Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable and the location is great. Could use a little updating.

Our stay at this Villa was amazing! You are getting exactly what it says! We loved the location. Very close to harbor town! We also took advantage of the bikes they provided and rode all around Sea Pines. The beach is about 2 miles on bike! Which is not far at all. We are a family of 6 and this was perfect for us! Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 2285 Heritage Villas. The location was excellent and the size and set up was perfect for our small family. We could ride bikes or easily walk to the marina area and to shopping/dining. We also enjoyed the proximity to the tennis/pickleball courts. We traveled with our family dog and it was really great that his unit was pet friendly. We would definitely consider vacationing in this unit again. There were a few minor items in the unit that could have been updated /touched up, but generally it was as advertised and shown in the photos. When we reported minor issues the property management/maintenance team was very responsive and professional.

My husband, son, and his fiancée booked a golfing trip. This was a very convenient location for us. We stayed on the first hole of the last course we played, Harbour Town Golf Links, and were able to walk to the course. There was room for us all. Communication with the rental company was good. We would definitely book again the next time we are down there.

The rental was clean upon our arrival and was in a great location. A quick walk to the pool, Harbor Town and sea pine shops. The bikes were an added bonus, our family had a great time biking around Sea Pines all week. And the property management company was quick to respond when I asked a question (late check out).

The 2 1/2 bathrooms were nice since there are 3 in my party. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We loved staying at Seapines. It is about a 1/4 walk to HarbourTown which we loved. The pool was great! Communication was great from purchase to checkout. Will definitely consider staying here in future! Thanks!

The property was perfect for us (two friends on a conference/golf trip). The unit was very well appointed. We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent.

This property was in a perfect location, very spacious and priced fairly. It was clean but could use some updating (new couch and a new dryer) but this wouldn’t deter us from staying at this location in the future!

Nestled in the back corner of Heritage villas, this 2 story property gave us everything we needed & more. Close to harbortown center, on the golf course & plenty of parking. The bikes & beach chairs were in great condition and were used every day. Our teenagers & dogs were comfortable, safe and happy.

Everything wonderful with the villa! Easy walk to Harbortown and biking was perfect! Disappointed by limited parking at Beach Club- only allowed owners to park. Policy states the first 50 guests of owners with passes are allowed to park, but we were turned away at 8 am with our pass and parking lot was practically empty. They told us to use the trolley - but dogs not allowed on trolleys. Guests be aware if you want to take your dog to Beach Club during summer dog hours in the morning. Evening hours after 5 pm was not a problem. Beach club also has hoses near outdoor showers to rinse off your dog - was nice! Harbortown and lighthouse are dog friendly - outside patio dining - was absolutely beautiful! Great trip!

It was the perfect location, had a beautiful golf course view, and everything we needed! I also really appreciated the Hospitality App and Dashboard, which contained all the information we needed around everything from check-in to check out, and pushed appropriate information to us based on where we were in the timeline of our stay. This was extremely convenient and much appreciated. We cannot wait to return!

We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants in Harbour Town and it was just a short ride to South Beach and The Salty Dog on the provided bikes! The beach chairs also came in handy. Most importantly, our dog was able to come on vacation with us. It would not have been the same without him!

This property is in a great location—close to Harbour Town. I’m happy to say it was clean too! We rented it for Thanksgiving and had our Thanksgiving dinner on the Vagabond dinner cruise. Very good. We brought our small dog along too and walking her was so easy—right out the back door. My husband, our son, and daughter-in-law enjoyed our visit very much and will definitely go back!

The property was perfect for our recent long weekend. We played golf and tennis and the location very close to the Harbour Town Golf Course and tennis facility were great- we could walk to each in about 5 minutes. We also were no more than a 10 minute walk from Harbour Town. The rental was immaculate and really well laid out. Our dog loved the ground floor location and being able to go right out the back door to a deck and grassy backyard with pine trees and palms. Unless you want a beachfront rental you cannot beat this rental for location, value and overall condition, Highly recommended!

The house was lovely, exactly as described, fully equipped and great location. Anytime we needed any adjustments such as loose shower bar or kitchen light fixture replaced the team was right there. Really perfectly clean inside and cleaning service which we had for our month visit was terrific! Only suggestions would be that the deck furniture and floor needs a good cleaning and then covers overnight for the bird droppings. We ended up buying cushions for the chairs etc and tried to clean off bird stuff often — just suggestions to spruce it up. And only real complaint is the WiFi hookup was really frustrating in that apparently the server selected isn’t recognized as a “ secure” server by Apple or Androids so it was a really big problem for even my “tech” family members to work around it if we could. We even had to try other locations to do get contacts and we all needed extra extra roaming purchases to work. Perhaps the owners might look into another alternative because even our visitors constantly lost internet connection. Since our stay was for a month long this became very troublesome annoying and frustrating. Finally a suggestion to refresh the wooden step in the front would make the stoop area much safer as part is broken and slopes. Again these are observations more than complaints. We had a wonderful time at this lovely home and would hope to return soon!!!

This condo was very nice, clean and recently redone. The only thing is that the bathrooms could have been updated as well. New beach chairs and the provided bikes were a plus. The kitchen definitely had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable and a great view of the golf course from the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great trip, thank you.
