Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fabulous location! I had great views from balcony because the beach is just right there. The condo was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Bikes were included and I took full advantage of that—exploring the island daily on the paved trails. I walked or took the bike everywhere and didn’t have to use my car any the entire stay. Great shops and restaurants are just across the street. Such a relaxing time. Highly recommend!

The fabric pathway to beach made it easy to get down to ocean. Unit was as expected but could use a deep clean and fresh coat of paint to make it perfect.

The property is walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The bicycles provided were in great shape. We used them often. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second time in Hilton Head but first time at Breakers. Location was perfect. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

It is a beautiful place. Many places to go shopping during the day or dining out at night. It is a piece of heaven. It was a fantastic experience full of enjoyment and hahappiness.
We recommend this place for a family who want to have the best experience in the world and the best memories. We will definitely come back again soon.

My husband and I stayed in Hilton Head for our first time and loved it! This location is perfect - can walk / bike to shopping and restaurants. Anything you want is right there. The condo had everything we needed. The views were perfect!! I liked to watch activity in the pool and beach. Comfortable furnishings as well. Recommended for sure.

We brought 4 teenage boys for a week long stay! The house provided plenty of space, the pool was the perfect place to cool off, and the short bike ride to the neighborhood beach access was effortless. Everybody had their own space, as well as a great area to gather as a group! Easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery for cooking in the open and well stocked kitchen. The private feel of the neighborhood left us with no worries about giving the boys the freedom to roam. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had, and were super helpful! Great spot for families with all ages…we highly recommend it!

Thanks, first time with Airb&b. good experience. Place was clean and comfortable. Hospitality was nice. Everything was close by. Nice view of the ocean. We tried to be a good steward of the residence
as it was a better experience than using most hotels. We had a good time and would use again.

Good experience for us as first time VRBO renters. No surprises, everything was as expected. Condo was very nice, decorated very cute! Loved having the bikes to use. Great access to everything.

Property is in an amazing location. View is fantastic. Place is small but great for two people. Only complaint is the bed is as hard as a rock. We actually slept on the pull out sofa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My father and I stayed here so we could attend the Masters in Augusta, GA. It was perfect for what we needed on a short (4-5 day) trip. The condo is in an excellent location to all the restaurants and shops of Coligny- literally everything is right across the street. You have a nice balcony with a nice ocean view. The unit itself is small but we were expecting that. I slept on the couch (didn't need to roll it out and it was comfortable). Our favorite part was that 2 bikes were included. We biked on the beach or on the bike paths every day- so nice that we didn't have to rent them! The unit is up 4 flights of stairs and there isn't an elevator but that didn't bother us really. We were able to get ahold of the management company with a question on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again!

Be aware that if you use the sofa bed, the mattress is pretty thin- which is typical, but just know it will be that way. One has to be aware that there is no standard over, but the microwave is a convection oven as well, so you can use it as an oven. Location was the best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for our 41st wedding anniversary. I found comfort in the fact that it was a very clean unit even in the lower price scale. We didn't cook on this trip, but did notice there was a very nice supply of cookware. The view was beautiful and even though I was concerned the bed would be too hard, it was actually a comfortable firm mattress. The only negative I thing I noticed was the shower doors would not stay on. We had to re-hang them several times because they would come off track easily. We were surprised about how convenient everything was. we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Anytime I called Travis, he was there with the answers I needed, and I think the owners did a beautiful job with the updates. Thank you for a nice trip!!
