The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beach was a short 2 min walk away. The provided beach chairs were a huge bonus. We had a minor problem (our issue not theirs). The response was quick, less than 1/2 hour. We absolutely enjoyed staying here!!!! We will be back.

The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We were a relaxing bike ride from all the restaurants and a 2 min walk to the beach.
The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue (ours not theirs). We will be back for sure!

The beach home was in the perfect location. It was clean and comfortable. Two refrigerators were wonderful. Bikes and beach chairs a plus. A few concerns: limited coffee mugs. The Shark vacuum was broken. 😂the outside shower was made of lattice work…not very private. All in all our family had a wonderful time.

Once again we had a fantastic week at 4 nighthawk. Location cant be beat. The house is comfortable,and the fenced yard is perfect for our goldens. The large deck is very nice and the pool is another added perk. Look forward to our next stay.home is comfortable and the fenced yard is perfect

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

Sitting in the sunroom you could see the path to the beach! I was worried because it said 4 rows back. It was a two minute walk to beach! We had four college age boys and the POOL was the biggest hit by far! The kitchen was perfect and two containers for the grill! Nothing like a burger at the pool! The showers always had hot water as well! Table in dining area was big and perfect to eat at too! Plenty of seating in and out! We left some pool floats for the next group to enjoy. Great time and great food at HHI. Definitely would stay again! And we got to bring our sweet dog! Thank you!

Off a dead-end road on a very private lane. Pool is beautiful and heated. This was our second time renting this home and saw updates from 2020. Could still use a few minor updates like new shower liners. The only complaint is that the televisions still need a master's degree in computer science to operate! Property management is very responsive and replies back immediately. We loved out stay there with our grandchildren. The bunk beds were a hit! Note that this home is also pet friendly. Walking distance to shopping and places to eat. Loved our stay. Hoping to return again.

The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Could use some updates in both bathroom showers though. They have tub/wall liners and it's very cheap and dated looking. The exterior deck needs some updating as well. A portion of the wood railing is loose. Otherwise, the house is in a great location. It's right by the beach and walking distance to Coligny shopping plaza. The backyard is fenced in and private, which is great if you have a dog. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool water was a little murky and the bugs on in the shade had to be avoided. Some pool maintenance and bug spray control would help. Big gap at bottom of back entry door had to be sealed with a towel and front door would not latch. We feel maintenance folks would address those concerns immediately had we reported them.

This house was just perfect for our family with two boys and two dogs. The pool was warm, there is a fenced yard, and the ocean is a minute walk away. There in minimal traffic in the neighborhood and you can hear the ocean from the screen porch. The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone who wants to cook while on vacation. We had a great time! The pool was wonderful. A little small but a real treat after the beach for the 4 of us adults and 3 small grandkids. The pool is shaded mid to late afternoon so it provided relief from the sun. The bikes were in good working order and there were extra beach chairs and boogie boards. We thought that the kitchen was well equipped with ample cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We did alert the rental agency of a couple of very minor things that needed attention and a little TLC but nothing that detracted from our stay. I wish there were king beds throughout, but that's me. Great place if you want to enjoy the beach and pool. I would definitely consider this property again in the future.

The three bedrooms spaced around the nice communal area worked well. Each room has its own access outdoors. We LOVED the screened porch off the master bedroom! The back bedroom could use a screen on the slider. We needed a house that welcomed dogs, and this place was perfect. The yard is completely fenced with room to run for two Australian Shepherds. The pool with the wide shallow ledge was perfect for our boyz to enjoy the pool with us.The kitchen and eating area were great for our group of six adults. The chairs and stools in the eating area, however, are too big and hard to move. We suggest changing those out, as we could not accommodate the stools at the counter and had to move them to the side. The kitchen was well appointed and worked well even with multiple users. The woodwork and such fixtures should have been dusted, but otherwise it was clean. It was great having a table and grill on the deck right outside the kitchen.The beach access is great. We used to stay in houses right on the beach, but we hardly noticed the distance. Plus, we really liked the shady, private yard and deck back at the house. It was great having really nice beach chairs provided. The bikes were old, but useful. The fourth bedroom would be great for when grandchildren join our family. The room really isn’t meant as a bedroom, but it could work with the bunkbeds provided. We suggest putting light-blocking shades in the large windows, because the room was too bright and not private if we had needed it for sleeping.We highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again in the future!

