The view and location can’t be beat! The unit was clean, entryway to building is updated and modern. Having access to the 2 bikes was perfect, too! Definitely would come back and rent again!

One thing you could do better. Communicate Beach Access locations / options for this unit. We were told me must drive to a lot, take a trolly to get to the beach. But, with the pass to get into Harbor Town, you can park and have close beach access at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Get there before 10 AM to ensure parking spots during busy times. Otherwise, great experience.

Property was well furnished for 2 with sufficient cooking and serving items along with both a k-cup and drip basket coffee maker. Living room provided led to the balcony which treats you with a great view of the marina and lighthouse King bed was very comfy with extra blankets for cold December nights. Shower is critical for a perfect stay and this property has a great spray head for full body comfort. Washer/dryer are provided at no additional charge which was very convenient for our 10 day stay. I would definitely rent this Vrbo again.

Second floor condo that overlooked the harbor and a perfect view of the lighthouse. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just soaking in the sights and a cool breeze. The location never got direct sunlight that I noticed so it stayed cool and shaded. Perfect! We had a couple of light bulbs out and the batteries in the smoke detector started beeping. The property management group addressed the situation very quickly. Overall we were very pleased with the location and how well the property was maintained. Pool passes, bicycles, beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved all of it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. I was a bit worried with a baby that staying in Harbor Town would be loud at night, but it was quiet and super family friendly. We loved being able to walk to the playground with our kid or grab a bite to eat. We cooked breakfast and lunch several times, and it had what we needed. The host provided clear directions on where to get our parking voucher, and the voucher gave directions on getting a weekly sea pines parking pass (we didn’t read it and so we had to circle around). I texted a question, and we got a reply back shortly after. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is perfect for things at Harbortown! But if you are a beach person please know you are NOT allowed to park in the beach club. Only option right now is to ride the trolley. We knew this rule for the summer but Sea Pines changed the date on us this past weekend. Although loved the property and no issues with company I will rent through resort moving forward. Beach is something we like to do!!

We were able to sit in in the home, and watch the boats come in and out of the harbor, watch them at night, with their beautiful Christmas, decorative lights, and watch the people walk up and down the sidewalk. Being able to stay inside the warm condo while we watch the ball drop from the lighthouse was an experience we definitely would want to repeat. The bedding was very comfortable, one of the best Rest that we have had in a vacation rental before. The home is extra clean, and the surroundings are very clean safe and very nice. Great restaurants and loved the sea pines preserve! Be sure to see Pickney Island

This was my first time visiting Hilton Head and as much as we tried, we still didn’t see or do it all. Riding the bikes through Sea Pines is absolutely beautiful and fun! You can’t ride a bike and not smile. The sunsets from the Harbor are beautiful and it’s just a short bike ride in the mornings to the beach to watch the sun come up. Our worst meal was not terrible. Every restaurant we ate at was great! We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back.

We enjoyed out first stay in this condo. Close to shopping, dining, activities. Nice view of the harbor. Reserved through VRBO and didn’t expect to pay over $200 for going thorough VRBO and then pay again to the Island Rentals of HHI. Normally through VRBO we deal directly with the owner. Was not happy with Dealing with 2 agencies because of extra fees!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was lovely sitting on the balcony enjoying the views and activity. Easy walking around the Harbor Town Marina , shops and restaurants. The unit was comfortable. There were chairs and umbrella available and 2 bikes to ride. Of note, pack according to your ability to carry luggage, it is a walk up one flight of steps or a very small elevator, no carts are available. Reservations for restaurants during peak season difficult. Make them before you arrive. We enjoyed dinner at QC. on the expensive side, but great ambiance and food! I would definetly utilize this unit again.

This was a perfect place for a last minute getaway for my husband and I. Big fans of Sea Pines, this was our first time staying in Harbor Town and we were not disappointed! It was a beautiful view and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the boats in the morning and wine in the evening! Great spot!

The place cannot be beaten for location at Harbour Town and proximity to clubhouse for tournament. The only recommendation I have is to have better instructions for TVs since bedroom and living room systems operate differently and only bedroom TV instructions were given…and they were a little erroneous.

We have stayed in several condos at Caravel Court, though this was the first time in this property.A great view that we never get tired of, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having stayed in Sea Pines during November in previous years, we know that it tends to be quiet and have less crowds than the summer. We weren't sure about the mirrored walls but they gave the condo a sense of spaciousness. We would definitely consider this property for our future trips to Sea Pines.

Beautiful unit, beautiful view, fabulous location. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, two charger stations, comfortable. Bicycles were easy to locate and unlock. You do need to go to the Island Rental Office to get the parking pass before going to the unit. Why can't it be emailed? Also, unit location was a bit difficult to find. Location description is needed on VRBO and Island Rental websites. GPS didn't work!

Process to rent was seem less. Picking up parking pass and entry to property was challenging bc of time of day we got there. Locating property was also challenging bc of lack of signs and darkness. Outside of that this was an awesome property. We will do it again.
