Inside, the open-concept first floor creates a welcoming space for gathering and unwinding. The living room features plush seating and a Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a beautifully updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a traditional dining area for shared meals. Step outside to the covered porch, where you can enjoy tranquil garden views while grilling or simply soaking in the island breeze.

The thoughtfully designed layout offers both comfort and privacy for guests. The first-floor primary suite includes a King bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, and direct access to a peaceful patio—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms each feature Queen beds, their own private bathrooms, and Smart TVs, making this home ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Guests will enjoy added conveniences including 4 complimentary backpack beach chairs and 4 adult beach cruiser bicycles, making it easy to explore the island or spend a day by the shore. A car pass for Shipyard is included with your stay, providing access to the Shipyard Beach Club for easy beach parking, while additional passes may be purchased if needed. Within the community, enjoy access to tennis courts and beautifully maintained surroundings, all just minutes from Hilton Head's renowned beaches, golf courses, dining, and outdoor adventures.

Our stay was fantastic! The cottages were very clean and in a great location. Just one thing, leaving the car pass at the entrance booth would be better than picking them up at your office after a long day traveling.

Wonderfully laid out Airbnb with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Beautiful location. We felt at home and appreciated the bikes.

Summertime Serenity

This was one of our best family vacations yet!The property was great! We have four children 11-19 and we never felt crowded at all. Kids had their own space upstairs! The property grounds were fabulous. Bike rides and walks everyday through the peaceful shaded bike trails. 3-4 minute drive to the beach or a bike ride for maybe 10-15 min!The only issue we had but was resolved immediately was the air conditioning for upstairs. The cottage has one unit so cooling upstairs was very warm upon our first night. Contacted property management and they had someone out same day.Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Shipyard! The cottage was perfect for us. Everything was well kept and up to date. The beach was a quick drive away. The chairs and bikes provided were an added bonus. Highly recommend for a quiet trip.
