View from the balcony is gorgeous. There was some bad wind on our trip and we could easily see the beach warning flags from the balcony which was nice. Bedroom was the perfect size - we were able to set up our daughter's pack n play easily every night. Looking forward to rebooking!

Location was great on 3rd floor and away from the pool area. Short walk to beach, nice beach chairs provided. Bikes were a big plus! paths all over the Island made it fun. Across the street was a small shopping center for groceries, and a few restaurants plus 'tourist' shopping. Convenience, clean and was nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo! Great time!

These units are perfect for 2-3 people. Ours came fully equipped. The new elevators are a welcome addition to the building. The security guard, Josh is friendly and takes great pride in his work. The association continuously makes improvements to the property.

We had a great vacation at The Breakers unit 309. It was a perfect location, end unit, right on the beach and on the third floor (we don’t mind the stairs). We could hear live music in the evening from the club next door, not too loud, just enough to put you in the vacation mood. The view was amazing, we could look out over the dunes and beach. We often saw a 6 point buck who lived in the dune vegetation, we called him our ‘deer friend’. We also watched pelicans and dolphins right from our balcony. The unit wasn’t the cleanest, but I attribute that to the shortage of employees these days. I loved that it had a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The bunks were not as wide as a standard twin but my teenage daughters had no complaints. We used the microwave, toaster oven, cook top and coffee pot. There is no oven and the kitchen sink is a bar sink, small and deep, so there was a learning curve to try to figure out how to rinse off a plate without getting soaked. The queen bed was very comfortable, but there’s no door between the master and the bunks, so there’s a bit of a privacy issue. The Breakers is located right across from the Coligny Beach shops with tons of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and a Piggly Wiggly. Super convenient! We also loved the two bikes that came with the unit. My husband and I biked 25 miles our first day. The island has bike trail maps posted all over the place. It was much easier to bring 3 bikes from home than to try to attach 5 bikes to the car. We took day trips to Savannah and Charleston and went on a two hour kayak salt marsh tour during our stay. We loved every minute of our week at The Breakers Unit 309! One word of caution, there are stinging nettles jellyfish in Hilton Head when the water is warm, late July and August. Three out of the five of us were stung this week. Not as bad as a bee sting, but the burn lasts for a while and welts up. We saw many swimmers who were stung, especially later in the week.

Was able to drink coffee on the balcony and watch dolphins, yoga sessions, lifeguards setting up, and even deer living in the dunes. Our room was not cleaned by 4pm but the amount of people vacationing must be hard on the crew. We just grabbed the car tag out of the room and went to the pool. Our kids never knew anything was wrong.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this property. The reason is it's the perfect location (right next to Coligny Beach entrance, restaurants and Piggly Wiggly) and has an amazing view or the ocean. It is on the top corner, so no one above or next to us. Just a couple of things to to help improve this place: - The balcony has a worn out carpet/covering that needs to be replaced. It just looks so old and ragged. - There is a kitchen with pots & pans, lots of plates and utensils. So we were ready to cook but the knives are soo dull you cannot even cut bread. If you are going to advertise a kitchen and provide the basics then please have sharp knives. - Tried a few of the outlets to charge my phone and they either did not work or were loose and my charger would not stay. - The bathroom needs to be remodeled. It looks dated and the tub is rough and dirty. - the internet worked on my laptop but not on my phones. Need to provide a better router or enable guest login option on mobile devices where you do not have to open a browser to login. The location is perfect and the view is amazing. Just need to update a few things to make it an amazing vacation spot.

Nice property, although a little dated. Mattress needs to be replaced very soon. The bikes came in handy for rides around the island.

Perfect location and view. Clean apt. but certain nooks and crannies (such as the ceiling fan) could have been cleaned. Had to ask where the bicycles were located and how to identify them. Only found one with the 309 breakers address. The wifi login process was a pain. Only 2 of our 4 devices could go online. Could not use my roku because of the dual level login. Other than these minor inconveniences the place is perfect

The condo was perfect for a last minute getaway. The beach is right in front and shopping and restaurants right behind. The bikes make your car unnecessary. The manager was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We couldn't ask for a better location. There was even a beach wedding at the park next door which was fun to watch.

Great time watching Delfina, huge ships at sea and waking up to the ocean every day. Did not want to leave! Already planning to rebook next summer, just have to check dates. The price/value was better than we ever thought. The bikes were great (girls) used them and we surf fished in the morning. Wonderful vacation...
