This house was even better than advertised and the location within Sea Pines is ideal. We had 6 adults in the house and there was more than enough room. This house comes fully equipped with everything you would need and then some. I'm hoping this isn't the last time I get to rent this house.

Bed hurt to the point I slept in upstairs bedroom. I would advise getting new box springs and invest in quality mattress for the master. That was only issue. Everything else was great.

Thanks for your review, Russell! Sorry to hear about the bed. Mattresses are such a personal preference, it's honestly impossible to pick the right firmness. I have received similar comments for many properties then the next renters will comment that the bed was perfect for them. We do hope you come back and rent with us again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, and a house that has everything you need. My family with a teenager and younger child stayed here for spring break. Check in process was all online with door codes to get in. Picking up the parking pass for Sea Pines was simple with a lockbox location that was on the way to the house, although it does seem like they could also send the pass voucher electronically to cut out that step.The house layout is great: a large kitchen with all the utensils and gear you need to cook any meal, two different living room areas, including a desk with external monitor for a computer, and four nicely sized bedrooms. The basketball goal was a hit with the kids, along with the pool which we had heated. It was in the 60s most days and the pool heater kept up with the water at a comfortable temperature.The beach is a little over a 5 minute walk away. The first time you walk the trail it is weird as you have to go across one golf fairway, but when you do it once to figure it out, it's easy.There are a lot of nice amenities included with the house. Nearly every time we wondered if the house had something, like an air inflator for some pool toys we brought, or a beach cart, it was there. One word of caution, the police aggressively patrol the road the house is on. The entire time we were there, they were pulling people over in front of the house all day, including someone in our party. The speed limit signs in the area are posted at 30 mph, but they were writing tickets for 25mph and we've had to hire an attorney to go to traffic court for us to dispute the difference.Any time we come back to Hilton Head, we'll be renting here again though. I had hesitated to maybe get a condo closer to the beach instead of this house, but the house and its additional amenities was the best decision for sure.

Also, good to know that the police tend to patrol this area more heavily. I do hope that you're able to work everything out with the ticket. That's not something you want to deal with on vacation. The home was perfect for beautiful Thanksgiving with family. Loved the big dining table as great for meals and games with family in evening. Just a few suggestions: A clock in the living room as there are times families may wish to put all cell phones away. :-) Advised extra car passes could be purchased at gate however no warning that it was cash only. Please advise in advance as many people do not keep 20 in cash.

Beautiful house and a great location. Short walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and has lots of room. The pool and pool deck were beautiful. The kitchen was THE best equipped kitchen in any vacation rental I have stayed at.
The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return in the future!

We spent a June week back at Hilton Head for the first time in awhile. The home was perfect for our family of 6, three generations with a 9 & 11 year old. We loved the pool, the walk to the beach was about 7 minutes, and the location in Sea Pines was great for biking to lots of things. Would prefer to receive the Sea Pines pass online rather than needing to go to the rental office. With two different cars arriving separately and the HORRENDOUS traffic coming on the island, it would make arrival so much more pleasant.

Wonderful house layout! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans/ dishes, etc... We loved our stay. Only negative was the mosquitoes in backyard were HORRIFIC. There was a machine to help get rid of them, but it seemed to make no difference as there were dozens of mosquitoes near the machine. I believe the insane volume of mosquitoes may have been secondary to the gutters needing to be cleaned. They were FULL to the rim with pine straw. I reported this to the rental company. I would HIGHLY recommend this home! Excellent stay even with the mosquitoes!

The house was as represented with expected wear and tear. The pool was perfect for our family with young children and adults as well. Easy walk to a beautiful beach that was spacious with a minimal number of people. Quick access to Harbour Town area and restaurants/shopping. Excellent bike paths for easy, flat bicycle excursions!

Our stay was wonderful! We come to HHI every year and this has been our absolute favorite place. The home was had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the open floor plan Was perfect for when our other family members stopped by to hang out with us. The pool was perfect after an afternoon at the beach and we loved the closeness to the beach. Exceptional property! I hope we can get the same house again next year.

Great all around location and very nice, well kept home. Lots of space for family gatherings - meals, games, etc. Some had to work, so we appreciated the additional living area with a small desk, and screened in patio. The pool was perfect for our 9 mos old grandson, with the shallow ledge for playing. 6+ bikes were a plus - allowed us to cancel the others we reserved prior to our trip. Just love all the bike trails and access to golf! Would definitely come again.

We loved the house! We spent a ton of time in the pool, used the outdoor speakers, cooked in three nights in the well appointed kitchen and had our morning coffee every day on the screened-in porch. The only thing I would “complain” about is the comfort of the beds and sheets. For what we paid I would have expected a little higher quality. Other than that we had a great week with our family on our favorite island!!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and it was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and another family of 3. The check in/Check out process was super easy. The house was very clean and uncluttered. The pool heat worked just fine which was great because the weather wasn’t exceptionally warm. The screened in room was a wonderful bonus and very comfortable. The short walk to the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot.. short walk to the beach, and enjoyed nice walks in the morning to either Harbortown or South Beach...each about 2.25 miles away. Pool was perfect size and depth, and a great place to hang out and cool off during the hot afternoons. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Ping pong in the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway. Would definitely recommend bike rentals and exploring the area-bike paths are everywhere, scenic and safe. Can't wait to come back.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several homes in Sea Pines and this was our favorite. We loved the pool / outdoor space as well as the multiple spaces for people to gather inside. We had a group of 10 and there was great space for us to be together, but also room to spread out. The house and kitchen are well-stocked with bikes, chairs, games, etc.One note - the beach access involves walking on the golf cart path. I assume this is allowed, but it surprised me and makes it tricky to bike. But the walk is easy and the closest stretch of beach is very uncrowded / quiet which we loved. I do wish we had brought a cart for lugging our stuff.
