A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen for easy vacation laundering.

Down the hall, you'll find a spacious King bedroom featuring a large flat-screen TV and a laptop-friendly workspace. This room includes a generous walk-in closet, while the fully renovated bathroom—located just outside the bedroom—offers convenient access from both the bedroom and main living area. The bathroom features a tiled glass shower, updated vanity and countertops, and a stylish tiled floor.

Enjoy on-site tennis courts and a sparkling community pool, all just moments from the world-class amenities of Harbour Town. The Sea Pines Beach Club and Lawton Stables are a short bike or trolley ride away, and the Lighthouse Tennis complex is within walking distance of the Sea Pines Center's boutique shops, restaurants, trolley stop, and bike rentals. This inviting villa offers the ideal getaway in the center of it all.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We always stay in Sea Pines and this place continued to meet our expectations. The place is exactly as described. It was an easy check in, very clean, and quiet area. The bikes included was a bonus as we love riding bikes around the area. Short distance to the beach, only took us 9 minutes on bike. Highly recommend! Will book this place again in the future.

Nice place

Very nice and clean place. Great location and would definately stay here again. Bedroom could use more bright lighting tho didn’t keep us from enjoying the place.

The condo was great. Perfect for my husband, pour dog, and myself. The location was ideal. We did have difficulty with the TVs in the middle of the week but John resolved the problem. Definitely would come back to this condo again!

We had the best time here! Super easy access to the pool, easy access via the leisure path to Harbourtown, South Beach, and the beach club. The condo was the perfect size for my partner and I and we’re already planning our next trip. We’d absolutely stay here again and bring our dog! The provided bicycles and beach chairs were such an awesome touch. I would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Winter Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are snowbirds that stayed at this villa from Dec. 1924 through March 2025.The unit was nicely furnished, comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay. My wife enjoyed having her morning coffee on the deck. As an extra benefit, the deck faced the sun for most of the day, so we could enjoy sunshine while sitting on the deck. The unit came with two bikes that we could use. It was very close to Harbor Town and the nearby shopping plaza and a very short drive or bike ride to the beach and many great restaurants. Although it was winter, they kept the pool area real clean. We spent many hours at the beach and pool. We have already booked this villa for next year. We would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Getaway!

Kitchen had all we needed. Large bedroom and shower were nice. We liked hanging out on the balcony after the beach and seeing the turtles and gator in the lagoon!Great location, walk to shops and restaurants at Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center and bike to beach. Place comes with free bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and there is also a trolley stop right there! Would definitely stay here again!
