This inviting villa features a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, where guests can enjoy partial views of the Atlantic Ocean along with scenic views of the courtyard and Shorewood pool area. With the beach just steps away, guests can fully enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from this desirable oceanfront location.

After hours in the surf, return via Shorewood's convenient beach walkway and unwind with the resort-style amenities. Take a refreshing dip in the freshwater swimming pool, relax in the seasonally heated spa (heated March 1–April 30 and October 1–November 30, dates may vary), or let little ones splash in the separate toddler wading pool. Four adult bicycles are provided for exploring Hilton Head's miles of leisure paths, and four backpack beach chairs are included to make beach days effortless. Shorewood is a five-story, elevator-accessible beachfront community ideally located in South Forest Beach.

Inside, the villa comfortably accommodates families and groups with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a bunk bed with a twin XL over a queen with a twin XL trundle in the second bedroom—perfect for kids or additional guests. Great Place, Great Stay, Great Golf
Came down to this wonderful condo with some buddies for a golf trip, and there was nothing I could have asked for to be better. The condo was great, the location was great, and the golf was great. I’ll be back again for another stay and trip.

Perfect family getaway
Our family had the most wonderful off-season stay in Hilton Head, and this place was truly suited for a young family. We loved being within walking distance to the coffee shop and Coligny Plaza — such an easy and fun way to start our mornings and wind down in the evenings. We made so many special memories during our visit: exploring Harbour Town and the lighthouse, letting the kids run wild at Adventure Park Playground, taking a trip to the outlets, visiting Lawton Farms for pony rides, and even squeezing in a perfect beach day. It was the ideal mix of adventure and relaxation. The home itself was perfectly suited for a family and had everything we needed — beach chairs and a wagon for easy use, a white noise machine for the little ones, and all the TV channels for cozy nighttime unwinding. Every thoughtful detail made our stay comfortable and stress-free. This was such a special trip for our family, and we are so grateful for a place that made it even better. We truly hope to return again — Hilton Head in the off season (and this home!) will always hold a sweet place in our hearts. We can’t wait to come back!

Modern cozy feel
So many great things to say! The decorations and little touches were so appreciated. Management was very responsive, a the view were amazing. Super convenient walk to the pool beach, and they even had a wagon to carry all our stuff to the beach. Already scheduled to comeback in September!
