We had a wonderful experience staying at Ocean Gate Villas! The location is perfect and the villa is beautiful! We loved having the pool just steps from the back deck and it was never busy! The host was quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at the property. House is nicely updated. Had one small issue and management company addressed immediately. Walk to the beach takes about 6-7 minutes. The complex is small, so very few people enjoying pool and outdoor court at the same time. The beach area is not crowded at all, which I found to be my favorite part about staying in the unit. The beach closet is full of chairs, sand toys, wagon, boogie boards etc. There are places to wash your feet at the front door and back patio doors. If I had one complaint, I wish they had a window treatment on the large second story window in the rear. The sun beats on the loft area trundle beds and makes it hard for those sleeping in that area. Otherwise, great week with all the comforts that you need. Would definitely return and stay again.

Lovely villa, great location! Only complaint was the pool was very warm- almost to the point we thought a heater may be on. It probably just needs to circulate faster. Aside from that, we loved it and would stay again!

Great villa! Loved the quality and quantity of pots pans and dishes. Made it very easy on the nights we wanted to cook. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable- we’ve stayed in several Ocean Gate Villas and this was our favorite one!

Perfect vacation

This is a perfect location! So close to Coligny and Sea Pines. Having dedicated parking right in front of the villa was very convenient. Loved having the upstairs and downstairs separation and the kids enjoyed hanging out in the loft. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The tennis/pickleball courts looked brand new and were great to play on. The complex is quiet and so close to the beach. Having the pool right off the deck was wonderful. Definitely staying here again next year!

Girls Get a Way

A relaxing environment with all the amenities needed Full kitchen is a plus. A short walk to the beach and beach chairs etc provided A beautiful peaceful deck to relax and read a book or have breakfast or a night cocktail. I definitely will return again

very relaxing

We had a very quiet and relaxing weekend at this wonderful condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed. It has a nice deck with pool for peaceful relaxation. The beach is short walk on a wooded path. Sunrise was spectacular! Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Is a close drive to Sea Pines and Coligny. I highly recommend.

Lovely townhouse at the south end of S Forest Beach. Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and bikable to everything fun. The house was very nicely appointed for guests - kitchen had everything we needed. Extra toiletries and dish soap and laundry soap was a bonus! Pool was fabulous for the kids but the tennis courts were closed for repair. There were public courts nearby though. Really fabulous stay and we would come back again. Thank you!

Great getaway

Great place to escape. Perfect location for families, couples and or solo getaway. Nice touches throughout the house and looks exactly like the pictures. Can’t wait to come back!
