental. Our only disappointment was that there was no recycling. Is this new for the island, the area, or the rental company? It’s a shame.

This is a lovely home, fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We enjoyed the bikes that were provided, as well as the pool and lanai. The home was very clean and nicely furnished. We would love to come again, but not during hurricane season. We left early due to the threat from Hurricane Ian. Our next visit will be in June. Thank you for opening your lovely home to my family.

I could not have been more pleased with my recent stay at 3 Sylvan Lane in Sea Pines. The home was impeccably clean and ready for occupancy upon my arrival. Getting my Sea Pines car pass and gaining entry to the house could not have been easier. My wife and I had two small mini-daschunds with us who also loved the place. The house is very close to Harbour Town and all the facilities of Sea Pines like the beach club, the nature preserve, the miles of bike paths and the golf courses. The home has been completely updated with a great, well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 3-1/2 baths. The pool, with screened-in lanai, was terrific. The use of 4 bikes was also a nice amenity. The property management company was the best I have ever encountered in all of my previous rentals, and I have rented many homes in the past. They were quick to respond and very professional! We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

This is a great house. We were very comfortable in this house. the layout offers a lot of space for a group to spread out. We also loved the master bedroom opening right out to the pool. We will stay here again

This house has amazing potential. It’s on a golf course, private, has a screened in pool. It’s almost perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and in a fantastic location. Loved that bikes were at the home upon arrival. However, the new owner will need to make some updates to the house to make it a five star. The master shower pressure was unbearable- my child started to scream, and refused to go back into the “prickly” shower; faucet didn’t work in one bathroom; plumbing seems outdated; sliding doors were very difficult to open and close (leaving us to get up and open the door every time a child needed to come in or out). The property manager was responsive once I was able to connect with him directly.

We loved this house and the layout is perfect. The master bath shower water pressure is honestly the best pressure we have ever had in a shower!! Not kidding! The pool was great although we didn’t get it heated as the fee was $500. I think that’s a crazy rate to charge for an October rental. The temps were still 80 degrees during the day. My son likes to swim in the evening but the water was way too cold. I asked for a reduced rate and got no reply. I had already booked the house so we felt stuck with a cold pool.
