We stayed here for the last week with our three kids (10, 3, and 7mo). We had the best time. This unit is in the best location for its proximity to the pool and beach. Parking is right out front so it’s easy to load and unload. We had pretty much everything we needed to make most meals in, but close to everything we needed when going out. Sea Pines is close and we ended up going several times. The listing didn’t mention a wagon, but there was one for us to use which was helpful getting to the beach. Although close to public access, the beach was never super crowded around our area which was very nice.
Only downside (which was on me, I should have paid closer attention) was that both bathrooms are upstairs. So with a potty trained toddler, it was a lot of work to dry off and go upstairs every time he needed to go. But that was it!

The condo was great. Not over-the-top luxury, but we weren't expecting that—very much as advertised. Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Ended up only driving once the entire week, otherwise we just walked to Coligny Circle. Plenty of shops and restaurants. We had several outstanding dinners during our stay.

We really enjoyed the Villa with our Family. The proximity to the pool and beach was perfect to keep us cool during the heat. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, very close to the beach and also to the shops in town for dining, grabbing groceries, ice cream and shopping. The layout of the condo could have been better. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were upstairs. The property was clean but needs some maintenance. Slider to the porch needs to be replaced, master bath sink drains slow, and knob on the tub falls off.

The house is in a great location, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the provided beach chairs and wagon for easy transport to the beach. The beach itself is nice, and during low tide, it's possible to ride a bike on it. There are also nice trails for biking nearby. The property is conveniently close to a resort where you can go horseback riding. We also enjoyed a trip to Savannah.

We enjoyed the patio in the morning and evening and the pool (right outside our door) is partly shaded which was wonderful for middle of the day heat. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, where we spent hours enjoying the ocean. The host gave access to a wagon with beach chairs and other water toys. Not far from Coligny Plaza, riding a bike or walking to shops or restaurants was convenient. The host has made this rental comfortable and the details for our stay were perfect.

You simply can’t beat this location - pool right off the patio and the beach a few steps away. House was clean and well laid out for a family. There wasn’t any information regarding rules of the community which would have been helpful as we were notified after the fact that you couldn’t leave your towel on your chair on the deck etc. The check in process was simple, the pool was heated as described, and like I said, the location was the best! Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was 5 steps from our patio and the beach was just a short walk down the private path. A really great spot.

Which was a bonus to us because last years vacation (in a different complex) left us with no a/c for 2 days in July! Ocean Club 3 was stocked well and roomy! We had zero issues with mosquitos throughout the complex! Maybe just a suggestion is a smaller patio set or extending the Brick patio. By one to two rows. We were constantly moving chairs around to go from pool to condo. But that is not a deal breaker!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the location of this Villa. And would love to rent in 3 Ocean Club Villa again. We loved the people who either own or rent in this complex. However, not sure if I would rent unit 3 again especially since they are now asking $1,000 USD more per month. There are serious maintenance issues with this unit that the owners should take care of immediately.1. Furnace is disgusting. It has not been maintained or serviced in years. Thanks goodness we did not need any heat or air conditioning. 2. Mold around all the main floor registers. 3. Mold around the bathtub (not ensuite). The mold was dripping onto the floor mat.4. Plumbing for both bathtubs need to be replaced. We had to call maintenance as one of the taps fell off. Hot/Cold are reversed in one of the bathtubs. We also asked for bath mats. The steel tubs are extremely slippery. 5. We had to call the cleaners to come back and vacuum the couch. Covered in dog hair. The living room rug and throw pillows were covered in dog hair. The 2nd bedroom where there are two beds, under the beds was a carpet of dog hair. (didn't notice until last day) And I would find fluffs of dog hair throughout the unit. 6. Fridge needs servicing or replaced. Freezer made ice but turned into a huge block of ice. Water is dripping in the fridge and freezing on food items.7. Sliding screen door needs repair or replaced. Constantly coming off the track. Difficult to open or close. I have photos of all these issues.

Property is a little worn but serves the purpose. Location is perfect. Short walk to all the shops but far enough away that the beach isn't as crowded. Pool setting is a perfect mix of sun and shade, whichever you want. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a 3 night stay in 3 Ocean Club Villas in September to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. The condo is decorated very cute and was clean. There were several dishes that were not clean, however the dishwasher was easy to use and we were able to clean them ourselves. There were a few damages to the condo that were obviously from a pet that had stayed previously and the fact that pets had clearly been there in the past, my husband's allergies acted up while we were there. It is just a short walk to the beach and was located right by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a very nice place. Great location and short walk to most shops and restaurants. It was great to have beach chairs and necessities available on arrival. Just a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, however, didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely consider staying again on a future visit.

This place was perfect for us. The pool and the beach is right out the back door. Was so nice to be close to everything. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Did not spend too much time inside the condo, it was a nice set up, clean, lots of pillows, blankets and towels. The beach chairs were a great bonus. more than enough space for our family of 4. We had a hard time leaving and can't wait to go back!

The villa was exactly what we expected, however I will say the rental company does not answer the phone. I called for days prior to our stay with questions, no answer. Aside from that, the actual villa was perfect. Great spot for families with young children, as the pool and beach are so close!
