Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house shared by our tennis team. Quiet neighborhood. Well equipped.

It's very spacious - everyone could spread out and have their own space. There are 2 decks for maximum outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean and very comfortable. It's an easy bike ride to Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and beach access points. We are so thankful we were able to stay here for our trip!

Easy bike ride to the beach club. Lots of bikes, chairs and other beach supplies. The house was spacious. Would have been nice to have a working ice maker.

This is a great property located in Sea Pines. It is a 5 min bike ride to the beach path by Snowy Egret and Surf Scoter. The description states that 1 room had twin beds, 1 queen, 1 king and 1 room with 2 twin beds and queen bed. The room listed with twin beds is now a king room which had us scrambling for the sleeping arrangements but we were able to move kids around. Great layout of the house. The kitchen was fantastic with all the gadgets that you need. The pool table room was a big hit with the teenagers. Lots of bikes in the garage (there are actually 8 bikes) no need to rent any. We loved our time there and are hoping to book again over the Holiday season,

Very clean and had all the items needed to have fun at the beach! Neighborhood was beautiful and serene - so many things to do still within a walkable distance. Looking forward to next time!
