House was fantastic… few issues with communication, offered an additional day but when we asked for it we’re told no and then ok - very confusing. Our car passes were incorrect which was a real mess - we paid to have late check out and couldn’t use it because we couldn’t get back in with our expired passes dated incorrectly… wasted $$.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. When you contacted us about extending your stay, the call came in shortly before our office closed (4:53 pm) while our team was assisting another guest. You left a voicemail requesting to extend and asking about additional discounts. After checking with management and confirming that the bikes had already been inspected by South Beach Bikes and were fully operable, we returned your call to discuss the request. At that time, you mentioned you were no longer interested in extending your stay because the vehicle pass had expired. For clarification, guests are absolutely able to extend their stay when availability allows, and the vehicle pass would have been updated accordingly with the extension. The only limitation mentioned was that a late checkout would not be possible on the additional night due to incoming guests, although the late checkout on your original departure date was still permitted. We apologize if any of this caused confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Thank you again for staying with us.

beautiful relaxing outdoor area with pool that we unfortunately could not use due to the weather and winter.

Amazing property! Place was spotless upon arrival! It was a little too cold to get in the pool, but very clean, and a highlight of the property. The kids really enjoyed the bonus room above the garage. The perfect hang out spot between the arcade machine and the TV area. And they loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Master bedroom was breathtaking! The shower was something from a movie. 10/10 property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would/will stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This house is great! It is very accommodating for large groups. We were a group of 6 so there was more than enough room. The built in pool was awesome and the water temp was perfect. Also a great location, many amenities, restaurants & the tiki bar/beach are all close by. If you are looking to go to Hilton Head, we highly recommend you try this awesome house.

Beautiful place and location. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Having bikes available and a pool right out the back door was a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

The home was fantastic and met all our needs and wants. Great that pool was 'indoors' given the high heat experienced this week!

This home in Shipyard is outstanding! The home is not lacking for anything, from a heated pool to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, including spices at the center cooking island. The location is also perfect for great dining nearby and of course plenty of golf options!! We will be back😉

The house was great and a beautiful area! Very clean and neat. The only downfall was there were not many accommodating “extras” available like I have had in other locations (coffee on hand, blow dryer available, heated pool). We had a great time and are definitely going to return to Hilton Head.

Beautiful house, description of rooms accurate, located in a gated community, and in a peaceful neighborhood!
Huge kitchen with enough room to eat at the small table or in the large dining room. Very clean swimming pool!!
The only suggestion is to know to bring the following items with you…
1) a hair dryer
2) kitchen towels
3) pool towels
Everything else is here waiting for you to arrive!!
One of the best houses we have stayed in!!

Place was immaculate and provided a bog kitchen and dinning space for the big group. The indoor pool keep up same with the hear from outside, bikes made it really easy to move. There is a cap on parking passes because of the community, so plan for the least amount of cars to avoid issues.

This was a beautiful trip! My children and grandkids Loved the Airbnb ♥️😍 especially the pool 🏖️ everything was so clean and comfortable!!! We will definitely be staying with you again and will recommend you to our family and friends!! We felt right at home 🏠
