I would like to start by saying that staying at 25 red maple has been the biggest joy for my family for the past 4 years. We have been visiting HHI for over ten years now and fell in love with the area. Each year our family and needs seemed to expand. We decided that staying in Sea Pines was what we liked best. But with our three young kids and big Newfoundland dog(who can not go up stairs) and my aging parents coming along, we needed space and a ranch design that was dog friendly. These boxes are surprisingly hard to check off and one of our favorite parts about our stay is riding bikes to the beach. We bring our kids with us but having 4 available with the house was so convenient. Beach chairs, don’t worry with packing them because they have great back pack ones available. Oh and did I mention the pool! We found this property to be absolutely perfect. It’s always been close to the top of our budget but we felt like it was worth the splurge. Over the years the kitchen was renovated along with the laundry room (fantastic upgrades!). The house is always stocked with toys, books, puzzles and all of the necessities anyone could want. Every year we say “if only the extra bedroom had bunk beds, it would be perfect.” Well this year we arrived and saw that our minds were read… there were bunk beds! We were surprised to some other upgrades like an extra shower, extra bedroom and paved pool deck. Unfortunately as this property was always at the upper end of our budget we saw that the price has doubled and I just don’t see a way for us to continue to stay here and it really breaks my heart. I totally understand how the upgrades have increased the value. If you are on the fence just book it. It’s amazing and the ride through the golf course to the beach is only a mile and unmatched beauty! Best wishes to the owners of this wonderful perfect beach house! Morrison Family

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Hilton Head home located in Sea Pines. The accommodations were truly luscious-spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern, up-to-date finishes throughout. Everything felt fresh, tasteful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. One highlight was the brand new Weber grill, which made cooking and enjoying meals on the patio such a pleasure. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time. There were some maintenance issues with the property. But what a gorgeous house and pool. The set up was perfect for my family of 6 and my in-laws. Thank you for allowing pets. We had a wonderful time! We would love to rent again.

The layout makes it ideal if you're sharing the house with another family or have parents/grandparents staying with you - two bedrooms on one side and the primary on the other. Plenty of space if you're the type that needs a little space sometimes. Location of the house is great. There's a walking/bike path one driveway away from the house that connects you to any direction you'll want to go. Less than a five minute walk to the Plantation Golf Club clubhouse. It's almost in the middle of Salty Dog and the Beach Club from a direction standpoint. We biked to both multiple times and didn't hear a complaint from either one of our kids about the distance. House is at the end of a street so no car traffic. There's a Harris Teeter a few minutes away which is very convenient. Look at the dates of the other reviews because I think the rental company has made updates to the house based on what I read vs. how it is. No issues with the pool deck, it's all pavers and has plenty of seating.

Great property for a family with 4 kids (4-14 years old) and a dog. Fenced in pool area was nice. Entertainment room with toys, puzzles, and games was a bonus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals. Bikes and beach chairs on property were a blessing. Loved being on the golf course located close to the leisure trail.

Two bedrooms on one wing with a shared bath and then a large separation (living room/kitchen/den) between that side and primary bedroom wing. The den off the primary is a great separate play area for kids or in my case was used as ahome office. Very easy to close off this room from the rest of the house for a quiet place to work. Pool felt a good bitsmaller than pictured but was all we needed and watching the golfers come by in the backyard was fun. Yet we didn’t feel like they were right on top of us or that we were visible to them while sunbathing. Only real complaint is it feels like this house could greatly benefit from two AC units or split thermostats. The primary wing runs a good 3-4 degrees warmer than the other bedrooms so we battled on the thermostat for 10 days. One side of house was freezing while other side was borderline warm.

We loved our 35 nights on Red Maple road! The house was recently remodeled and perfect for us, our Goldendoodle, and our daughters’ family when they came for a week. We liked it so much that on our 3rd day we reserved again for next year! We have been coming to HHI for 37 years and this is a great property. Thanks so much.

We had an enjoyable vacay at Sea Pines. This area in Hilton Head is beautiful and quiet. We took walks and drove all over the island experiencing different venues. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable mattresses and furniture. Good to know; there was no salt and pepper or shampoo. We always take our own shampoo so not a problem but no salt and pepper was surprising. They do have some other spices. We also had to buy some laundry detergent and left it for the next guests so I hope they left it there for them. We would stay here again but would definitely stop and stock up on everyday staples.

The house and location were great. We enjoyed the easy access to the bike/ leisure trails and loved the great view of Heron Point golf course. The property is nicely secluded but very close to the beach club and Harbor Town. We'd certainly rent here again.

