We had a great stay. The unit was clean and had a perfect layout for our family of four. We appreciated the second floor location above the parking garage with distant views of the ocean and grass area close to the pool. It was the perfect combination of quiet and convenient. Having the bikes available to ride to the pickleball courts, general store and Coligney beach area was awesome. We highly recommend this place.

The condo was perfect, as expected. It was clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all cooking necessities. The entire building was under stucco repair, which we were never told and unaware until we discovered it ourselves a month before arrival. Our stay was disrupted because of it, but it should not be a yearly occurrence. We recommend this property because it is exactly like the photos and very well maintained.

We loved this condo cute as can be and just as pictured and clean as a whistle we loved that bikes were included and used them everyday we would definitely stay here again !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice .... it was clean ..... you get a small view of the ocean looking towards the right. The grounds were kept up very nice. Only BIG complaint was every morning at 8AM the blower would start up and last until about 9AM. Just the wrong time to do this ... I wanted to sit on the deck and have my coffee ... never could with constant loud noise. Not fault of the owner, just bad decision by the HOA board to do so early bothering all folks there daily. Had to sit inside until after 9AM. I think it's time for the carpeting to be changed, near the end of its life, pretty dirty from normal rental use.Overall, a great time. Bikes were a good plus too.

They do start early on the island as there is quite a bit of space to cover and most companies try to avoid having workmen out in the afternoon heat. I will pass along your note about the carpet. Recently stayed with my family at this beautiful condo. Cannot say enough great things about it! Loved the easy beach access, beach chairs, bikes that were provided and beach toys for the kids. Had an incredible stress free family vacation. Will definitely be booking here again!

We had a wonderful week here! The condo was beautiful. So close to beach and easy access. Updated furniture and shower in master bath compared to prior pictures. Loved the deck and furniture and just looking at and hearing the ocean. Reasonable price. Definitely will be booking again, cannot wait to come back.
