This vacation rental was perfect for our little family of 3. The location to our favorite beach was phenomenal. The walking path to Coligny Plaza was short and fun, and the cabana townhouse was the perfect size. The master king bed was excellent, we slept like babies! It has a fully stocked kitchen and very cold refrigerator! We were so comfortable staying there we didn't want to leave! Our senior dachshund loved the short distance to the pet grass area and so did we! Parking is right outside the front door, no stairs or waiting on elevators. We were so happy with our stay!

Happy the king bed, fully stocked kitchen (and very cold fridge!) kept you comfortable, and that the pet grass area and front-door parking made the stay simple for you and your senior dachshund. We were a little concerned the first couple of days due to seeing and killing two cockroaches!! However, after those two were eliminated the rest of our stay went well. We just made sure to keep all of our food contained. We decided not to report it after not having any more dealings with them.

Over that time period we have stayed in many different condos along South Forest Beach Drive. Overall, the Hilton Head Cabanas have been by far the best. The location, the inner courtyard, the pool are just fabulous. We love number 26 because of it's extra bathroom and layout. It's well kept and very clean. However, we have had a problem with the refrigerator (not cooling sufficiently) Last year we lost some food in the same frig. Thankfully, this year Island Rentals brought in a backup refrigerator, and that really saved us. We're a family that likes to cook so really depend on the kitchen.Thanks Island Rentals!

The property was as advertised and in a great location close to a neighborhood beach access trail! The home included what we needed for an enjoyable trip and we so much appreciate it is pet friendly and that you provide bikes and use of chairs and beach toys with the rental. The only comment I would make is consider having a washable floor mat when you come in the front door or at least a broom to sweep up when guests inevitably drag in sand from the beach. I’d also consider asking the neighborhood to advocate for putting in a pedestrian crosswalk to the beach path. It was sometimes hard to cross since cars didn’t have to yield to pedestrians. This would be to the benefit of the properties next door as well who also use the path..

This home is as advertised - well stocked with everything you need. No beach towels provided but this was noted with rental instructions. The home was clean and the master bed comfortable. The location was good - accessible to the beach and restaurants. As mentioned in a previous review, dogs are not permitted on the patio or courtyard which made it a bit challenging when taking our dog out. The cabanas are surrounded by parking lot so finding a place to walk was challenging. There was a very nice grill on the patio; however, there is no privacy. All patios open up to each other. The pool was very close and easily accessible through the courtyard. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This was our second year at this group of condos. Very nice, clean and affordable. Pool is right out back, walk to the beach is fair. Bring or buy amenities, multiple bathrooms is key with kids.

Between walking and the bikes provided with the unit you could get to all the major spots on the island with ease. A very peaceful place to stay with a nice clean pool and just about anything you could need to be comfortable.

Property was nice, had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Enjoyed use of the beach chairs, and the option to use bikes was nice! The villa is pet friendly which is great but the grounds (courtyard and patio) does not allow dogs, which is not specified in the listing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the short ~5 minute walk to the beach.

Beach access across the street. Very clean. Disconnected dryer air vent was fixed promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Cabana's. The rental was very nice and as pictured. My only negative comment would be that the cleaning crew could do a better job sweeping/vacuuming the unit. I swept up a rather large pile of dirt from under the couch and rug we had to move to use the sleeper sofa. But other than that, everything was great. We would certainly stay again.

Public access to the beach is across the street. Updated throughout. Clean and spotless except for the bedroom blinds that were overly dusty and grimy (how’d it get overlooked?).
