Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I may have misread but I thought it was ocean front/view. There was very little view but it was still very nice and comfortable. Security were extremely nice and helpful.

Overall a good experience. Comfortable for our family of 5. In front of the beach. Very comfortable either way great AC, amenities, and lots of beach things to use. Kitchen had everything needed, but cipe and plates were needed to be rewatched. All in all, a great place that would stay again and recommend to others. Scott, the on-site staff was helpful, always available and very friendly.

Fantastic location, nice small condo that worked well for our young family. Short Walk to the Coligny Beach shops and restaurants, direct beach access and nice pool. Great stay!

Thank you! We had a great stay, the place was exactly as described. The location in relation to restaurants was perfect. Would highly recommend to others. The only negative for us was the shower drain was slow, which filled the tub during a shower. This definitely didn’t take way from our experience.

What a special spot .. We enjoyed our visit to the resort for the second year. Its the perfect location to the beach with a lovely pool. The only negative is the HOA passed a rule about the pool being shutdown at sunset which is pretty early for the kiddos to get some fun time in the pool after hanging out at the beach. Would definitely appreciate the resort more if more pool time was available. Used to be pool closes at 10p now with the sunset rule its shut down at 8ish. Other then that great spot like mentioned and close to wonderful restaurants and shopping

Great location and amenities. I would come back and recommend. I want this rental to be successful, so please take this comment as area of improvement: Floor needs moping, deep cleaning. I live in a no shoe house, so I did at the first 10 mins step in the place, then everyone's feet is dark brown! The floor needs cleaning... we wore our shoes the entire time!!! Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

This was perfect for my trip, and the condo looks just as nice as the photos. Since it was just me it didn't really matter, but there is not really storage space for luggage and I think it would be tight for a family of four. I'll definitely look to book again on an upcoming visit. It was also very easy to get in touch with property management when I reached out about availability to extend.

Condo has been renovated. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was great. Older complex but right across from the shops and restaurants at Coligny Beach and on the beach. The bikes were a great plus, we biked everywhere!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised. Perfect for our family of 3. Great location to the beach and Coligny. The beds were comfy and they had extra blankets and pillows. The balcony was a little tight but manageable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Only downside is that the balcony is right next to the stairs and if the curtains were open anyone going up and down the steps could see straight into the living room. We just kept the curtains closed on that side. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities to prepare a meal. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in this area before and knew how great it was to be close to the beach, pool, shopping, & restaurants all within walking. What I wasn’t expecting was all the little things this condo has that made it feel like home, it was so very lovely. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Great condo tucked in a great spot right by the beach, shops, and restaurants! Perfect place to stay and relax. Beach chairs and bikes included made it easy to dive straight into vacation mode!
