167 Colonnade Club

My family and I spent a wonderful week at 167. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and up-to-date. We loved the gorgeous views of the lagoon from the deck while having morning coffee. The location within Shipyard is private and quiet, with a short walk to the beach access. (We typically drove and parked, though, because of how much we cart to the beach!) The bedrooms are huge with plenty of closet and drawer space. The owners have done a wonderful job, clearly spending time and money to ensure their renters have anything needed. Probably the most surprising thing to me was a Dyson in the closet! I felt like I was at home! We used it several times to keep the floors free of sand. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful condo again!

Island Rentals of Hilton Head staff

We had the most amazing time staying with great friends in this 2 bedroom condo! Ample parking, 2 large rooms with plenty storage and the comfiest beds. Be of the most well equipped villas we have ever stayed in with near enough every utensil, kitchen appliance required. Laundry room,large dining table and sitting area in beautiful soft teal tones. A lot of thought and hard work has gone into theme here. Balcony area faces the small pond which was nice to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings and the wildlife. Only a ten minute walk to the beautiful beach or take one of the 4 bicycles that are also supplied with the villa. Also comes with a trolley with 4 comfortable beach chairs. Picnic packed and you are all set for a great day at the beach! At times I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real! A few second walk takes you to a communal pool with a fairly large hot tub. The whole place was immaculate! Plenty restaurants, bars a short drive away, more upmarket than some other areas I have been to. We took a dolphin excursion which was fun and educational. Lots of little shops that sell local produce as well as souvenirs that are delightful. We definitely recommend this little oasis, we will be back soon.

We had such a great time in Hilton Head and staying at the sweet beach condo! The condo was stocked with everything that we needed for the week. The beach chairs and bicycles were great. We were able to pull a little cart, provided by the owner, down to a short walk to the beach or the pool! We watched the little gators in the pond right from our back deck! Such a great place to stay in Shipyard! We will go back!

Very satisfied with location, cleanliness and amenities. Loved having the bikes and while we didn’t use beach chairs they were of fine quality. We enjoyed the deck with shade, watching the animals, birds and even a deer one morning. Our only suggestion would be higher porch furniture for the absolute perfect view. Thank you!

The property was very clean, up to date, and close to everything we love in HHI. Only suggestion is signage for where the community grills are located. We will book again for sure.

This unit was decorated very nice and so clean, The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to fix meals. The location was convenient to the bike trails, golf courses, the beach and Coligney Square. Loved having the four bikes and beach chairs too. A great place to have a wonderful stay!

Everything was as pictured. Very clean ND all the extras. There are things for the beach and kitchen stocked. Plenty of room and seating for the whole family. Very comfortable beds. Location is perfect for beach, pool and bike riding. You are close to so much on island. Would stay again.

We LOVED staying at Sweet beach condo! It was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and liked that each room had a king bed instead of your typical twin beds, kitchen had everything we needed- with community grills near by for easy access. Beach was great. Loved the rinsing station and the bathrooms/ snack bar being close to the beach access. We used the hot tub almost every night. Used the provided bikes several times and enjoyed our rides. We liked that you were able to rent umbrellas at the beach & then took our beach chairs from the condo. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning in the future!
