The home features two spacious living areas, each equipped with large flat-screen TVs, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you're enjoying a movie night or catching up on your favorite shows, these comfortable living spaces provide the perfect setting for entertainment and relaxation. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living rooms to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to entertain and enjoy each other's company.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area seats eight guests comfortably, providing a perfect setting for family dinners or casual breakfasts.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed to provide a restful and luxurious experience. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a twin trundle, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. Supplies were less, variety of bicycle options would be nice, lights in the pool could add little more excitement. Overall the place was good, beds were comfy and sunroom was awesome. Thank you so much.

Great family house

Our family was very comfortable with the house and loved having the pool. The amenities were just as advertised. The only negative was the distance from the beach, it wasn’t a walkable Doran w and biking was a little far, especially if you wanted to bring chairs and beach stuff. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was everything we could have wanted for our week long vacation. Their was 6 of us total, 4 adults and 2 kids and we had PLENTY of room. This house can hold so many- we are hoping to come back next year with more family. I really enjoyed the games included with the house, the kids loved the blocks and connect 4. We have zero complaints. Highly recommend.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the host was very responsive The home is actually more spacious and beautiful in person private pool Bbq grill at pool side! We put lamb chops and oyster on the grill and enjoyed the pool and spent most of days at the beach just minutes away from the house I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return there was a recipe recommended by the host we never got to try!

Stayed here for the end of the summer family vacation and the location is optimal and private. The highlight of my trip was the bike rides to the beach with the family. The weather was not the best so we did not get to do most of the activities we had planned out due to the rains and storms so will definitely plan to visit again in a different time.

We had a great experience! The air bnb was great, we used the pool most days! The process to get into the air bnb was a little confusing as we had to get passes but there was no information given to us about how to do so or where to go for them. It’d be helpful to have a one page of information of how to get into the air bnb.

Just What We Needed

Loved our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at 28 Swing About. The proximity to the beach via bike ride is good. Love the free bikes and beach chairs (clean and new) that came with the house. Beds are comfy and house is clean. The sunroom is our favorite. There is plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco dining. The pool is a great addition. It’s adequate but wish it’s a tad bigger. The pool catches a lot of the leaves and stuff from the trees around it so we had to keep cleaning it before getting in.
