Fully renovated and refurnished for 2026, this second-floor villa places you just a 5-minute walk from the white sands of South Forest Beach, making sunrise strolls and sunset walks part of your daily routine. With a dedicated parking space right in front, you can leave the car parked and enjoy easy walking and biking access to island favorites like Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and entertainment; Lowcountry Celebration Park, home to the famous pirate ship playground; The Sandbox Children's Museum; and the world-famous beachfront bar, The Tiki Hut. Whether you're grabbing morning coffee, biking to dinner, or letting the kids burn off energy at the park, everything you need is just minutes away.

Inside, natural light pours through the balcony doors, highlighting the bright, airy design and open-concept living space. The fully updated kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating the perfect setting for gathering after a day at the beach. The second bedroom is designed with families and groups in mind, featuring two twin bunk beds (sleeping four), a flat-screen TV, and its own renovated ensuite. A full-size washer and dryer are also located upstairs for added convenience. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, two twin bunk beds (four twins total), and a sleeper sofa—comfortably hosting families, couples traveling together, or a friends' getaway.

Perfect location for all things. The bikes are a huge plus and what sold us on this unit. Close to the beach and shopping/dining. Neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful in telling us short cuts to the beach. Comfortable for our family of 6, beds for everyone. We highly recommend this place and these hosts! Thank you for being a huge part of our great family vacation! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location! Easily walk/bike to beach, restaurants, shops! We loved the bikes and beach chairs! Washer/Dryer was wonderful to have. Adorable new renovation! Great kitchen! Great bathrooms! Awesome TVs! Very Clean! The only thing I would change is master bedroom mattress. It was very firm. We would definitely bring our family back!

This was the perfect place for a week to spend with my adult daughter and 4 grandkids, 2 teens and a 3 & 5. The beach is 2 blocks away, pool is shaded at the complex, and the best playground I’ve ever seen was a block behind the condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, kitchen has fully stocked dishware and cooking equipment that made meals a breeze. Having washer/dryer in the unit is the only way to go so clothes were washed daily and no yucky bathing suits hanging in the bathroom. We loved this condo complex and will definitely be returning!
