We had a very pleasant stay overall, and the accommodation itself was comfortable and enjoyable. I loved how the beach access felt almost private where we were staying. We rode bikes around the area and saw sharks, stingrays, and turtle nests. The place also provided beach chairs and bikes for our use. We received a text message saying the place was ready, but the upstairs air conditioning wasn't working. A tech arrived to fix it between 1:30 and 3:30 PM. We arrived at 5:30 PM and found that the air conditioning was still not functioning. The office was closed, but we called an after-hours number. They sent an air conditioning technician who told us the AC couldn't be repaired. Eventually, around 10:30 PM, another technician arrived with two portable units, which helped cool off the upstairs. Even though we encountered an AC issue, they were responsive and also gave us a refund for the inconvenience. We appreciate their prompt attention to our concerns.

The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and the pool was very large and clean! The ac and all the amenities were top notch. Can’t wait to go back!
