The first level features a beautiful galley kitchen with all new appliances. The dining area opens to the main living area with all new furniture and a large flat screen TV as the focal point of the entertainment space. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bath in the hallway. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has another Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Another full bath rounds out the upstairs space.

The Island House community is a great community just one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Forest Beach. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.

March Break Family Holiday

The description and photos are exactly what you get with this unit. It was fairly well-equipped. There could be a few more gadgets in the kitchen (corkscrew, cheese grater, sharp knives) and the would have been nice to have some wineglasses. The dining room table could be bigger--it only seats 4 in a unit that sleeps 8. But other than those things we were very happy with the unit and would rent it again in the future.

Amazing Stay!

We spent six weeks in this rental and loved every minute! It was very clean, quiet, and had such comfortable beds! We loved the complimentary bikes and the proximity to the beach. We had to ask the rental company/owner for a special accommodation at the last minute and are so grateful to them for working with us.

New Years 2024

We look for a vacation destination for 8 people every year for New Years. This place fit our needs great. Room to spread out and close to explore all Hilton Head has to offer.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family's stay here was perfect. We have been coming to Hilton hesd island every year for the last 17 years and would definitely stay here again. The property is just a few minutes from coligny and sea pines. The property was clean and comfortable and host was pleasant, responsive, and accommodating.10/10 would recommend!

Awesome accommodations!

We had a great experience! The condo was clean and spacious and in a great location. The only thing it didn't have, which is very minor, was a full length mirror.

102 Island House

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and as described. Management company is responsive when contacted. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. Easy access to beach. Pool was clean and nice space to hang out. Access to the bikes was much appreciated.

Minor things that could be done to get an all 5 star rating - more dish cloths and towels in the kitchen, a few small storage containers in the kitchen, hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels/clothes, ceiling fans or floor fans for the upstairs bedrooms.

Would stay here again.
