Lovely maintained home with comfortable furnishings, nice decor in a private one-family home setting. The backyard has a private, natural enclosed space with plenty of room to dine and relax. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were not critical to our stay that we notified the manager about. We really appreciated the 4 beach bikes and chairs made available to us, as they made biking to the beach or around the island on the pathways a fun excursion. Great get-away!

Had a wonderful time at this rental. Sea Pines is one of our favorite vacation spots. It was also our second time in the same neighborhood. Loved the location and beautifully decorated home. House is clean, my only complaint is that the grout in the shower floor is not being cleaned properly. They need a better mold and mildew grout cleaner. Also, it is a walk in shower without a threshold so the whole bathroom floor ends up wet. Overall, I would recommend this home.

Everything was very clean and working properly. The beds were comfortable. The street was quiet and my boys loved playing in the back yard. We had one issue with the stove, but the company responded quickly to the issue. I would add a few more pots to the kitchen. We did notice that some sort of seal is needed on the shower door. Water would get out of the shower sometimes. Overall, we had a great stay and would rent this house again!

Only a short 1 mile bike ride to the beach everyday, but that’s what we love about HHI... you can bike anywhere. Very clean and easy to check in and out.

The layout was perfect with 2 bedrooms/bath on one side and master bedroom/bath on other side. 2 large living spaces and open galley kitchen. The furniture and decor was beautiful and the house was super clean with hardwood in main areas and carpet in bedrooms. The beds/pillows were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The 4 bikes were a great bonus!! Biking the trails and the beach is one of our favorite things to do at Sea Pines HHI. We love the Greenwood Forest Neighborhood amenities (pool/tennis court) and have stayed here in the past. We will definitely try to stay at this home again!

I was also impressed by the number of books and games on the shelves. We received good customer service when one of the toilets became backed up. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future. The location was a leisurely bike ride to the beach and the lighthouse. The hidden path to Sea Pines Shoppes was convenient.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The house was beautiful and the location was great. We come to Hilton Head every year, and we like to find a location with nice bike paths and in a great neighborhood, and this was it! The only downside was the refrigerator. There was a sign that said to allow the refrigerator 24 hours to get to the correct temperature but it did not cool down until Friday. All of our food (ice cream and meats) spoiled, and our drinks never got cold. We don't cook a lot on vacation anyway but we do like to snack. I highly recommend purchasing a new refrigerator for the property. But I would still stay at this location again!

Amanda, Thanks for the five star review. The refrigerator in this home was replaced immediately after we received notice that it was malfunctioning. Please don't forget about our repeat yes discount so that you may come again and enjoy the new fridge.

We had a lovely stay in this Greenwood Forest home. Beautifully decorated but not overdone like some rental properties. This Sea Pines home was the perfect location for our golf getaway. The house was spacious and clean and can easily accommodate multiple couple or an extended family. The backyard is very secluded and the perfect place to retreat after a day on the course. We even had an 8-point buck stroll through the back yard. Kitchen was suitable for our needs; we cooked dinner at the house four nights during our stay. Grill in the backyard was a real plus. Bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were spa-like. Great water pressure in the shower. This property is a bit of a hike to the beach, but you could quickly ride there on one of the four bikes provided. We will definitely rent this property again on a future trip.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Our family is big with 5 kids, and it accommodated everyone well. We loved that this house provided 4 bikes and beach chairs! The location of this house is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house came with a lot of supplies. I would definitely book here again!

House was clean and good location. Beautifully decorated which is what got our attention when looking for a property to rent. Our stay was very comfortable and would highly recommend . The only downfall would be that it sleeps 8 however there are only 2 bathrooms .

Easy bike to beach and harbor town, as well as the Sea Pines Shopping Center. (The cut-through walking path off Forest Dr was a great find). House was well supplied- we really appreciated all the clean towels, blankets, beach chairs and bikes. I would suggest a sauce pan and baking sheet to have in the kitchen, and some pillow toppers for both extra firm king size beds. Would definitely rent this house again when we come back to Hilton Head.

The house was a short bike ride to everything - the beach, South Beach and Harbor Town, and the community pool. The layout of the home allowed both privacy and gathering spaces - and it was beautifully appointed. I would definitely choose this property again!

House was very well equipped and clean!! Enjoyed the bicycles that came with the rental. Layout was ideal for our family (just my husband and I and our 20 month old toddler). Great location- short bike ride (about 10 minutes) to the beach club or harbor town and 20 minute bike ride to south beach/salty dog. Neighborhood was quaint and enjoyed evening walks thru the community as a family. Property management service was easy to work with, easy check in. Enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great stay in this home in Sea Pines! Only a quick bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club and a short drive to Harbourside. House is very pretty and nicely decorated! Love the updated bathrooms. Landscaping and backyard is beautiful. Kitchen is fully equipped. I really appreciated the details noted on the app with the property manager re: bikes, check out, etc. Will definitely save this home for the future! Only recommendation is mattress toppers for the king beds; mattresses were very hard.
