We really enjoyed our stay. I did have an issue getting parking pass but it was cleared up by customer service. I booked at last minute so I had to get the pass at front gate instead of office. Area had lots of amenities. I do wish the rental had map of property along with clear instructions on how to access and where you can parking to get to private beach. It’s unclear where to park because of parking for Sonata Resort and Shipyard racketball parking that state you can’t park there. This was a minor issue. Beach is great and really enjoy Shipyards surroundings. I would definitely come back.

Just wish we had towels and wash cloths needed, the ball was dropped twice. We arrived to several bath mats, 1 towel, and 1 wash cloths. I called and ask for them and we still did not get any wash cloths, just towels and hand towels. I would think the necessities would be provided. We went and purchased some.

One of the nicest Evian properties. Golf course view. Walking distance to the beach. This villa has been remodeled. Would Definitely rent this villa again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Hilton Head many times, most of them in Shipyard. However, this was our first time in Evian and we found it to be a perfect location, centrally located between the beach and two entrances for quick access to both Pope and Wilton H Hilton Pkwy. The pullout in the second bedroom was perfect so our three teenage kids could have enough room, and all of the amenities were awesome. The unit was clean, well stocked, and reasonably updated.We only observed a few very minor issues, and did not report them but want to include now as to let the management know. There is a slight smell in the unit, and we bought an air freshener to replace one that had run out. It couldn’t totally mask the odor but it wasn’t an issue for us. The Black and Decker blender should probably be tossed, it is missing a cap on the lid and only worked for a few seconds. Luckily there was a second one there. Also, the toaster is missing the crumb tray. Lastly, the screen from the master bedroom window blew out during a storm and landed on the awning.We would definitely stay there again!

The best part of the condo is the location. Being right on the golf course was really neat. My husband and I played several rounds of golf and the course was beautiful! The condo itself was much bigger than expected, several nice amenities, the washer and dryer was great! Shower in master bedroom is wonderful! We also loved the wooden shutters on the windows inside! I highly recommend this property!!

Family of four 1/2 - this was our second year in HH,SC. The description and photos are 100% accurate. Things we loved: location was great - close to beach, shopping areas, restaurants; gated community; pool was a great size; great for morning family bike rides on the property. We brought our cappuccino maker but the rental also had all of the relevant kitchen and other electronic items in good working condition. Wifi also worked well for all of our devices. Communication with management company was excellent - had one small issue when we arrived with the parking pass, but it was resolved expeditiously. The one common theme across reviews that i noticed was the comments about the cleanliness. I highly recommend that the management company hire a different cleaning company. The surface cleaning was fine but after we settled in, we started noticing that places, like under the furniture, wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, would stay again and would recommend.

It was nice to have bikes already there for us. Beach chairs were available as well. Definitely would stay here again. The only negative thing was a musty smell when we first arrived but it did get better.

One piece of feedback, the shower in the master needs a curtain otherwise water goes all over the floor, even when pointing the shower head away from the opening!

The condo was clean, previous guests commented about smells. There is a slight smell due to pets but nothing overwhelming and you don’t notice after a day. My husband has asthma so the slightest allergens set him off and even he was fine. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. There were bad storms which took out the internet (remote worker here so that was important) and the manager was quick to help resolve issues. Having bikes and chairs provided was also wonderful. So happy to bring our furry family member and will stay here again!

This was our first time staying in Shipyard & we absolutely love the location and the fact that it has beach access. This unit is on the end of Evian that is closest to the beach access, which is very convenient. The unit itself is nice. The furnishings could use some updating and possibly just do away with some of the chachkies. I loved that the unit is pet friendly and on the golf course. I never worried about taking our dog out that we may be met with an alligator, which we did see behind a few units closer to bodies of water. The floor was still a bit dirty when we arrived, so we used the vacuum that was left all week to get the sand off of the floor. We did have to call to get a new bike and the rental company was on it. We had 4 new bikes by noon that day. Our teenagers were able to ride their bikes to the beach and Coligny when they wanted because the location is wonderful. My husband and I got up each morning & went to Carolina Coffee & Crumbs and we could walk, ride our bikes, or drive. Loved the location. This is the busiest I’ve ever seen the island, so all in all, our trip was amazing once again. Our condo was great. The rental company did a good job.

This was our first time in Hilton Head and I will say it was absolutely wonderful! The villa is nicely located to all amenities and the beach was not a very far walk. The villa was beautiful inside and big enough for a baby and dog! The only downside is there are no carpets so it is very loud if you have loud talkers! Overall our experience was amazing and we will most likely make this place a yearly vacation!

Very clean and it was well stocked with everything you need for your stay. It was right on the golf course but plan on more than a 3 min walk to the beach, it took 15 min to walk and 5 min to ride the bike.

It was very quite....nice not to have renters above you as with some of the other Evian units. Nice patio in the back with a quality Weber grill.....Nice views of the golf course.Beds were comfortable and great for 2 couples since each bedroom had a private full bath. One of the closest units in Evian to the beach.Bikes were a big plus, we enjoyed the bike trails. Beach chairs were new and good quality too.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, well equipped and very spacious. There was a musty smell but condo was clean. The TV was very nice. The extra speakers made the sound AMAZING! The beach chairs and bikes were extra nice. Seamless check in process. Our dog was welcomed and that’s why we will go back!! Perfect location beach is a 5 min bike ride straight down bike path. We had an amazing time.

We have stayed at quite a few places within Evian through the years. This was by far the cleanest property we have rented. The place was spacious and it had a very "homey" feel to it. The bikes were a big plus as we did not have to pay for rentals.

Very clean unit and they thought of a lot of little extras like hooks in the bathroom and screens on the patio door that made the stay more enjoyable and like home. The home was very clean and well taken care of. Having bikes and beach chairs available was a great bonus!

Half bath downstairs was also convenient. Property managers were friendly and accommodating. We attempted to use the grill one night but there was no propane. A quick call to the manager and two new tanks were brought out the next morning. Only downside was the hint of cigarette smoke when entering the property. We used the provided bikes all week long without a problem. Access to the beach is a 5 minute ride.