This house was cleaner and nicer (new kitchen and nicer furniture) since our first stay back in 2021. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the swimming pool and being able to have our dogs stay with us. Some of the decking has been replaced, but more boards are rotten and should be replaced before someone falls through them. We did have a neighbor from a couple of houses down who came into the back yard one night and was watching us cook inside the house, which was creepy. Once he knew we saw him, he left and we had no further issues with him. The other neighbors were nice and welcoming. We will be back!

Home has a unique layout with master bedroom & bath along with game room in one wing and other two bedrooms & shared bath in opposite wing. Large open living room, large powder room, dining area and kitchen in middle. There are sleeper couches in both the game room & the living room. Comfortable furniture. Fun to watch the golfers since their second shots are often right by the house. Found a golf ball in the pool one day. Nice for the dog with fenced in pool area. Deck needs refinished though but overall, nice comfortable home for large family or two families with 1 -2 children.

Annual Vacation This is the third time we’ve rented the same home for our annual family vacation. This house provides the right amount of space and is always comfortable and clean. We love that it has a pool and it provides for bikes and beach chairs so that we don’t have to lug our own. We highly recommend this home for anyone who likes to play golf or doesn’t mind biking a short distance to get to the beach. We will definitely be back!

My family (husband, 18m old, and in-laws) spent the week at this rental in April. The house was the perfect central location for enjoying Sea Pines and HHI in general. Very centrally located in the neighborhood--a short drive to the beach club as well as to the gardens/stables/petting zoo. The first day we tried to drive to the beach, we realized parking was limited. After that, we chose to do the easy 1 mi walk using the paved trails rather than drive. The house itself was perfect for our group. Great spaces for hanging out, and loved that one "wing" of the house had a separate living area off the master bedroom which allowed privacy and space for my in-laws. The only caution I'll callout for those with young kids--the stairs down to the living room in the main space meant that we were constantly having to be "on alert" as our 18m old loved trying to climb up and down them any chance she got!

The pool area was so relaxing. The "study" areas in the house (or the separation) was great for us because all of our four children were zooming classes (college and high school) during our stay and they all had a place to sit and do their work without interruption from others.Wifi was weak in the bedrooms which was unfortunate. The mattresses could stand to be replaced. Overall a great stay and we would definitely consider coming back to this beautiful home! And, thank you for making this a pet friendly home - our Boston loved it too!

We reserved this house for an 18 day stay. The house was very clean, bright and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were wonderful. The location of the house is Great. It is at the end of a cul du sac.. with a bike path right beside the house to the golf course. It was a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The house came with 4 new bikes from the bike rental shop. We ate breakfast out on the deck by the pool every morning and spent some afternoons by the pool enjoying the sounds of the golf course. Unfortunately our stay was cut short because of the Covid 19 pandemic and we had to return back to Canada after 4 days. We hope that one day we can return to Sea Pines and have a proper holiday there with our Family. If we do get the chance to do that, we would definitely want to stay at this home again.

The layout of this home was perfect for us! Two bedrooms with the jack-n-jill bath on one side of the home and the master suite on the other side which gave my parents peace and quiet from our kids at night. The pool was the perfect size for our group and was definitely enjoyed. We did not have luck with the weather so having a spacious home with plenty of comfortable seating, places to play games and a great kitchen was wonderful. We've been coming to Hilton Head for 10+ years and have always stayed closer to the beach thinking that was more convenient, but the bikes (and the addition of a beach cart on one of our bikes) made this home the best we've ever had. We loved the location, size, simple decor and pool. Overall, we have found this home to be the best value for our money during the peak summer season and would definitely stay here again. If you have small children, you can call the bike rental company and add children's bike accessories to the bikes already at the home, as well as a beach cart which makes getting to and from the beach super easy. We loved that it was easy to bike to the beach, Harbor Town and Lawton Stables. Thanks for a wonderful week!

The residence was just perfect. It was extremely clean and very well appointed, from the renovated bathrooms to the newly painted walls. The home has an open concept with tall ceilings and a large airy living space. It also included a fully equipped and updated kitchen. Even the grounds, including the pool, were ideal with a view of the golf course. Being on a dead end street was perfect for my young grandchildren to ride their bikes with no worries. The area was very quiet and private. We could easily walk on the golf course cart paths to get to the Club House for dining as well as continuing on to the spectacular beach, with all of its amenities. I would highly recommend this property. We plan to go back again and rent this same home. We could not have been happier with our choice.

This house was perfect for our family visit. The newly remodeled bathrooms were great. The pool had recently been resurfaced along with the pool deck. It is a short walk on the nearby bike path to the Plantation Golf club and the Beach Club. When we played golf on the adjoining golf course, we could drive the cart right up to the back patio and pick up the kids for a short ride. Overall this house was great for our vacation. We will rent again!!
