This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed laying by the pool every day. Short ride on bicycles to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect vacation spot. We loved the location and proximity to the restaurants, shops, and beaches in Sea Pines.
The provided bikes were such a great touch, we biked everywhere. Unfortunately, one of the bike chains popped off towards the end of our stay but could probably be fixed by the rental company if we needed them to.
Loved that they provided beach chairs and umbrella for our use during our stay. The chairs were great to use on the beach.
The space was perfect for two people. Very spacious with a homey feel. We used the kitchen everyday. The kitchen appliances were a bit outdated but worked well and were all we needed for the stay.
Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Reviewer Comments: You cant beat the location of this condo. Walk or bike to almost anywhere. Condo was clean and well equipped with basic needs. Using the remotes for the TV was a little confusing but I have found that to be a problem with all rentals. Need to provide a more detailed written instructions for using the remotes. Bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom. Great shower.

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

On arrival this year we noted that the villa had been updated with a complete bathroom remodel, redecorated living and bedroom, and the addition of a washer and dryer set. The upgrades made a really good property even better!

We love & prefer to stay in sea pines & this condo did not disappoint. Very tastefully decorated and the bathroom was phenomenal. The only reason we would not stay at this particular unit again was the stairs but we knew that going in. We will look for another unit offered by Island Rentals because we had such a great experience.

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Some basic stuff you might expect was missing, like salt and pepper. Other things provided like the toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. were super cheap-o. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Details for our visit were communicated to us well in advance, including instructions for using a downloadable app. We arrived and the property was immaculate. The living room and bedroom were larger than expected and the bathroom was up to date. The bikes were an added bonus and we spent a full afternoon using them. Harbor Town is a short bike ride from the condo, and there is also a small plaza with a couple restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed. We loved our stay and hope to come again on another visit!

We enjoy the location of the Sea Pines Tennis Villas... located walking-distance between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Center (shops/restaurants). The villas have a nice pool and tennis courts. This rental included two bikes (complimentary). very convenient to ride the trails among all the areas of Sea Pines. We would have rated "cleanliness" a 5, but on our last night, there was a large roach walking back and forth on the ceiling in the living room... too to high it with a broom. Otherwise, the furniture, including the king bed, was very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes. We have stayed in these villas in the past and will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable condo. The large rain shower was divine and every amenity was available. The condo overlooked the pool and was so close to everything we love to do in Sea Pines. The bikes provided were close by and in excellent shape. There is nothing negative we could say as it was a wonderful accommodation and we hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was so close to many different must sees on the island. We rode our bikes everywhere. My favorite part was the sunrise at South Beach. You can get to it by bike in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very special memories!

Location Location Location We loved our stay! Best place in Sea Pines to have breakfast is Salty Dog Cafe and an evening stroll for ice cream down by the lighthouse! Property was clean and updated beautifully!

It was well stocked with almost any basics that one might need for a five week stay... of minor notice was no dustpan. No ironing hair dryer but that I had bought my own. one disappointing feature was a beautiful deck that however was never without lots of leaves and bird droppings... there was no keeping it clean.. we used it once.. it would not stop us from renting the unit again. Washer/ Dryer combination machine does not dry well no matter how long that it ran...

One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever been to. The bikes were a major bonus. Only thing is fun can get a bit slippery when getting in and out of the stairs.. maybe a grab bar may help? This condo has everything you could possibly want and the location is perfect. Can’t wait to stay again!

We were surprised at the very large closet. The internet worked very well. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, flatware, and pots and pans, including unexpected items like a blender. It has a very nice, shaded deck and a great pool in the complex. The location is quite convenient to stores, restaurants, and recreation in Harbour Town and elsewhere on the island. Just a short drive gets you to the pickup point for a free shuttle to the beach and the Beach Club. We recommend it highly and will return ourselves.

It seemed like we were the first to stay in it. The furniture, the floors, kitchen all look new. It was very open feeling and very comfortable. The location is great, too. It is on the top (second) floor but because of that the ceilings are vaulted, very nice Kitchen was new and well stocked. Wifi is fast. The only negative and this is just for us older people is the tub. It is a little difficult to take a shower because you have to climb up and over the tub. Some grab handles would help. I highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will get to stay here again.
