The view is incredible. Waking up to the ocean sounds and watching dolphins from the deck was amazing. We will be back.

The balcony ocean view was fantastic! It was a treat to see the sunrise each morning we were there. The building is older, and the bathroom needs to be updated, but the unit was clean and everything worked. When we arrived, the sliding door to the balcony would not open, but Island Rental fixed it 10 minutes after we called. Excellent onsite maintenance. Overall we had a great stay!

This is a perfect location! As close to the beach as you can get, with beautiful balcony beach views. Literally right across the street from Coligny Plaza! Plus a beach bar/restaurant on either side of the condo building, just a very short walk up the beach either way. The place was very clean, and just as advertised. We didn't take advantage of the bikes, so we can't comment on that aspect of the condo.
Overall, this was perfect for our needs!

I liked having the option to be able to either cook my own breakfast or go to a nearby restaurant. The view was absolutely amazing and the walk to the beach was nice and short. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Scott, who was there for most of our stay. The refridgerator was not in working order, as some of our food went bad. I would have to rotate our milk between the freezer and the fridge to keep it cold. The beds were okay, but I would have liked something a little softer at the end of the day.

Reviewer Comments: We found it to be very clean, and a great location!We had concerns after reading reviews from other guests regarding the condition of the refrigerator/freezer not being cold enough, but were very pleased to find a new unit which worked beautifully! Plenty of new cookware and small appliances, all which made our stay pleasant!Not all guests observed the posted "quiet hours" and being 4th of July weekend there were late night fireworks that were very loud and awoke many guests. Disappointed that the sliding screen was not in working order, but the glass slider worked stiffly.Overall, our stay was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 day getaway vacation. 336 had a great view and superb location. Can walk to shopping, several restaurants, and 2 tiki bars on the beach. Beach was beautiful - no gunk washing up, although there were some jellyfish - saw 8 on the beach for our 4 day stay. Lots and lots of people (including us) still went into the ocean. Complex is a little older. 336 was clean, had a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and overall worked nicely for us. Enjoyed having the 2 bikes and beach chairs. Pool was maintained nicely. We were very happy with our choice of condo. The communication was clear and friendly from Island Rentals.FYI - Reminder that the kitchen does not have an oven (which was not a problem for us). The refrigerator/freezer did not keep things particularly cold or frozen for our 4 days there. The sign on the fridge said to give it time, but it never got cold enough. We put our fridge stuff in the freezer.The pillows could use pillow covers, not just a case. The bunk beds are smaller than a twin bed (which was not a problem for us).Overall, I would stay again. Can't beat the location!

The view was perfect from the balcony. The kitchen space feels more spacious in person than what it appears in the photos. The location of the property is perfect for a walk to breakfast or an afternoon cocktail. This was a great rental at a great price!

Much appreciate their contact & updates.Secondly, I stay at The Breakers a lot because there are not many true oceanfront offerings at HH. My rental rule is: my balcony is facing the ocean. This unit definitely does. Direct oceanfront.The unit was clean, well laid out, plenty of everything you need for a wonderful beach trip. These units are small, make no mistake, but this unit was one of my favorites. The kitchen supplies were clean, well organized, up to date. The bedroom was lovely. Beautiful bedding, comforters. Very clean. Nice TVs, good WiFi, plenty of amenities. & you are right next to Coligny. You don’t even need a car once you arrive. Highly recommend this unit. & snag a covered parking spot if you can. Parking attendant very courteous letting me wait until next morning since I arrived in a rainstorm.

We loved the great view from the balcony and the central location. When we arrive everything was fresh and clean. The Couch was comfortable, and it appeared to be new. We loved the comfy bed.The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Glad we chose this property for our beach break over the Christmas holidays.

Property is near everything! You don't have to drive anywhere. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. If you want a quiet vacation, Breakers is the place to go. And Security is always helpful if you have any questions.

Condo is decorated comfortably & cute with all the amenities needed for a 4 night stay. It definitely was small, but we expected that, and our sons ages 8 & 5 loved the twin bunks. Condo as a whole is older, and could use updates, but the unit was about as updated as it could be. We had a wonderful time enjoying the short walk to the beach and the convenience of a pool. We will be back!

