Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great property. Clean with a stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators and a nice pool. Much cleaner than other pools of properties in the past. 15 min walk to the beach, close to the bike path. Comfortable beds. Love that it comes with bikes and beach chairs, too.

A great house, perfectly stocked, with easy access by bike to the beach and Harbor Town. Kids loved it, pup loved it, we loved it. Will be back next year!

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for 15 years now and usually stay in Sea Pines. This was our favorite rental of all time. House is super clean with bright, naturally lit living areas. Most well appointed kitchen with nice appliances. Comfy beds with clean bathrooms. Pool and spa were awesome (well heated too!). Bikes, towels and beach chairs were all top notch.
Centrally located; 15 minute bike to South Beach or Harbortown, 20 to Beach Club and 25-30 to Greenwood Gate or Coligny.
You won’t find a better rental in Sea Pines!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gunnery Lane. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and perfectly stocked. The pool and spa were relaxing and a perfect way to cool off. The location was outstanding, right near bike path and minutes from beautiful beaches. My daughters and I had a fantastic girls week together!!!!

We could not be happier with our stay at 28 Gunnery in Sea Pines. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We felt like we were staying at our second home from the moment we walked through the door. The owners have truly thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. The property was immaculate and very clean throughout. Very relaxing and beautiful location close to the bike trails that meander throughout Sea Pines and the island. We are already talking about our next stay and coming back to this gem. Thank you for making our getaway simply perfect.

We enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and also well- stocked for cooking. The host was responsive and brought over a new coffee maker within an hour when we found the carafe broken. We'd love to visit again!

Home was wonderful! Nice amenities, spacious and cozy for our family to gather. We stayed in the off-season, but during normal Hilton Head weather, the pool looked enjoyable!

I stayed here with my husband and our two dogs and we had a blast! We enjoyed the pool, the peaceful nature, and riding the bikes around on the bike trails! The house was perfect and so nice! Felt so cozy watching movies at night as well!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and Sea Pines is our “happy place”. 28 Gunnery Lane is a gem! Located on a quiet cul de sac on a lagoon, it is a bike ride to the beach and to Harbor Town. Four bikes and four beach chairs are included with the rental. A definite plus! The house is beautifully decorated with high quality, comfortable furniture. An abundance of glass and skylights provide an open and inviting feeling. Wonderful deck, pool and spa. A great place to entertain or just relax and enjoy the lovely lagoon and surrounding nature. This house is also pet friendly! Even the dog bowls are provided. We love everything about this house and will definitely be back.

The house was amazing! It was newly updated and absolutely gorgeous. They had everything you needed and more. We paid for the pool to be heated and that made the stay that much better. The house is perfect for a dog. Sea pines is so great and is in close proximity to all the restaurants and everywhere is dog friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful updated home located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with every cook item you could imagine. ( keurig, regular coffee pot, even a crockpot, microwave drawer and extra full frig in laundry room off the kitchen ). The laundry room does not have a utility tub. Starter supplies were minimal 1 paper towel, 1 laundry detergent, no dishwasher detergent, 1 small dish soap for sink. The pool looked amazing but full of pine mulch and tree leaves (sunk at the bottom). There was no pool service during our 6 day stay. There was a spa but couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets. There was no information in the booklet at the home about the pool/ spa. We didn't use the pool or spa! Very close to the lagoon. Super easy to ride the bike path to Sea Pines South beach Club and Salty Dog. Very much enjoyed having the bikes and backpack beach chairs for our stay. Check in was easy! Found out a few days before we had to drive to Island Rentals to pick up our pass to get into Sea Pines. However, this is a ticket to get a pass at the entry at Sea Pines Gates. Digital lock on front door was easy to use after a few times. I rated communication lower because it took them 2 days to respond to a message I sent asking about Tropical Storm Imelda. Lucky for us the storm changed course! The weather ended up being perfect! I would definitely rent this place again! It really is stunning!

We’re sorry the starter supplies were minimal and that the laundry room didn’t have a utility tub — we’ll ensure more essentials are stocked going forward and clarify the laundry layout. The pool is serviced twice per week, however we had a lot of rain during your stay, which causes pine needles to fall into the pool, we verified that the twice per week service occurred. The owners are adding a controller for the pool and spa to make use of the heater easier, the pool was newly built prior to their purchase and they are in the process of making these upgrades currently.
