This rental was bigger and better laid out than what was described in the write-up. Whole house on 1 floor was great, with 2 bedrooms on each end of the house. The 4 bikes was a nice touch.

This was our second stay at 1 Deer Run Lane and there were several upgrades made to the property. The enhancements were definitely nice. We loved the location and the inclusion of the bikes. The house was roomy for our large family and we had a great time. Definitely recommend.

We had a great trip. This house was great for our group. The layout is nice and we loved sitting outside on the patio. The only issue we had was the smoke detector randomly went off at 1am and nearly scared us all to death. We would stay here again.

The location and house amenities were exactly what we needed for the weekend. Even though the kitchen and bathrooms are dated everything worked and the house has a lot of space for 8 adults sharing the house.

Spacious house, easy access to bike path. House nice from outside. Seemed to have lots of 'random' furniture, kitchen stove top needed to be replaced. 2 rooms added on where apparently the garage used to be but without much thought to decorating; 1 bathroom had outside door to garbage & lack of proper finishing around door which let in bugs and spiders. Disappointed in quality of the house based on its location/ best part of house was screened porch

This is an excellent family house because of the large areas and furnishings. It could use a little TLC but the spaciousness and layout makes up a great deal for it. Very clean. Furniture is getting a little ragged but that's to be expected and can easily be overlooked for its convenience of location and usability. Very well stocked in the kitchen. I shouldn't even be mentioning all this because I want to keep the Play store ourselves. LOL

The property was large and fit our family of seven nicely. It was well equipped if somewhat rundown. The air conditioning broke but was quickly repaired. The refrigerator leaked and we had to place a towel under the door. The house could use some tlc but was overall a very nice place to stay.

We finally got the entire family on vacation: four different family units (3 sons) in one house for the week....in a place where everyone could do their thing - beach, bike, boat, relax - with their own bedroom and full bath and a huge family room/kitchen that allowed us to enjoy meals and time together. Aside from some dated appliances in the kitchen, hard to beat the value this place offers for a group.

This house was perfect for our needs. The walkways and space around the bexs were bigger than expected. Having everything on the vrohnd level was a key need for our family due to a member with limited mobility. Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful community.

Plenty of space, beds were comfortable, and all the bathrooms were in nice condition. The kitchen definitely could use some updates but had the basics. The location was wonderful. We used the bikes to go to lunch at Harbourtown and Sea Pines Shoppes and took many walks to the beach with our pup.I would recommend 1 Deer Run Lane.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to all of the Sea Pines amenities. The roomy house is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private, screened porch. The beach chairs and bikes are a great extra! Our entire family (ages 12-87) had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was amazing. The home was great with plenty of room for all of us. A huge amenity was the 4 bikes! The home is located in a very peaceful area, as Sea Pines is always a delight to visit. Thank you for giving my family this choice!

Loved this house!!! We came to Hilton Head to be with family at Christmas. This house was perfect! Very spacious, tons of room with lots of new updates including flooring and furniture. We saw deer every morning while having coffee. This was a treat for my husband. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor living space because of the extreme cold temperatures but it looked amazing and is huge. I would definitely rent this property again,. We loved the location and everything about it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The fact that bikes and extra chairs were provided were a great plus. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 min, but obviously faster if you're on a bike. I do agree with some other reviews about the cleanliness of the home but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.

The previous guests were obviously clueless or couldn't care less about the appropriate care of a rental.Island Rentals immediately worked with us to rectify the situation. From then on we had a wonderful stay at 1 Deer Run and will be back next year. The responsiveness of Island Rentals of Hilton Head us to rent with professional property management in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is awesome and having bikes provided allowed us to easily bike or walk to almost everything we wanted to do while we were there. We will definitely book again!

The house was nice, clean and well supplied. The only gripe would be the laminate flooring with the sand / gravel drive. It left the floors feeling gritty. Might help to add some area rugs. All and all it was a great home with plenty of space.

Loved the location of this house. Close to bike trails and between Harbor Town and Salty Dog. We had 8 people. 6 being young adults and there was plenty of space to spread out. A little older but that made it affordable and dog friendly. Would stay here again

Sea Pines is wonderful and this house was perfect for 6 adults. It has 2 family rooms plus 2 outdoor areas. The kitchen is large and easy to use and there are several areas to sit for meals. Location is great for cycling to South Beach area and Harbor Town. Having bikes and chairs at the house was perfect. Great time of year to visit. We loved it and hope to return soon. Sharon

House has plenty of space for our family to be comfortable. We had a few people coming and going over two weeks and about 6 people there most of the time. The location is great - quiet and equal distant between Harbour Town, South Beach, and the Beach Club. Could use some better cooking utensils, pots and pans.

Walking/biking paths were steps from property, and close to Harbour Town and South Beach as well. It is an older house but was clean, roomy, comfortable beds, etc... Pet friendly too! The house was located such that we could ride bikes to the Salty Dog for lunch, or to Harbour Town to the lighthouse and shopping, and even rode the trails on our bikes to the middle of Hilton Head to get on the beach and to the Art and craft place for kids to do crafts on the one rainy day. Overall worked out great. Accommodations were perfect, beds were comfy, screened in porch was great place for morning coffee. Had to do a little sweeper duty as the couches and chairs hadn't been swept under for a while. Pretty dirty, but vacuum worked fine.

It was clean and so close to the beach and all amenities. I would love to go back. Only issues were that the bbq didn't have propane and the oven door doesn't close. WE had to butt up a chair next to it so that all the heat didn't escape. Also more than one dishtowel would be nice. Other than that is was heaven. thanks!

I did have to contact the manager about an iron, and he was very quick in getting it to me. I ended up getting some minor things like dish towels for the kitchen, so maybe a more thorough check of the house could happen before the renters arrive. The furnishings in the house were great. Really liked the mattresses on the bed. The location of the house in Sea Pines is perfect. Quiet neighborhood made walking and biking a pleasure. It’s very close to the walk/bike trail, and not far from South Beach, Harbor Town, and the Sea Pines beach club. (What a nice surprise to see the beach club completely renovated! The last time we were there it was just before the renovation.)I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
