Had a really good time staying at this unit. The unit was well stocked and and quiet. We have a great view and we were close to many places within walking distance. There are some items that need to be replaced that are rusting, so a good refreshing is necessary.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 year old. The bedroom area is small and hard to fit a travel crib comfortably but we made it work. The door that separates the bed, bunks and bathroom is very thin so we didn't have as much flexibility to move around once our daughter went to bed. The noise coming from the Tiki Bar next door was so loud we could not sleep until the place closed at 11PM. It was so loud that we could make out every song and the bass was felt in the room. The elevator was not working but we weren't made aware of that until we arrived and the security guard told us. It was a pain to take our luggage up 4 flights of steps.

Thank you for your feedback. There are 2 onsite elevators, I apologize that the security guard didn't inform you of this. We were not told than an elevator was out of service, because the other was still running.

Very nice corner unit on top floor. Close to the beach, and many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Unit was clean on entry. Plenty of towels.
Property managers are very quick to respond to any problems encountered.
Across the st. In Coligny, the Earl of Sandwich is very good.

Our first family vacation with our 1 year old was great! Easy access right to Coligny Plaza and the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous. There was some bad wind on our trip and we could easily see the beach warning flags from the balcony which was nice. Bedroom was the perfect size - we were able to set up our daughter's pack n play easily every night. Looking forward to rebooking!

The Breakers in Hilton Head is located right on the beach. Our unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. These units are perfect for 2-3 people. Ours came fully equipped. The new elevators are a welcome addition to the building. The security guard, Josh is friendly and takes great pride in his work. The association continuously makes improvements to the property.

This unit was recently renovated and clean. The two bikes included enabled us to explore local attractions using a huge network of bicycle paths. Daily walks on the beach featured dolphins and pelicans fishing the ocean.
If you like a firm mattress beware that the bed was soft and uncomfortable. The elevator was out of service for several days. Walking to and from the third floor was a chore especially at check out.

I’ve been taking my kids here for over a decade for a slow paced summer week on the coast. The property (309) was wonderful. The view is amazing, the place was clean and very comfortable. The tv is easy to use and works. The kitchenette is small but functional. Overall a great place and I would happily stay here again.

Overall it was perfect. Great location, great view. Was able to drink coffee on the balcony and watch dolphins, yoga sessions, lifeguards setting up, and even deer living in the dunes. Our room was not cleaned by 4pm but the amount of people vacationing must be hard on the crew. We just grabbed the car tag out of the room and went to the pool. Our kids never knew anything was wrong.

This is the 2nd year in a row I have stayed at this apartment. It has the best location and view to the beach, and is close to grocery store, restaurants and nightlife.
The only few drawbacks are:
- the carpet on the outside balcony is worn out and needs to be replaced. It's very ragged.
- there is a small kitchen and there are plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc. But the knives are dull. If are to use the kitchen we need sharp knives.
- this was posted by others as well. The interior needs a makeover. The bathroom looks old and the shower and fixtures are old. A few of the wall plugs are not functioning or loose. Needs to be replaced.
- This was commented by others as well. The wifi worked on my laptop but not on my phone. It needs a 2nd login after you login to the wifi which was a different password. So need to make the wifi login simpler.
Otherwise a perfect spot for your Hilton Head getaway. Would recommend

The location was perfect! We’ve stayed at The Breaker’s numerous times. It’s close to everything. This spot was our favorite, since it was on the top floor the balcony was open so we could catch sun from there. We loved that it included bicycles. Saved a little $$. Great stay!

We've stayed at the Breakers for many years and it was a rewarding visit as always. Proximity to Coligny Plaza is very useful. Views were beautiful. Access to beach is perfect. Alas, the new elevator was not yet working.

The location was perfect. Could not have been better.
The balcony has ocean front view. Nothing between your apartment and the beach (except some short bushes).
And 3 min walk from the apartment to the beach.
The apartment perfect for 2 people though it can hold more (pull-out sofa bed).
The only 2 minor gripes are the internet requires double authentication (via a web login page). So could not setup my ROKU. If the login was simpler that would be great.
And only 1 of the 2 bicycles had a the apartment address on it. I guess the 2nd bike is the one right next to it but would be nice if it was clearly marked.

We had a lovely comfortable visit in #309–it was very clean (except for stained living room area rug that needs to be replaced). Nicely updated, plenty of room for 2. We loved the resort itself and the pool area. We already have plans to return next fall.

Excellent condo on the beach. It’s also very close to shopping and dining areas. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach. The condo was very clean and had an excellent view from overlooking the beach. I would stay here again.

We spent three months at this unit January February March. It is a lovely position on the property. We have a fantastic View and it is quiet being on the end. The stairs do not bother us at all. The upgrades that were done in 2020 were very helpful. We always look forward to our Winters. Thank you very much.!

Did not appreciate that there was no notice of no elevators. Spectacular views. All dishes (Plates)were chipped badly. Public health requires no chipped or cracked plates can be used.

Property was clean, the manager was sometimes hard to get a hold of prior to our arrival. The layout is shown in pictures, but the porch furniture was not as shown. There were two chairs, neither of which was shown. Other than that, we had a good time and loved the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants. Word of careful on the stairs!! On the last day of out trip (thank goodness!), I tripped and fell and really hurt myself.

We had a great time can’t beat the location right on the ocean and short walk to shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay the condo was very clean with unbeatable view of the ocean and beach. Condo would easily accommodate six people. We are planning on staying here again.

Overall the property was good, it does need some update. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. There was only 1 outside chair, some of the lights did not work, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful and a plus on the beach chairs.

Location, location, location-this sweet little unit has an AMAZING direct ocean view and is in easy walking distance of Coligny Square (restaurants, grocery, shops). A couple of challenges: the mattresses were not comfortable, the couch has seen many better days and needs to be replaced, there was only one wine glass, and the ice maker didn't work while we were there in spite of a request for repair. The management company didn't respond to my Saturday night email requesting help with the ice maker and the beeping smoke alarm so I called them again on Monday morning. They sent someone out that afternoon who fixed several items but they didn't tell us that the ice maker still didn't work until I called again on Tuesday. Kudos to the cleaning service who left us more than enough towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. for two people for a week. Another plus: the two bikes and four beach chairs which came with the unit were great perks saving us time and money!

Overall a nice experience in a great location. The only negatives I can think of is that the ice maker did not work and the arrival envelope with parking pass and other things was not there for us.
