The balcony view was very pretty. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were in an ideal location for enjoying walks on the beach and Coligny Plaza.

This condo was perfect for me and my husband! We loved the balcony looking directly at the ocean and it was also super convenient how close we were to so many restaurants and the piggly wiggly!

The property was nice. It was close to the shops and restaurants so we easily walked to them. The view from the condo was great, having morning coffee from the balcony was my favorite. The only thing negative I can say is there wasn’t any luggage carriers so if are like us and pack a lot of stuff, then there will be many trips to the car. But there was an elevator and we got some extra exercise in,LOL, so no terrible complaint. Over all the condo was clean, convenient and perfect size for a party of 2.

Exactly like the pictures. The view of the ocean is the best part. This place worked great with some disability issues - elevator had no issues, room free of clutter, bathroom was tight and we had to make some adjustments but great for a vacation.

What a fabulous place! Perfect size for the 2 of us. Location couldn’t be better and the large ocean front balcony is awesome. The unit was very clean, has great decor, and had everything we needed. The bikes and beach chairs available to us were a huge bonus! Highly recommend.

The location was great and the top floor and view were a bonus. I would stay here again. The only issue I had (and it may not be an issue for some), is that the listing said the unit did not come equipped with a hair dryer. I had to pay for an extra carry-on since I flew to bring one (being female my luggage was full, to begin with). To my surprise, there was a hair dryer in the bathroom when we arrived. Hopefully, this tidbit of information will help other travelers.

If you arrive after dark it's hard to find the room number. There are no numbers on the outside of the building, just on the doors to each room. Not far from the elevator. The view from the room is beautiful. The place was crowded but I didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a long cold winter in NJ and COVID restrictions, HHI was the perfect post vaccination getaway. This unit was tidy, nicely furnished and the ocean view was fantastic. This rental is central to Coligny park with restaurants, shops, bars, and grocery store right across the street. The bikes included with the rental were a nice bonus and the bike paths are great. This unit is on the 3rd floor (46 steps) so we got our exercise, but they were working on installing an elevator while we were there. The only things I would have added to this unit are a permanent coffee filter, and a comfy mattress pad. We would rent this unit again for a couple's getaway; I think it would be tight for 4 adults.

It was well appointed, the kitchen is well supplied and there are plenty of towels and sheets etc. it would be prudent to warn guests about the flights of stairs as the elevator is not working. Not a problem for us but prior to my knee replacement it sure would have been. Also one day the maintenance people were actually in our deck with their equipment (very loud) it was ok because we were on the beach and then were leaving for dinner but again prior warning would have been nice, a simple more or text. We had trouble with the cable company with cable going on and off. My husband had to reboot TVs almost every time we wanted them on, totally get that, we experience same often at our own home. The unit is perfectly furnished and we had a great vacation and plan to come back. Hopefully next time we can use the elevator to pack n unpack as I always bring way too much stuff 🤣

We booked this stay to celebrate our anniversary and for a nice get away. We had a great time. We would definitely book again
Pros:
-Convenient location. This unit is located at one of the best spots of the complex. Unobstructed ocean views. Many units at this location overlook the pool area, this does not. Spent a lot of time on the large balcony
-Very Clean
-Bike rentals included was a nice bonus. The bikes included lock and baskets.
-Recent updates utilized available space well allowing for plenty of storage, didn’t feel cramped
Cons:
-Kitchen more of an efficiency kitchen. Two electric heating elements and a microwave/convection oven combo, but no traditional oven. Makes it difficult to prepare full/larger meals
-Parking is very limited, there were two nights we came back from dinner and there were no spaces available. There is some construction being completed and takes up several spots so this may be a temporary issue
-Poor communication with host. Sent a message with some questions prior to check in. Never received a response. Did get an automated email with check in instructions a week before arrival.
Overall we were very happy with our stay despite some minor inconveniences. None of the issues were significant enough to make us not stay here again in the future.

You can’t beat the location and view from the balcony. The villa was clean and conveniently close to a shopping center plus having two bicycles was a nice inclusion. We have been coming and renting all over the the island for 30 years and needed a smaller condo this time since there were just the 2 of us. We wanted something near Coligny with great beach access. It didn't disappoint. Decor was perfect, amenities were great and when we had a small issue with the TV on Saturday and was taken care of immediately. These owners care about the condo! Everything looked wonderful and we will definitely return.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was fantastically decorated as well as had a great view and location. That being said it was severely lacking in the cleaning department. It may be that I'm a property manager so I have an eye for these things but... The baseboard moulding was filthy, the lights above the vanity mirror in the bathroom were caked in dust, the shower curtain was stained and the shower had a dirty ring around the bottom of it. The vents we're also in need of some serious dusting. Lastly, the inside of the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned.

Their is no oven but there are burners and a microwave. It is perfect for 2 people. The view is spectacular ! My only suggestion would be to replace carpet on the deck. It really has seen better days. This was our 50th anniversary celebration. We had a great time. Everything you need is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Br prepared for walking up and down the stairs to the condo. There is no elevator. This was not a problem for us.

More than two people would definitely be crowded though. Bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer came in very handy, and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The room was updated very nicely. The closet space in the hallway was perfect! Love that they took out the bunk beds for this added storage. We also loved that the bikes were included. Only gave 4 stars on condition because the couch was not very comfortable. I can't imagine having to sleep on it, which is why I say it's great for two people. Also, the location was perfect! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 339 was beautiful! Loved the view of the beach! It has been recently renovated and has brand new appliances. Loved having the front load washer and dryer! The patio deck was roomy with comfortable chairs. We have no complaints and will definitely book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at 339 Breakers. The best part is definitely the location and the view. The beach access is so easy, and it is also close to a lot of restaurants and shops. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which did not seem unsafe or sagging at all like one guest had mentioned. The unit is small, without an oven or a dining table, but this was fine for us as we planned to eat most meals out. We did cook breakfast in the condo every day, and lunch a few days. It would be cramped with more than 2 people or maybe 2 plus a child. The unit was perfectly clean in our opinion, and we did not appreciate any mold smell like another guest mentioned. The complex was quiet, and while we didn't spend any time at the pool it seemed nice. For the price this was a very nice unit, especially with that beach front view! One suggestion for the owners is to consider a DVD player and some movies as it would have been nice to have this on some cooler nights.
