We enjoyed our stay, the place was exactly as described. The bikes and provided beach items were great and there were nice amenities including plenty of towels and both dishwashing & detergent to run one load. It was very walkable and convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay here. The property was in good condition & was nicely decorated. It provided plenty of room for our family. We loved the location close to the trolly stop which was nice for trips to the beach. The pool was close and easy to bike to. Overall the property was clean. We would have liked to have had a few more kitchen items such as a baking sheet, measuring cups and additional coffee mugs. The email & text updates from the property management were helpful and provided all the information we needed. Having bikes provided was a bonus. The check in/out process was simple. I’d stay at this property again.

This was the perfect location in Hilton Head. Short drive to the beach and walking distance to Harbor town, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and our boys loved the bunk beds. We will definently stay here again when we are back.

Very cute. Great location. Property management was quick to resolve some plumbing issues and fire alarm issues. The kitchen is not well stocked so bring cookware, etc if you plan to eat in. Overall perfect stay! The free bikes were a hit! And the trolley stop is just steps away. Would definitely rent again.

Great property super close to Harbour town which is very convenient because it’s hard to park there. Bikes and beach chairs being included in the rental also great. Property was clean and as described in the listing. Tried to ask for early check in and late check out via email but didn’t hear back from rental company either time. That’s the only reason I ranked that section 3 stars. Otherwise great stay, would come back!

We loved using the beach bikes provided with this unit also to get around easily but also plenty of parking for our cars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely home had everything we needed for a short vacation with two adults, a 2 year old, and our dog. The only thing we had to worry about is quick baby-proofing: removing knives and such from drawers, popping plugs into outlets, and moving three breakables up to a higher shelf. Huge table allowed us to have big meals with the family in town. All 3 bedrooms were big enough for a pack&play and then some. Plenty of lights, lots of natural light. All the appliances worked great. Wifi was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit HHI!

The villa was spotless and offered everything we'd need - a cute pool to cool off in right behind the backyard, tennis courts for sport, and bikes for the family to travel around the island with. The location is fantastic as well - only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful lighthouse and Harbour Town area!

The kids loved the bunk room and we loved having double master bedrooms. The home was well- appointed (plenty of towels dishes)... we really only missed or needed potholders. We enjoyed having beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, and board games. Minor wear and tear in the property was expected and overall the place was beautiful.

This condo is in a great location! It less than a mile from Harbour Town which we went to daily! It’s a 12 minute bike ride to the beach which we also did daily. We loved riding up to the stables daily to feed the horses (you can feed them carrots)! The kitchen is lacking some items like salt and pepper. I would never have thought to bring my own as every VRBO site I’ve stayed at has them. The rug in the living room needs replaced. My daughter and I tripped over it many times as it’s broken in a spot.

We recently stayed in the Raquet Club property and had a wonderful stay. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kiddos and the parents loved that the other bedrooms both had king sized beds. We had everything we needed for our stay, loved that beach chairs and bikes were provided, and the location was perfect. Jay was great and responded to our maintenence requests (missing coffee maker, bathroom door locks not working) right away. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on our trip. We loved the back patio overlooking a peaceful lagoon. We also appreciated the short walk across the parking lot to tennis and the surprising large community pool. It was great this was a three-bedroom property. The window seat in the main bedroom and the two sets of bunk beds were also big hits. Nice to have bikes ready for us and nice beach chairs, too!

This house is right by Harbor Town and was perfect for walking our kids there in the morning to play at the playground. The bikes were so nice to have and we rented a trailer for the week so we could bike to the beach, horse stable, and activities. The house was perfect for what we needed. Did have a faint smell, but I find a lot of homes in the south do. Didn't bother us. The beds were comfy and the rooms were large. It is a pretty looking house!

Loved the location. Bikes And chairs included were a big plus. Tennis courts are clay courts and nice. Got a shady court. We biked all around - beach, harbor town and salty dog. Unit was neat and clean. We drove up from Florida and had a great time catching up with kids from Charlotte. Convenient meeting spot for us. We’ll be back.

We were very happy with this villa. Clean, nice comfortable furniture. Nice TV with Roku, Cable, and DVD. Great location looking out on lagoon (complete with alligator). Short walk to pool and very convenient to bike paths and walking distance to Harbor Town. Nice, new beach chairs and nice bikes. included in rental. We had to call to find where the bikes were located, but mgr. called back quickly and had no problem finding them, once they described the bikes. Loved that it was a ground floor, end unit. Nice that two of the bedrooms had king size beds. Loved it! Would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the villa is very nice, but would recommend some repairs to the villa - dining room ceiling needs to be repaired (and other areas on the ceiling are water marked) and the master bedroom bathroom fan is making allot of noise.

Kitchen is small, but well equipped and dining table is HUGE. We sat 7 very comfortably. Looks exactly as pictured....minus the grill.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we felt so lucky to have selected this villa in the Sea Pines area of the island. A short walk to Harbor Town, and short bike ride or drive to the beach or Salty Dog. Download the Island Rentals App on your phone and you always have electronic key info. as well as the "Find my Rental" feature if you are on a bike ride and are not sure how to get back to the villa. Property has a lovely pool and tennis courts. We loved being located in Sea Pines as it is exclusive and quiet and then driving to the beach when that was our daily activity, although it is a short bike ride if you are not bringing a lot of supplies with you. I will definitely rent this villa again!
