Great Condo!

The condo was perfect for us. Very clean, had everything we needed! The condo was at a very central location, could easily walk to anything in the Coligny area. Easy drive to Sea Pines or Folly Beach. My 2 year old and 8 year old had a wonderful time. Also, when we arrived at 8:30 pm our air conditioning wasn’t working but the management staff sent a repairman out immediately and it was fixed by 10:30! Would definitely stay again!

Winter 22

We had a great stay, at the condo. Check in was very easy. We found the place clean and equipped with the essentials. The location was great. It was an easy walk to the beach, park, restaurants and grocery stores. The complex was well maintained and everyone we met, who lived there full-time, were very friendly. If it weren't for the stairs, my husband has health issues and I am not sure if he could handle the stairs next year, I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this place to my friends/

Incredibly clean and updated condo with all necessary items~ Location was OK with beach access a bit of a walk (addition of bikes was great). Beach supplies limited~ NO allowance for weather (or other) delayed travel arrivals.

Summer Vacation

Really excellent stay. Place was in great condition, clean ,well stocked with all that’s needed and a short walk to the beach. . No hesitation to stay again. An additional sofa is included in living room vs current photos which was great.

Beach Arbor vacation

Condo was great, roomy and bright. Only drawbacks were the steps and furniture not very comfortable. But otherwise it was clean and well stocked. Close enough to the beach to walk and very convenient to Coligny Plaza and the new park.

Quiet and charming

Quiet, charming space for our family. Would recommend investing in some nice pillows for bedding as masters were very lumpy. Nice touch to have rental bikes and chairs for the beach. Unit could use another small sofa in living area as the couch and chair did not accommodate our family of six for evening entertainment. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Vacation at Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head although it was cut short due to the corona virus. There's lots to do in the surrounding area.The beaches are beautiful and Harbor Town is a delight.
