Everything was great except beds were not comfortable, the fridge went out. Door was messed up. But I called and they brought out a little fridge for us and fixed the door in a timely manner. It is not a great area. Other than the beds and the small tv Everything was great. I like to lay in bed and watch tv but the tv was so small i couldn't. If I knew that they fixed the beds, I would stay again.

Two sisters with husbands and two children each--stayed here very comfortably. Nice pool, good location to beach, beach chairs etc in closet--very appreciated. Would recommend to families.

Very nice accommodations!! Had a wonderfully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and with washer and dryer to keep everyone’s laundry. Pool was great and the landscaping was spot on with all the trees flowers. Only complaint would be that the beach was too far to walk and I misunderstood that. So that really isn’t a complaint just be prepared to pack up and drive.

40 Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family of six. The place is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are fabulous. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small but functional. The owners have provided all of the beach necessities. Parking is a little tight. Our only recommendation for the property was would be to improve the signage on the units and add more lighting for guests arriving after dark. We will definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the review! So glad to hear that your family enjoyed your trip and this villa! Unfortunately exterior lighting on island is very minimal due to our yearly visits from nesting turtles. It can certainly be a bit of a struggle when arriving after dark! Beyond that, it's always great to hear that our renters had a fun time on the island and used the extra beach amenities provided. We do hope you'll come back and stay with us again!

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Breeze! The house was the perfect size for my husband and I, our two teens, and our older parents. The pool was nice and the back walkway to the beach was convenient. We loved biking and walking there.

It wasn’t uncommon to see a little lizard scuttling across the deck. We were a short walk from coligny beach, shops, and restaurants. There are plenty of grocery stores near by as well. There was plenty of space for all of us for both sleeping and lounging in the living room. All of the amenities made it feel like we were staying in our own home. I can’t wait to go back

We loved our time here with our parents and 2 year old daughter! The unit had everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was clean and close to Coligny beach. I enjoyed talking long walks on S Forest Beach and Cordillo. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay during a family reunion/Easter trip. The townhome is centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that Hilton Head has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property was very nice with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. It was a plus that it was dog friendly! The beach was close enough for us. Restaurants, shopping was close by. The property landscape and grounds were well maintained and very pleasing. Great trip!

Our family stayed at 40 Ocean breeze and we had a great time. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was just right for our group of seven. The kitchen was great for when we cooked at home. It had everything we needed. The pool was nearby and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the 4 bikes provided almost every day. It also came with 4 beach chairs but we did not use them. The condo was very clean and tidy. We liked the condo and we really liked Hilton Head island.

The staff was super helpful and responsive to our needs. Had some minor bathroom issues that were fixed that day and it was Labor Day ! Shout out to Jay!! The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean. Having the bikes added was a really fun experience that we probably wouldn't have done on our own, so that was great. I agree with the other reviews that you really need to provide guidance on the quickest path to the beach, you don't have to walk all the way to Coligny to get to the beach access, which is what we originally thought. Once we figured that out it was very simple! Having three pools was also very nice, everyone at the complex was very polite and helpful.

Nice property with good location. 2 queen beds and bedroom with two single beds (small for adults). Did not use kitchen other than to cut fruit, but pans/pots appeared rough. Knifes were extremely dull. Downstairs shower faucet controls were not working properly. 1 shower and done as result. Two additional showers upstairs. Outdoor stacking chairs very dirty - need to be cleaned. Did not use bikes, but plenty of trails to ride. Location to beach confusing….we drove around to figure out. Recommend you provide map with directions to beach. Nice property for dogs. Cleaned where you could not tell dogs have stayed previously- I appreciate this a lot as our dogs are small and clean. Map with App necessary to find place as hard to see building numbers at night. Don’t know how we would of found without. We were out of property by 10am and noticed cleaning lady entering property at 10:05…so get out on time. Overall, nice place. Needs a little TLC to make perfect.

Loved the bikes being already at unit when we checked in. Rode every day! Unit is very spacious and bedrooms are spread out nicely in the unit; 1 down and 2 up. Not much outdoor sitting space as deck is very small and nowhere out front. Nice furniture. Unit needs a house book to help renters - or at least a printed sheet taped to the tvs to explain remotes and options. Also, 4 beach chairs were not in the unit so bring your own.

I had to set it 5 times to do 1 load. My husband is a contractor and suggests you may need to clean lint out of vent. It gets hot, so its not your element. Other then that, it was perfect.

Ice maker was super helpful in having ice everyday. Villa was nicely decorated and clean. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We asked for a late check out and it was granted no hesitation thank you! Also we did not have our parking passes in our folder when we arrived but got them the very next morning. It was VERY pet friendly which was nice to see. A very friendly community and beautiful place to vacation. I could see my family coming back here for years to come! Also great price compared to some of the nearby resorts. Thank you so much😎👍

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay at this property. We had never been to Hilton head and this was our first snow bird experience. The townhouse was fully equipped and just as nice as the pictures showed on the website. The location is perfect to easily walk to the beach and area shopping/ restaurants. The bikes that are included are in great shape and very useful. The property manager (Jay) couldn't have been any nicer and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit during the Summer of 2019. I love that I am able to bring my dogs and still be in a cozy unit in a nice neighborhood where I feel safe coming and going at all hours. We will definitely be back!

We looked at something closer to beach, but having the bikes included and a tennis court on site tipped the scales. It took no time to ride path to beach. Adler Beach is very clean and quiet and easy. Nice and helpful neighbors around us. The unit was clean and well stocked and looked like the photos- no surprises.