We have stayed many places all over the island, but love North Forest beach the best. 4 Nighthawk was comfortable and was just enough space for our family and a few extras. The pool is wonderful and we enjoyed using it after our long days at the beach. Short walk to beach and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Not nearly as crowded as other areas on the island. We enjoyed both the top deck and bottom patio and loved having bikes available to ride, thank you! We even blew up the enormous watermelon raft and used it at the beach 🏖. We cooked in many nights and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. The only recommendations I have that could have improved our stay include cutting down some of the shrubbery around the pool to allow for more sunlight and having curtains in the “kid” bunk room where the slider door is located. My 21 year old some stayed in that room and we had to hang blankets to ensure his privacy. Other than that we would definitely rent this house again. It was a wonderful week!

The kids really enjoyed the pool and the backyard was great for our dog! We did have to call and get the pool heater turned on even though it should’ve been done already. It was promptly taken care of along with needing a new skimmer, the one there was broken. The house was great for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and loved the gas stove! The house overall needs a good deep cleaning. Maybe replace the carpets in the bedroom. Master bedroom carpet has a hole in it maybe from another dog digging at it?! The towel bar was loose and came off the wall along with the toilet paper holder in half bath. Didn’t effect our stay at all otherwise we would’ve called Very well lived in house! The 4th bedroom could use some sort of blinds or curtains to cover the sliding glass door especially with the bunk beds being right up against it. The house came with bikes, pool toys (we brought our own) and 4 brand new chairs! Overall we enjoyed the house and will definitely be back for another visit!!

The pool area was a little grown up, and previous renters had left some trash in a couple of the perimeter areas. Could sleep two more people comfortably.The house is perfect for a family vacation. There is lots of living space, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for any meal. The washer, drier is perfect and the AC worked really well too. There were plenty of towels provided and we found the house very clean and tidy.This house was a perfect location for the beach, beach chairs are provided and are easy to carry on the 5 minute walk to the beach. Bikes are provided too if you fancy an early morning or evening bike ride on the beach or you want to go visit the shops at Coligny Plaza.The beach is just fabulous - soft sand leads to hard sand which is perfect for beach games and the water was amazing, no stones and very little current.We loved nothing more than relaxing in the pool at the house in the early afternoon.If you don’t fancy the beach everyday the sun loungers at the pool are perfect for sun bathing!We grilled every night, the bbq is fantastic! A great choice of grocery stores, all in a 5 - 20 minute car ride... would recommend Kroger and Whole foods Market. Starbucks 10 minute car ride from the house.There is ample room to eat out on the deck or dine inside.We had no issues so did not need to call the agent.We had a really fabulous time!

The house was great and the location very convenient to the beach and Coligny Square. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was an added bonus. We also enjoyed having bicycles available with the house rental. The only shortcoming was that the 3rd bathroom was only a 1/2 bath. 3 full baths would have been preferable.

The pool was sparkly and since it was only about 4ft. deep at its deepest end,Grandma wasn't worried about watching the little ones. Plenty of seating in living room and great little screened in porch off MB.Perfect location for beach, biking, shopping.

Reviewer Comments: we were very impressed with the area - very quiet and very close to the beach - we brought our dogs down and found everything very dog friendly - which my wife was thrilled about. One thing - speaking of dogs - my wife found and cleaned up a number of previous dog droppings in the back yard - might want to mention to your previous guests or cleaning co. to keep an eye on that. Other than that minor inconvenience - a great time!

The property is as pictured. You can see the ocean from the front porch. The kids loved the shallow shelf and "bubbler" in the pool. The kitchen has everything you need and more. You can tell the owners care. And the rental agent was very helpful. I would recommend this property.

The house is literally steps from the beach. The fenced in back area including the pool was a plus with our two dogs. When we entered the house it was very clean and well appointed. The bikes provided gave us quick access to the Coligny Plaza area. We will return!
