312 Breakers

The room was nice, small, but the space was well utilized. It was clean and the view was amazing. There are some areas that need some attention. The fan over the bed was out of sync and created a “knocking” noise while trying to sleep. The bedding was a bit worn, the sheets though very clean were rough with pilled areas that made it difficult to rest well. The pillows were thin and not comfortable. The TV was brand new which was nice for nighttime viewing. The kitchen was well stocked with all you could possibly need. The only exception, there wasn’t a stove which we must have overlooked when booking. We made do with the roaster oven. The space was warm and inviting, the deck furniture was brand new and the beach chairs were very nice. We also loved having access to bikes which we took full advantage of. The pool was well maintained and lots of space to rest and relax. Our overall experience was great and the money was well spent.

I’m sorry about the fan noise and the bedding/pillow comfort — we’ve alerted maintenance to inspect the fan and asked housekeeping to review and replace any pilled sheets and upgrade pillows. The place is updated and the view and location are amazing! We had a couple of minor issues at the beginning and they were very responsive and corrected it quickly. Easy walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I love booking this condo for quick breaks from work. Everything is in walking distance - Grocery, shopping, beach, pool, Tiki Bar, music, restaurants. It’s a fantastic location. Also, it’s the perfect perch to see and hear the ocean.

We absolutely loved our stay at 312 Breakers! Our oceanfront balcony view was stunning. Coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise is a must, but if you’re able, take the bikes out for a sunrise ride on the beach! All of the necessities are here, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, volleyball and a football! Just pack your bathing suit, beach towel, and sunblock and you’re good to go! We shopped across the street at the Piggly Wiggly and made all of our meals right in the condo! …and because I’m a coffee fanatic, I can’t go without saying they had a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience! We will be returning, enjoy your summer!

The cozy condo was perfect for a beach getaway. It was just steps from the beach and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. It’s in a very walkable location. We parked the car and walked to shopping, dining, and the grocery store. We also enjoyed using the 2 bikes that were included. We had a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! Location was perfect..faced the ocean...beautiful views! Pics were spot on. Cozy and beautiful. Couldn't have been a better location. very easy to find. We walked everywhere..shops and wonderful restaurants just a few feet from the unit. Everyone was so friendly. We loved the Big Bamboo restaurant. They had the most amazing live band Saturday night. Our other fav was Skillets Cafe & Grill. We became fiends with Amy the owner, ended up eating most of our meals there. Food was amazing..and our waitress, Shelly, a beautiful Jamaican girl was wonderful! Everything was right there at your fingertips, even a Piggly Wiggly. We ventured away one time to the Harbor Town Lighthouse and took the Spirit of Harbor Town Dinner Cruise. It was amazing, food incredible and wonderful staff. We can't wait to go back to HHI and stay again in this unit at the Breakers! The place is just adorable :)

The condo was great - just what we needed. Couldn't beat the view and proximity to the pool, stores and ocean. The bike rentals were a plus too. e biked to dinner every night! No complaints, only praises for this property!

My only negative comment was that the 2 skillet pans need to be replaced as the nonstick surface was peeling on both. All other pans looked new and there were plenty of dishes, glassware and flatware. We had a great stay and hope to return!

We really enjoyed this spot. The view is great to watch the sunrise from the deck every morning. We never used the pool but walked to the beach every day. Love the area and being so close to Coligney Beach. The place was clean and we loved cooking breakfast and sitting out on the deck. Its small and cozy. Perfect for a couple getaway. We can't wait to visit Hilton Head again.

This place is just perfect for a relaxing oceanfront getaway. The Breakers has been our go-to in Hilton Head for years, and 312 stands out as one of the best we've stayed in. The decor and furnishings are beautiful, the unit is bright and airy, and had everything we needed. We loved the included bikes and beach chairs. We never got back in our car until it was time to leave!

Excellent location with fantastic views of beach. Small but well laid out inside. It’s an older complex , but condo 312 has been renovated recently and modernized. Perfectly located for walking to restaurants and supermarket and very short walk to the beach. Would be a bit cramped for more than a couple , as bathroom is small. Really enjoyed sitting on patio in morning and evening overlooking the beach.

We love Breakers 312! The property is just as advertised - clean, newly furnished, amazing beachfront view, and we loved having the two complimentary bicycles available to us. Island Rentals is great to work with and was very responsive to any and all needs - we would definitely rent from them again as well as return to Breakers 312.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time. View was incredible. Condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were shocked while driving to Hilton Head we received a text stating our room would be ready early at 1pm. I’ve never had a location notify me we could check in early. We had one issue with the dryer not working and the property management sent someone within 15 minutes to check it out and when they needed to order a part, they picked up our clothes and had them cleaned by a laundry service. Can’t say enough great things about their level of service!

Excellent location in close proximity to the beach and shopping. Balcony provides great beach view with lounge chairs. Beach chairs and umbrella provided as well. Condo wasn’t the cleanest, but not a major issue. Linens and dishes were provided and clean. Overall a great stay. We would return again.

Reviewer Comments: One of the best views on the island from this top floor direct beachfront condo as well as a very short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, viewing the stars and watching the dolphins swim by from the large deck. The condo provided a large high end television which was nice to have during the bad weather days. The condo came with 2 bikes and 4 beach chairs so we didn't need to rent them. We would certainly rent this condo again!

This is a very nice condo with possibly the best view on the island because it IS direct oceanfront. Being on the top floor means you have a sweeping view of the beach and sunrises. It is not pretentious in it's decorating but rather very comfortable. There is everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay.

Location is perfect! Beautiful 3rd floor (no elevator at this time) oceanfront apartment with a wonderful balcony to enjoy the sunrise and amazing beach views. Heated pool was a bonus, especially in November . Quick walk to the beach. Located across the street from shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. The apartment itself is fully stocked and was the perfect size for my husband and me. Pictures are accurate. Includes 4 beach chairs and 2 bicycles. Would stay again.

Balcony overlooks the beach, sunrise is gorgeous, lots of dogs to watch playing, great restaurants nearby, bikes to ride whenever you want, walk on the beach whenever you want. Great getaway.
