This was a great spot for our family of 4. Fully stocked kitchen, ample space with room for at least one more, a spacious and relaxing pool, bikes and beach chairs for 4. The golf course is right behind the property but plenty of privacy. Several hot spots including the beach, Harbour Town and Coligny plaza were all within bike riding distance.

Nice for families, easy bike ride to the beach, heated pool (upon request), stocked kitchen with all utensils/pots/pans. Stocked with beach chairs, some kids beach toys, and pool noodles. Enjoyed the calmness of the neighborhood, golf course views, and ease of navigating HHI.

Terrific place to stay. All on one floor which is a bonus and the pool has easy access. Located near many amenities including the Sea Pines beach club and the wider bike trails. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the pool. It was fun to watch golfers play the course during the day and there are lots of fun things to see and do in Sea Pines. The house was clean and spacious, easy to find, and very convenient to everything in Hilton Head. The management was very responsive via text when I had questions.

Super comfortable beds in every room. Plenty of open space and beautiful views of the golf course from one whole side of the house. We loved the big windows and sliding glass doors. The pool was amazing. We were wondering if we would need the heater for the pool but never did. It warmed in the sun every day. Property is private and street is super quiet but close to everything. Definitely take advantage of the bikes! Sea Pines is perfect for bike riding. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Renting a house for the first time was an excellent idea—no more fighting for baggage carts and trying to find a parking spot. We just pulled into the driveway and loaded the car. I loved that the house had a pool that we did not have to share with other tenants. The house was more than we expected. We just enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed a delightful weeklong stay at 20 Tupelo in May 2023. The property is beautiful and backs up to a golf course. The Sea Pines Beach Access is less than a mile bike ride away and there’s an available beach trolley that has a nearby stop. The beach had very fine sand and nice waves. The beach club there has food for purchase and stations to wash up after the beach. You can rent umbrellas if you don’t want to bring your own. The house had three boogie boards and eight beach chairs plus a kid sized beach chair. We used the tennis membership to South Beach Racquet Club twice and the outdoor clay courts were very nice. There are bike trails easily accessible from the property and we rode into the Sea Pines Forest Preserve several times which was very close to the property. We saw several alligators and a Native American shell ring in the preserve. We used the four provided adult bikes and they were great. We rented additional children’s bikes through South Beach Bike Rentals which we were given a 15% coupon to through the rental house. The pool was very nice. We didn’t need it heated in May. It was cleaned twice while we were there so the maintenance and cleanliness was great. There weren’t a lot of pool toys, but they sell some nearby at Harris Teeter’s if you need any. The house had a washer/dryer/clothes line which was nice for beach/pool laundry throughout the week. Well stocked kitchen for implements/pans, etc. Overall 10/10

This was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break! House was clean, kitchen well stocked and beds were comfortable. Was a bit cold for the beach during our stay but thanks to the heated pool we were still able to get lots of swimming time. Loved having the bikes available and the home is in a great location with easy access by bike or car to everything we needed!

The only things that need fixed or added really is extra blankets if need be, a drain stop for the bathtub and plungers in both bathrooms just in case you need it. This was an excellently appointed house. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the nice bath towels and the “starter kit” of toiletries and dish soap. The sheets were a little rough and some thicker curtains would be nice on the golf course side of the house. We ran into issues with the heat on the pool/ spa, but the management company figured it out over the course of a few days. They were very responsive once we pointed out the issue. It should be noted that you can only heat the pool OR the spa. Not both at the same time. The remote to switch back and forth was convenient. Heating both was critical since it was only in the 50s during our stay and it was a bit of an art to monitor them and make sure both stayed warm enough. The bikes were a great plus and the bike trails in Sea Pines are a must. Overall a great house for a family with kids. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, decorated nicely and fulfilled our needs. Sea pines as a whole was beautiful and had many activities and restaurants. What we enjoyed the most were the bike trails and the pool. The location to the beach was about 10 mins. Note that you will have to cart your belongings on the street then on a bike path to the beach from the house. Unless you drive to a trolly stop (which we did not). One of us walked. The others biked. Having bicycles with the home was great and a must to enjoy Hilton Head properly. The kids loved it! The home: Kitchen was great. The beds could use a more comfortable mattress. I do not recommend the third bedroom. My mom did not like, not having a closet to hang her clothes and thought the wall of windows did not have enough curtain to keep privacy and light out. I agree with the lack of enough curtain for privacy in the living room as well. Golfers and maintenance of the course were out by 7-8 in the morning. The living room was comfortable, however, we missed the ability to have the whole family sit together, the couch allowed for only 3. As mentioned before the pool is in the front yard, but we felt we still had privacy. As a whole we would recommend this house.

We rolled the dice and stayed at this property in Sea Pines in the middle of the pandemic and also while the South Carolina numbers were high. We knew we would not be out in public much and that worked out perfectly because the kids and adults didn’t mind hanging out at this house. The interiors are recently upgraded and the pool appears new. It was a day long happy hour. We did venture to the beach 3-4 days. Would recommend driving and parking at the school with little kids, it’s about a .7 mile walk. At night my wife and I walked to the beach every night though. Very walkable unless young kids and/or disabilities. He wildlife in Hilton Head is special and this house provided us a nice week away. Would recommend it to any. The LEAST buggy rental I have ever stayed at

We had a great stay with our family at 20 Tupelo Road. Lovely lay out for a family of four, great kitchen for the week and great location - walkable and bikeable to the beach. The pool is in the front yard, but it felt private enough and worked out very well.

The house is well located in the plantation and the pool/jacuzzi have a great size. The house has been well renovated and it gives a clean and appealing look to it. The furniture is a little dated but it didn’t bother because it was highly funcional. We are thinking of returning during fall.

This home is wonderful. I was so thrilled they had bikes and beach chairs. (2 chairs were broken unfortunately) also the heated pool/hot tub was such a nice amenity for March. The home is well stocked and we loved the open area kitchen and living areas. I think more chairs or an added small sofa would be nice in the living area but we pulled up chairs one night to watch a movie. Overall we would stay again!

The house is immaculately clean, the kitchen is so so bright and nice, and the house couldn’t have been better. I absolutely loved the shower in the master bathroom. Too cold to use the pool while I was there but it is beautiful. Also the location of the pool in front of the house would be so convenient if one were staying with children. Because of the big window in the kitchen, you can easily keep an eye on the kids while you’re prepping dinner. Great house. Working with Travis was a pleasure and he could not have been more helpful.
