The unit was very clean and well kept. We were very impressed with the kitchen, grill, deck, and living space. This unit is a very short walk to the beach and in a great location. Parking was easy and convenient. Also, the free bikes were right outside our door. This was an incredibly convenient option for us to get almost anywhere we needed on the island. We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location! Had a great trip! Beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with cookware. Big plus on the propane grill. Only issues were floors had obviously been patched and were loose in places. Wasn't a big deal. Turntable in microwave didn't spin and ice maker was super slow. Didnt mention any of those things to the company because wasnt a big deal to us. One of the best features of Seascape is having the private bathroom at the beach. Very convenient! Also, loved having the bikes and beach chairs that were provided. I got there Saturday and didn't get in a car until Friday. Would stay there again for sure. Is the 2nd time we have booked through Island Rentals and highly recommend! Already planning our trip for next year and hoping to make 2 trips workout.

The villa was as promised and all instructions were very clear. The bike thing was confusing as you should use bikes with the unit number..not in our rack. We did not visit the pool. It wasn't far from the beach. Easy walk.

Our stay on Hilton Head Island was absolutely perfect! This lovely home was spotless, very well maintained, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—it felt both stylish and cozy. The kitchen offered everything needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish; they were quick to respond, helpful, and made everything seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay on Hilton Head Island.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to all Coligny destinations. The condo was clean and very well-equipped (bikes, wagon, and beach chairs included). If you're coming in the off-season, be aware that the pool is not heated -- our kids didn't seem to mind though! The property management was excellent. They answered any questions I had promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem! Conveniently located a few minutes walk to the beach. Loved the beach amenities that were provided (chairs, beach cart). One of the best things about the unit is the bikes - made a huge difference for us to be able to get easily in and of Coligny Plaza. We will be back!

We loved our Stay at Hilton Head. This site didn't have many reviews so was a little hesitant, but it was great. We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved the bikes. Enjoyed riding around the area. We also loved the beach chairs provided. We bought our own umbrella at Walgreen's because there's was about shot. Other than that, we had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation with family. Convenient location to bike trail with 4 bikes included! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart available for use. Quiet community and nice pools. Abundantly stocked kitchen. Only suggestion is fans in bedrooms. We recommend this property!

A new unit was installed that was not working properly. It took a few visits and it still did not work right but we were able to keep the unit cool and property management was excellent. It was a problem with the breaker. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.

The condo unit was great overall! The welcome materials provided were thorough and informative. It is impeccably decorated, making you feel ready for your beach vacation right when you enter. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first entered and it felt warm despite the cooler weather, but as soon as we adjusted the thermostat and got unloaded that went away. The place was very clean and cozy. Everything appeared as described but the pictures do make it look bigger than it is in person. However, it was a perfect size for our family. We loved that they had games to play in the cabinet. We were there for a wedding and spent most of our time out of the unit meeting up with other family and friends but definitely could have enjoyed many more hours there if we had the time. The bikes were such an added value since it is such a perfect place to ride on the beautiful paths and beach. Would definitely stay again.

King in master and 2 queens in guest rm plus sofa bed downstairs. Gorgeous deck and grill. We loved that it included 4 bikes, beach chairs& cart. umbrella and private beach & cabana!
