319 Breakers

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Island. This condo is in a great walking area. You could easily stay here and not even get into your car if you wanted. Plenty of restaurants and things to do, a dozen ice cream shops nearby and of course the beach. The grounds are beautiful and a lovely walk to the beach. Also this condo is right next to Tiki Hut which makes for a very convenient waterfront dinner spot. This condo and their pool is extremely family/kid friendly. I’d say it may not be for you if you’d like to avoid children at the pool. But everything was lovely. The condo itself was as well. Very clean and well taken care of. They didn’t hover what so ever and you’re given full privacy. They gave easy to understand directions, check in/out instructions and it was all pretty seamless. I’d recommend Island Rentals to my friends and family.

We had the best time. Check in process was very easy. Coligny Beach is a bustling area, really great for kids and loads of things to do. We love Hilton Head Island. This place is very kid friendly and it’s in a great location. Great for walking and shopping and of course the beach is lovely. Check in and check out was very easy. We would rent from Island Rentals again!

Great decorations and good view of ocean. The only issue is tge bed mattress needs to be replaced. It unfortunately sagged and caused a poor sleep.

We had a great stay! So many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. If you didn’t want to, you would never have to crank your car to go anywhere. Grocery store, restaurants, ice cream store, all within walking distance. The place is decorated so beautifully. We would definitely book this place again!
