Beautiful Resort Area in Sea Pines and the Villa was in perfect walking distance to the beach and local shops/restaurants.

The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Host was responsive & gave us recommendations for bike rentals with a small discount code.
Make reservations for the local restaurants a day in advance - they book up quick!

Very clean. Super fresh and nice. Can walk across street to the beach. Appreciated has beach chairs to use. The bathroom is great. Everything looks exactly like photos. Easy to communicate with. This place is recommended.

Very Pleasant Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit in the Bluffs. We have stayed in the Bluffs many times, but never a one bedroom. We were very impressed with the recent renovations in the unit and found it very comfortable. We enjoyed the Mid-century modern decor as it seemed very appropriate for the beach. The kitchen is also well stocked.

We definitely got more than we expected. The location is right across the street from the beach so it took maybe two minutes to get there. We were in a great area that was close to the salty dog Café and maybe 15 minutes from the lighthouse. There were also dolphins swimming in the water. We went a few places but honestly could have stayed at the villa the whole time and would have had a blast. It wasn’t too crowded and from a mom to mom this location had all of the grocery stores. Piggly Wiggly Kroger‘s Publix and Harris Teeter. A mother’s dream lol. The villa itself was beautiful. Kitchen is everything I would want in my kitchen. Beach chairs were available for us.. it was everything we needed.

Incredible Stay For A Couple!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here, and will absolutely stay again! The condo was so clean, organized, and comfortable! The location was perfect for us, it’s basically directly across from the beach access and the parking was so easy to get into and out of (we have a pretty big truck and experienced no issues). The communication between us and Island Rentals leading up to and during our stay was so easy too. We didn’t feel like we had to chase information like we have with other rentals. I’d give this place an easy 10/10!! The only two suggestions I’ll leave here are bring a little fan if that’s something you’re use to as there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom, and bring your own toilet paper 😊 They provide some, but we chose to grab something better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Bluff Villas too many times to count and this has to be one of the nicest 1 bedrooms we’ve seen. It was just renovated and is beautifully decorated. From the online pics it almost looks like it was virtually staged. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony and super close to the beach...closest in Bluff Villas. Only suggestion might be to provide 2 beach towels. We drove down so brought our own but not everyone is able to. The management company was kind enough to let us check in early. Thank you!

Fantastic Week on Hilton Head!

Reviewer Comments: The villa and location were exactly as described in the listing- beautifully furnished, well maintained and just across the street from the path to the beach. Island Rentals staff were helpful both before and during our stay. We received a quick response to a call for assistance with operating the television.The nicely appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with fresh seafood purchased from Barnacle Bill’s that we enjoyed while sitting on the balcony overlooking Braddock Cove.The two minute walk to the beach at Calibogue Sound, the perfect location for up close dolphin spotting, and starting point for beach walking or biking along the rest of the “shoe”. Two minutes in the other direction is the Salty Dog for drinks!Our time on Hilton Head was spent enjoying long walks and bike rides on the beach, exploring the many bike paths that wind through Sea Pines and enjoying meals at Hudson’s on the Docks, Ruan Thai and Hinoki Japanese restaurant.Thank you Island Rentals of Hilton Head - we had a fantastic week!
