Condo was neat and orderly and appropriate size with four bedrooms as we required. Everyone in our group was pleased with location and accommodation and enjoyed our time together as a family in Hilton head.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean up to date and in a great location! Easy walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. Only two things could use improvement in the unit. 1-shower floor is very soft in the shower and the kitchen could use some casserole dishes for baking, there were none, but overall experience was great and would definitely stay again and recommend

This Airbnb was great! Photos matched the description as listed. The just provided towels and mini toiletries as if you were staying in a hotel which was nice! I liked how there was plenty of space for all guests and had everything we needed from bicycles, beach chairs, and more! I would recommend this place to others, very close drive to the beach and everything was easily accessible.

We booked this place for a family vacation! The layout was great and provided plenty of individual privacy. The inside was newly renovated and one of the best stocked places we have stayed out. It made cooking super easy. The location was very accessible to shops, restaurants, and the beach! With the complementary bikes, we could get to stuff in 5 minutes! The pool was never too crowded and everything was well maintained.

We had 6 adults in town for a wedding. We had plenty of space to come together, relax AND get ready for the wedding. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and to the various locations associated with the wedding. Communication with the host was great -- they let us know about a repair and when the property was open for early check-in.

Nice place, short bike ride or quick drive to anything needed. Definitely too far if you are looking to only walk in my opinion but the fact they give you 4 bikes with your stay makes it a lot nicer.

We were blown away by Island Rentals! We always stay in Shipyard but chose to stay here and we will be back. Perfect location close to coligny and the beach and just an amazing place!

We were pleased to see that what we saw online is what we got when we arrived. It is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. The property management is very quick to reply to any questions or issues we had. The toaster was broken but it was quickly replaced by a brand-new one. We were very happy with the unit. Just a couple of suggestions: the kitchen could be a little better equipped (it would have been nice to have some wine glasses, a cheese grater, a corkscrew) and the dining table only seats 4 people which was too small for our group of 7. But, other than that, it was great for our vacation.

Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. Easy access to beach. Pool was clean and nice space to hang out. Access to the bikes was much appreciated.Minor things that could be done to get an all 5 star rating - more dish cloths and towels in the kitchen, a few small storage containers in the kitchen, hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels/clothes, ceiling fans or floor fans for the upstairs bedrooms. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Island House for 6 nights. The location is wonderful. Close to the beach and shops. Easy to get to everything. The bikes were great to have for the kids. We would definitely stay in this area again.
