177 Evian

This was our second visit to 177 Evian this year! We love Hilton Head so much that our family wanted to come back for the holidays. The condo was perfectly clean and well stocked for family dinners and quality time together. Other than the gorgeous beaches, there are plenty of walking paths and tennis and pickleball courts within the complex that we enjoyed when we wanted to get out of the house. We can’t wait to visit again this summer!

Except that I keep getting surveys. First floor master headboard is loose Back door in bedroom so hard to close that someone didn’t lock it before we got there. Leaves in the overhead outdoor front door light fixture. Loved it. No real problems.

Using the rental unit for a short trip with friends it met our every need. Close to the beach, island activities, as well as being right next to the pool and tennis courts, it was great. Unit itself was very clean and in great shape upon arrival. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rental was very clean and spacious. The loft is like another room. It has its own bathroom. The pool is right around the corner and I was usually there alone. The area is very relaxing and quiet. We would call for the shuttle and it would pick us up within minutes to take us to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was convenient to beaches and restaurants as well as family we were visiting across the street in the Wexford neighborhood. Overall great house and great week!

Very spacious home. The fourth shower was super nice to have. Location was great being in a dead end of the community. Very quiet. Amenities were all appreciated. Kitchen supplies could use some updating and enhancing (new pots and pans etc.). What was there worked fine, but just a suggestion. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful , excellent location Clean 4 bedroom stand alone condo. Pool, pickle ball & tennis courts short walk. Beach a short drive still with in Shipyard property. Loved this place will return again and again.

It is located at the end of the strip, allowing for more privacy than some of the other surrounding units. It is very close to the tennis (pickleball) courts and the pool, so you do not have to commute by car. The beach is also within riding distance via bike, if you don’t want to pack up a car and deal with finding a parking spot. Lots of great food in the surrounding area. Plenty of room for a medium sized family or group to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend a stay here and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We especially enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts right outside the back door. And then jumping in the pool after our play was great. Shipyard is the perfect spot—two entrances make it easier to get around and explore HHI. Also beach there is great, and having beach chairs and bikes included was an added bonus! We definitely will return here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head and the home was perfect for the six of us! Loved having the bikes available since not much accessible by walking. I would suggest having a car on the island if you plan to get out and explore. Uber ride and Uber eats had a very difficult time finding the home in the community based on how the units are numbered.

This place was amazing! Newly renovated bathrooms and showers. Very private. Water views from two sides of the house. Super clean. Awesome amenities in the kitchen. Resident alligator swam by every morning. Lots of wildlife. Biking trails were amazing. Short drive by car or by bike to the beach. Excellent beach access. We will definitely return.

The location was perfect and walkable or bikeable to both the beach and local restaurants. The villa was in an ideal setting with privacy and little noise other than the local wildlife. And the villa itself was exactly as represented. Overall a great stay and certainly one that we would like to do again. The only regret is that it came to an end to quickly!!

There’s a great outdoor back porch overlooking a the river where we enjoyed slow mornings drinking coffee and looking at wildlife. The kitchen, dining area, and living space is spacious and allowed for meals at home, game nights, movie nights, and comfort. Each room was clean, spacious, and perfect in every way. The cherry on top was how proximal the house was to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We truly can’t recommend this place enough!!

There were so many amenities (pickleball! tennis! the pool!) at our fingertips and we were a short bike ride/walk/drive to the beach. The condo came stocked with 4 beach chairs and 4 bikes, which was such a nice touch to schlep fewer along with us on the drive down. The four (really nice) bathrooms made it so comfortable and easy for all of us to get ready for dinners out and the spacious kitchen made it easy to cook in, too! We will be returning every year! This was the best beach vacation we've ever taken :)

Our family had a wonderful time away at this property. Being a stand alone unit allowed us to not have to worry about those around us. The two king master suites were an added bonus. All four bathrooms have been updated. The best spot is the back patio, providing a peaceful serenity overlooking the lagoon. The tennis courts and pickleball courts are not far, and the pool is located just on the other side of those. Having the bicycles and beach chairs provided were a great convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Two of the bedrooms are huge and the third BR w the 2 twins was fine as well. Plenty of bathrooms, a cool landing space at the top of the stairs to enjoy some game time or added tv space. The property is very cool- parking is easy and the pool is a short walk from the home. Surrounded by lakes and a very short drive to Coligny Beach/Plaza with tons to do. We also enjoyed the bikes located right outside the front door, and it's a great area to bike around. The master bath has a huge shower, water pressure was fine. The property was really exactly what we expected. Very minor point of annoyance was getting the parking pass to access the property as it wasn't ready, but to be fair they were giving us early check in and it took like 15 mins to get it done, no biggie and they were very nice about it. I'd totally stay here again. And we saw some gators which was cool, and even a deer. Great value compared to a hotel for sure. Thank you
