Place was awesome and convenient. Perfect for couple looking to get away or single needing to unwind. Only issue was, iron needs to be replaced as there appears to be a short. Otherwise, I will book this unit again.

We always want to stay somewhere that we can hear the waves crashing from our balcony. A lot of the condos in HH are further back from the ocean but this one was perfect! Super easy walk to Coligny Plaza with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Loved this location!

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week. This view and locations can’t be beat. Walked to rode the bike provided to dinner and lunch everyday. The rental had everything we needed.

This was a perfect place for my husband and myself. We walked to rode the bikes provided to dinner every night. Perfect location. Had everything we needed. The beach chairs were very convenient and we bought an umbrella and left it there for the next visitors.

Arrived on Friday, easy to access the unit. Parking wasn't a problem. Condo was very nice as pictured. Extra ice trays in the freezer would be my only suggestion!

Overall, great location, unit was clean. Bed side lamps would be nice. Internet and TV/Spectrum service were intermittent. Quite frustrating. Contacted both Property Manager and Spectrum. Apparently some outdoor connection problem, but not resolved during our stay.

Great location and view. Loved that bikes were included. Used everyday. Unit is a little bare bones. Could use cofee table and bedside lamps. Would not recommend for more thab 2 people. Probably would not rent again.

The deck chairs,the living room rug need to be replaced . Also there is no screen on the deck slider. The living room is also broken. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were great.

My husband and I just spent 5 wonderful nights in this beautiful suite! I always choose my rentals based on reviews so here is my honest review of this unit!
PRO's: Perfect size for 2 adults, adorable beach themed decor, washer and dryer for the occasional load of laundry, balcony view was breathtaking as we watched dolphins swim by each day, beach chairs and bikes for our convenience!
CON's: Beach towels not provided, dishes in cabinets were dirty, noisy Sea Crest Pool is just below the balcony to the left, blankets in the living room basket were dirty.
My CON's are just minor things that I felt I needed to mention but overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely come back again!

You can't beat the location of this condo. Great view of course, convenient to food, restaurants if you don't want to jump in the car. Newly updated - nice beach chairs, beach bicycles actually work too. Basic set of dishes and silverware. Foldout couch was the only thing that looked like it could use a cleaning - its not the blue one on the photo. Otherwise very clean. New elevator and Pella sliding door are great. Elevator broke down one night but was fixed next morning. Adding a light blocking shade and a reading light in the bedroom would be the only improvements I'd suggest to management. Would stay again!

Excellent location on the beach with easy walk to food and shopping. Bike paths are exceptional. The villa was clean and cozy with exceptional ocean view. It was awesome to have the bike at my fingertips. This is a best kept secret hideaway for one or two people

I highly recommend this condo. The beach view is breathtaking. It was clean, well stocked. Convenient to the beach. Nice pool. Nice tenants. Visible security. Convenient to cute shops and restaurants. Downside was no working elevator. We were on 3rd floor and it killed my bad knee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was a little to small - not enough storage for groceries. Would have preferred a small dinning table instead of the 2nd couch. As seen in an earlier review the door to the balcony is very, very difficult to use.

Great location! Super cute interior. Kitchen is tiny. The amenities provided for your stay..outstanding! Free bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas. Comfy bed. Two great tiki bars to the left and right of condo. Across the street is everything. Awesome views from deck. Great for a couple or couple with one child.

Overall the experience was nice. The unit is smaller in person than the photos make it appear, we knew it was a one bedroom, but my husband and I booked it to stay with our toddler. We were able to make the pack n play fit, but it was crowded. The unit was not as clean as I prefer, dirty walls, blinds, stained floor/rugs and some mold on the sliding doors. The bath tub would clog up easily (most likely from sand) and we contacted the rental company, but nothing was ever done about it. Otherwise, cute place, great location on the beach and fabulous view!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 340 Breakers. What a great trip. A perfect venue with a specatcular view of the beach and ocean. The picture does not lie. It is exactly as clean and cozy as it appears. Fabulously located by quaint shops and the night life. I recommend Big Bamboo Cafe for lunch or dinner. Do not miss the Carolina Fireballs- a yummy crab appetizer. I an honestly state that my friend and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and that the staff made us feel very welcome. We plan on going again sooner rather than later. Thanks to all.

We enjoyed our stay at The Breakers on HHI. The condo had everything we needed and is just right for a couple. The view from the balcony was amazing. So close to the beach and so many fun things to do nearby. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again!

This location and condo are fantastic. Loved the upgrades to the inside and the view was amazing. It was clean and just the perfect size for the two of us trying to get in a long weekend. Not a whole lot of extra amenities, but had towels and a very comfortable bed (which is really all you need when you are at the beach). Perfect walking distance to EVERYTHING, including Poolbar Jim’s. The only two thing that put the “almost” in the title were that the front window really needed some blackout curtains since the security light was right there (really bright at night) AND the sliding door was EXTREMELY HARD to open and close. Otherwise this is the perfect spot to stay. DEFINITELY stay here again.

we had a good stay in a great location, parked the car and didn't move it for 7 days, beach directly in front of you, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Management of Island Rentals of Hilton Head were very helpful, we had a very small issue and someone was there within an hour, will rent from Island Rentals of Hilton Head again

It was a great place - the photo that you see of pool from balcony is not the pool to this place - we spent most the time on the beach so it didnt matter - the unit was surface clean but not clean - addressed with mgmt and they said they would address offered to send someone over

The condo has a great view, super comfy bed but needs a good cleaning. I refused to use the ceiling fans until I had cleaned them.I don’t think they had ever been cleaned and the thought of all that dirt flying around the rooms,especially on the bed was disgusting. The air vents are dirty and look moldy. Nothing that a good attention to detail cleaning crew couldn’t fix. It also does not have a dishwasher which is not a big deal but the dishwasher detergent on the counter and directions to load the dishwasher before leaving was confusing.the TV system is confusing. The wires had a poor connection so it had to be rewired with the help of supporting the box with books-call to property management was not helpful- there has to be a better system! Also difficult to see the stunning view from the inside through the dirty windows. If cleaned on a regular basis the salt air film should be manageable the sliding glass door is not for the weak- it takes a lot of effort to open and close the door
