3236 Seascape Villas

We had a very relaxing time at 3236 Seascape. The accommodations were great, our hosts took time to cover all of the details one would need to enjoy their vacation. It was clean, beautifully decorated and everything was in working order. We loved the rocking chairs on the deck!

We loved everything about this property except the bug problem. The location was ideal and the villa had everything that you would need for a perfect stay. The bikes were a huge bonus. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beach umbrella was busted so we purchased a new one and left it for future guests! The only issue we had was the cockroaches in the kitchen. Per other reviews, it appears that the previous guest had issues as well and the pest control folks had been there prior to our visit. We notified the pest control folks about the bugs so that the unit could be treated again after we left. Hopefully they can get the pests under control since everything else about this villa was great.

We love this location, and the property is very nice. Unfortunately, we had a problem with insects in the kitchen. There were roaches in the sink and on the stove. There was food in the bottom of the kitchen garbage can and more roaches. We cleaned everything thoroughly and called the property manager, who responded to our call quickly. However, because of the system that is set up, pest control could not come in until a day or two later. Even after pest control came, the problem remained and almost everytime we walked inot the kitchen, there were insects around. The property manager was kind, and everything else was really nice, but it was a bummer as we had hoped to cook more and we couldn't leave any food in the kitchen, we kept it all in our vehicle. If this problem could be fixed, this place is ideal.

Thank you for your feedback. This community has monthly pest control included in their dues. We sent someone to temporarily spray while they coordinated with the professionals to request a re-spray. The unit has since been treated again and a follow up was done and found no activity of pests in the unit.

The location of this villa is great, very short walk to the beach. The decor is very beach and cozy. Would definitely react again.

The property was convenient to the beach, clean and had everything we needed for the week. Checkin/out was easy and there was no hassles during our stay. Perfect little villa for our family of 4.

Great location on S. Forest Dr, across from beach, near Coligny & Sea Pines. Beautifully decorated and furnished. King in master and 2 queens in guest rm plus sofa bed downstairs. Gorgeous deck and grill. We loved that it included 4 bikes, beach chairs& cart. umbrella and private beach & cabana!
