The view of Braddock Cove and the Harbor Town lighthouse is amazing and the beach is only a short walk from the front door. Beds are ultra comfortable, two large couches and an 8 person dining table provided plenty of seating for our extended family, the kitchen is huge and well stocked, and the large windowed porch facing the bay includes a table for game playing and modular couch for bird watching. We spent 5 wonderful weeks and will be looking forward to next year!

Such a great location. Loved waking up every morning with coffee and a view that you can’t get tired of. Kids biked everywhere. Steps to the pool; walk to the beach in under 3 minutes. We hope to be back.

The view, and the dolphin and boat watching, are all dreamy and a big hit for all ages. Great experience with rental company.4.8 starsA few notes for future renters:- Stop by the rental agency for your park pass first (or pay $9 entry fee)- The rental agency building is on the left, not right.- The house has A LOT of little beachy decorations. If you have kids, put these up before you settle in.- They have baby bumpers, sand toys, and other items for families.- We loved South Beach for sunsets.- We rented umbrella and beach chairs from Beach Patrol (recommend between markers 4 and 5 for a wider beach area).- Private beach access (with showers for feet, etc.) as you walk toward gate, on your right.- The pool is steps from you door and a wonderful time for all ages.- Truffle Cafe was our best meal.- Kilwins the best ice cream.Enjoy! We will stay here again!

Beautiful views! Clean and well equipped property with nice layout for families. Nice location with easy walk to beach and south beach marina area. Views from porch were stunning. Enjoyed our stay.

The property has exceptional views from almost every window. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The 4 bikes that were included came in handy to explore Sea Pines. Highly recommend this property!

The back porch was completely enclosed with sliding windows and we enjoyed sitting out there looking at the beautiful view. A perfect winter retreat from the cold.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children) and big enough that 2 other family members stayed for part of the time. Well appointed and the screened porch overlooking the cove was a great place to relax.

A wonderful property at the best part of the island. Located in a small community at the southern tip of the island that has a wonderful, quiet beach to itself. The property is just a short walk a few houses down to the boardwalk and then onto the beach. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped; the kitchen is stocked with more dishware and equipment than you could imagine. The back screened-in porch looks out over the beautiful marsh; you'll feel like you're staying in a painting. A community pool is right across the street, not crowded, and perfect for the kids. Bikes are provided, and they are perfect for morning rides on the beach. It's just a very short walk to the Salty Dog for food or ice cream. A wonderful place to stay.

So very appreciated 23 Lands End. Great place. Great management: dropped off a new coffee pot the same day requested when the OG bit the dust. Very responsive. Loved having the ice maker: was a game-changer for the beach vaca!!! Tennis and PB daily!!! Thanks for a great week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures honestly don't do this place justice! The living space was incredible and WOW the view!!! We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning over the water. Also such a great location so close to the beach and South Beach Marina/ Salty Dog. The free bikes were also a nice touch- we used those every day!! Kitchen was great and fully stocked with the necessary tableware and appliances. I also think the living room furniture had just been replaced. Very nice!Our only complaints were with the bedrooms and the housekeeping. The two king beds were super comfy, but but the twin beds need some love. They were very uncomfortable for the adults using them, especially in the downstairs bedroom. Also, the first day we requested a new king sheet (since the one we had kept coming off the bed) and additional towels. And those were never provided to us after 5 days :( Not a huge deal, but was hoping for better service.

Thank you for your feedback, we take our customers opinions very seriously. We have changed out both twin beds in the downstairs bedroom and have made changes to our cleaning providers.

#24 is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise on the water and look across front porch for sunset. Clean, well equipped home was perfect spot for riding bikes, long walks on beach and family pickle.ball!

The location at the very tip of the island was great with both the marsh and beach footsteps away. The property was very nice, although a little tight for two families. The outdoor space made a big difference. The additional fee for a parking pass was a little annoying. That should have been incorporated into the overall price. Also, one of our cars was opened at night with a couple of small items stolen, so be sure to lock up.

We walked to the beach, walked to the Salty Dog and shopping, biked to Harbour Town. So much fun! Having the bikes included was a great bonus! The two chairs we found were in poor shape, we bought our own. (my only small complaint.)

It’s a very easy walk. I will say that the living space would be tight with more than 4 adults and two kids. Also, the home was in a bit of minor dis-repair (broken curtain rods, missing vertical blinds) but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. It was clearly well cleaned before our stay.
