Great house and awesome location. We loved being so close to the beach. The pool was great and cleaned during our stay. The bikes were also nice to use. Kitchen stuff was adequate. Would stay again!

This is our second time staying at 3 Nighthawk and it didn’t disappoint. The new renovations to the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms made it even better. It is extremely family friendly and pet friendly too. This rental has all the amenities you would ever need both inside and outside the house. The pool, bikes, and beach chairs were used everyday and saved us from packing extra items. We were allowed to check in early and that is a huge savings for us as we usually travel the day before so we are already on the island. The walk to the beach is perfectly short and the street is very calm and quiet. This has become one of our favorite rental properties on the island. Everything we need and more!

Ideal spot for our winter getaway—even closer to the beach (at about 45 seconds, by my count) than it appears in the photos and description. The block is very quiet, but provides easy access to groceries, restaurants, parks, bike / walking paths, and overall exploring. Master bed is exceptionally comfortable. Pretty trees on the nicely maintained property. We'd hope to stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd time we took our family to Hilton Head and stayed on Night Hawk Street. It was the first time we rented 3 Night Hawk as our prior choice was always 4 Night Hawk, but it was already booked for the week we needed. This street is outstanding for our grandchildren. It is quiet, a 3-minute walk to the beach and extremely safe as there is no traffic. It is also a short walk/bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The unit has a great open floor plan with the only drawback being that it is only 2 bathrooms and could use another half bath with for the number of children and adults the house can accommodate. The kitchen is the only downside, as it is in desperate need of an update and does take away from the overall vacation experience. The pool although located in the front is fantastic as it is complemented by the overall beautiful landscaping that surrounds the home. I also want to recognize Island Rentals of Hilton Head. They are responsive and extremely helpful from booking through the checkout process. One comment, the location of the house on the website is incorrect from the ariel view. It shows the home on the opposite side of the main road which it is not. Something the owners might want to correct as it could deter someone from selecting the house.

From the beginning of our stay everything was perfect. We were allowed to check in early and so appreciate that perk as we traveled 12 hours to get there so we loved having an extra day of fun in the sun. The house, set up, resources, pool and proximity to the beach made this the perfect beach getaway. We loved being able to bring our dog and found that the property was great being fenced in All in all the trip was perfect! We would definitely rent from Hilton Head Island Rentals again.

Property was clean and well kept. Kids enjoyed tbe pool. From the driveway to the beach entrance it was a 30 second walk. Beautiful neighborhood. One mile bike ride to coligny square. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house, so close to the beach, It was only a 1 minute walk! The house had everything we needed. We brought our dog, it was nice to have the yard fenced in. There was a back door, which was convenient for bringing him in, and cleaning him up. The bikes included in the rental was great! You can get to the shops and restaurants down at Coligny in minutes! The house could use some updates, but all in all, we would definitely rent here again!

The house is very open and bright. The kitchen is large and plenty space for cooking and eating in. Some of the outdoor furniture could use replacing and the front door sticks causing a loud squeak when opening up the door. Downstairs bathroom door did not lock but really wasn't a problem for us.

The property was very clean, had nice furnishings, and had ample kitchen needs. The property management group was very responsive to our needs. The pool was heated so we could enjoy a nice family swim even in cold winter weather. It had a fenced lot which was excellent for our dog! The whole family was able to enjoy the outside as well as the inside! It had that beachy feel for us as it was SOO close to the beach. We were able to get to the beach in literally 1-2 minutes. It was wonderful. We will definitely look to rent this home again in the future.

This is the second year renting this property and we have had a positive experience! The beach house is perfect size right near the ocean and the private pool is an added touch! Also we loved the fenced in yard for the dogs it made our vacation even more enjoyable

This year we took our kids and our first grandbaby! We had a great week and were so sad when it was time to go home. We loved this rental! Great location and close to the beach access. Pool was great! The open layout of the house is a plus especially when you have multiple families. One small complaint...box springs in upstairs room are noisy when turning over or changing positions. We will definitely book this rental again!!

The pool is great and the location is perfect - super close to the beach. The house definitely has what you need, but nothing extra. The price is great so that makes sense. But, I recommend bringing things like countertop spray and your own plastic bowls/plates/cups to use poolside.

Reviewer Comments: Nice beach style home a few houses from private beach entrance in north Forrest beach. perfect for our family of 2 plus our dog but would be fine for 2 couples and kids . Pool was nice and heated was a plus. In my opinion this house meets all the requirements, in great location close to Coligny but still residential so beach not as crazy during busy season , pool , 4 free bicycles, pet friendly, and basically a few steps from beach access , bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well , nice large flat screened TVs . This is a smaller house compared to some of the larger ones in the area ( no elevators, pool tables ,pool side bars , butlers, lol ) . A few negatives , sofa nearing end of life , windows need cleaning.

The location is great, walk to the left and be on the beautiful beach in 5 minutes or walk to the right and hit the wonderful walking/biking trail that will carry you all over the island, we took our dogs and they loved it! The house was good, layout is a little wacky with a really small bathroom in the master bedroom and a bedroom upstairs with no bathroom, but there was only two of us so we just used the large bathroom on the other side of the house. Carpet had lots of spots but no odor so didn't bother us. Had a few maintenance issues but the property manager responded quickly and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Met really nice people in the neighborhood and on the beach, would definitely stay here again!

The pool was a perfect size for a few kids playing and a few adults sun bathing. Plus, there was plenty of sun on the pool the entire day. The house was in pretty good condition overall and was clean when we got there. The kitchen had ample pots, pans, and Tupperware and we were able to cook every meal at the house. The grill starter needed to be replaced and even though it wasn’t able to be completed during our stay, they were super responsive. He showed up to our house in 10 minutes to check on the issue and bought us a long lighter to use in the meantime. The upstairs beds are very squeaky and could use replacing, but overall the rooms were fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Master bedroom included a king sized, comfortable mattress, nice bed linen goods, and a lighted leaded-glass window high above bed.Kitchen was very clean with ample space, eating /cooking supplies and utensils. Bathrooms very clean. Home included games, brochures/magazines/books to read that were very helpful to plan activities since this was our first time to Hilton Head. Location is quiet, safe with quick access to trails and beach. Cable TV worked well. Ample grocery and restaurants nearby – although In driving around Hilton Head, the round-abouts have a bit of a learning curve This was a great place to experience and enjoy Hilton Head.