This was a perfect getaway for a small family or couple! Location is PERFECT! Close to everything without feeling too busy. Will visit again if this properly is available. My only critique is the shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It has mold on it and the deck carpet is disintegrating.

absolutely wonderful!! very clean, comfortable, tons of games, books, DVDs etc there was a regular coffee pot and Keurig. a broom/dustpan and vacuum under the bunk beds. amazing view and nice zero gravity chairs. we will definitely stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for my little family. It was so close to all the shops and restaurants we barely got in the car. It was a very short walk to the beach which is a huge plus with a toddler. Very clean and up to date. Loved that it came with chairs, an umbrella and boogie board. Wonderful view on the 3rd floor. The location itself is worth everything. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future Only Cons: balcony was soft as others mentioned in reviews making me nervous with a toddler, bed wasn’t comfortable, didn’t have many supplies. Make sure to buy extra supplies such as toliet paper, trash bags, detergent, etc. It came with 1 extra set of sheets and plenty of towels for the week.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. There are 3 suggestions for the owner...1. The bath tub/shower unit had a major soft spot in the middle of the floor. 2. The tvs weren't smart tvs. It would have been nice to have enjoyed a Netflix movie. There is a DVD player there with movies however not alot of room to sit in the family room to watch them. 3. The owner of the condo next door has a little dog that barks alot. The condos are suppose to be pet free so I am not sure how this works.

Views and location can’t be beaten. Property manager was great. Linens and dishes were good. Pots are not usable due to scratched nonstick. Couch stained and needs to be replaced.

The electronic door lock is easy to use and extremely handy when going to the beach not wanting to carry or keep up with keys. Excellent choice for a low key, relaxing week at the beach.

The property was exactly as advertised. View and beach location are great. The most Ross and appliances in the bathroom were falling out of the wall and the dryer refused to stay on without a lot of coaxing, but for the price a good stay. One note for those planning to cook, the microwave is a combination convection oven/microwave. We wished we had known that in advance.

This condo was clean (with a new shower liner), arranged beautifully, a fantastic view!! It had extras we never anticipated, 2 coffee makers and a step stool which being 4’9” I really appreciated! There was a small ironing board, I prefer a full size; however, most people do not go on vacay to iron, so that was definitely me, the one provided was more than sufficient. The major thing that stuck out immediately was that there was not a wall of mirrors, that the other rentals use, to make the den area appear larger & I loved it!! I don’t want to see myself 24/7, not to mention the mirrors generally drive me crazy bc of being streaked! There’s 4 flight of stairs ( the 1st floor is for parking) but well worth the climb! Noise was not an issue! Due to COVID-19 the festivities were cancelled on the 4th, but the view allowed us to watch many “family” firework displays! Overall, I cannot say anything negative about this rental and I am very persnickety re: where we stay; especially the cleanliness! Of course being across from Coligny is always a bonus! All retailers strictly enforced the use a face masks and dining establishments went well above the CDC requirements! Having being infected with staph, after a hospital stay in 2018, I am beyond cautious everywhere I go and I can honestly say I felt as safe, as one can, during this time of uncertainty! We could not have asked for a better stay at the Breakers this year!!! I wish I was still there!!! Forgot to mention that an ELEVATOR is in the process of being installed!!

Condo was comfortable but needs some small fixes/updates. The 2 throw rugs are beyond cleaning and should be replaced or removed. We actually turned them over because the top side was so dirty. Also, a few doors on the kitchen cabinets need to be tightened up. The coffee table and Sofa have seen better days also. For a minimal investment this could be corrected. Overall everything worked as it should and the view is great. The Bed is comfortably and the room were it is can be made dark for sleeping in after a night of partying! We would stay here again as it's hard to beat the value compared to other condos. Big bonus - right next to Pool Bar Jim's!

Staying on the 3rd floor was a little hard on my mom who went with us but she loved the beach view. My 9 year old daughter loved the pool. Wish the mattress was more comfy and the rugs could have used some cleaning. We also didn't bring our beach chairs since they had some available and one was broken. Other than that it was a great place.
