This villa is located in South Forest Beach, considered the downtown area of the island and part of the Forest Beach community. Situated on a one-mile stretch of beachfront that begins at Coligny Circle and ends at Sea Pines, the area offers visitors a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, but still has close access to beachside barefoot cafes and the Coligny Plaza shopping, dining and live entertainment options.

Everything was perfect. The place is fully stocked and super clean. Host communicated immediately and corrected any wifi issues. Also items for the beach like chairs, umbrella and wagon was provided. Just a 4min drive from the beach and 20min bike ride. We enjoyed our stay and thank-you! We'll return next year!

Wonderful place for our family of five! Very close to Coligny, Lowcountry Celebration Park ("The Pirate Ship Playground"), and The Sandbox Children's Museum which helped us beat the heat on a very hot week in June. We had plenty of room for us all. We loved the board games available at the house and also the extra "bed" in the queen bedroom that the kids fought over to sleep on. Hosts were very responsive to all our needs and we could not have asked for a better week!

Clean and great location. The shower in master bath only had lukewarm water however. The front porch furniture needs replacing.

Convient and clean

Nice location and plenty room. Only negative the water 8n the master shower was only lukewarm.

This Air BNB was a great stay. Stay was accurate in pictures and very updated in amenities. You can tell it was newer in style. It actually had more than expected as far as kitchen amenities. Rooms and bathrooms were so comfortable. Only two cons for my stay was no sheets available for the pull out sofa. There is a trunk in living room with extra towels and sheets would have been the perfect addition to that space. Second con, if you have young adults like I did, the internet was sketchy at best. Kept going in and out and couldn’t even contact host through the app because it didn’t work over half the time we were there. Other than that, the place, location and stay was awesome. I would def stay again. Almost walking distance from Coligny, rather a bike ride and we so appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and umbrellas that were available for us. Thank you!!!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this property. We had 3 adults and my 16 month old son. The house was kid friendly and had a “pack and play” type crib available for the little ones. The beds were really comfortable and the remodel of the space is really nice. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The locations is central to a lot of restaurants and activities. The walk to the beach is nice, however a little far for all beach necessities and a baby to travel. The public beach access to Caligny is still very close with free parking! We loved our stay and would come back again!

Island Getaway

This little slice of paradise is in a great location! The condo is convenient to shopping, great restaurants, a park and the beach. All of which are very walkable. We loved the amenities and the comfort of the beautifully decorated unit. Looking forward to a future stay! Thank you Sean!!

one of my favorite stays

The house location is fantastic. I have stayed here twice. The remodel is lovely with the addition of the new bathroom. Beautifully decorated. The 2 bikes really are a fantastic addition and the quality of the bikes were great. So convenient to have for the duration of your stay. I will definitely stay again as I visit friends once a year.

Cozy and convenient to everything

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. January is a quiet time on the island and we love that. A plus was the short distance to the beach, we walk at least two times a day so that's convenient. Also, there are several great restaurants in Coligny and Tiki Hut for live music is close by as well. Would definitely stay here again.
