We really enjoyed our stay at 407 Barrington Arms. The condo was extremely well-appointed, with virtually everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated having access to four bikes. We took them out a couple times during our stay. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and enjoying our coffee while looking at the ocean. And the beach was just a short walk away. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to any families looking for a condo to rent on Hilton Head.

Wow! So beautifully & peacefully decorated! We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and being able to see the ocean & beautiful grounds. Sunrises & sunsets there were perfect! Hubby loved the desk! Huge TVs worked great! The hosts have thought of everything including beach chairs, bikes, ALL kitchen needs. This was a last minute choice and we are so glad we did!!

Absolutely Beautiful!

You could not ask for a more beautiful condo to rent! With an ocean and pool view from the balcony, 407 Barrington Arms has a wonderful location within the building. The owner has provided all the necessities and little luxuries needed while on vacation. The furnishings make you feel like you are in your own home. We had the most amazing time! The villa was even better than pictured and the view was spectacular! We loved this condo. We have stayed in several units in Barrington Arms and all over Palmetto Dunes. This was one of the nicest units we’ve been to. The condo was so well decorated and it had everything we needed. The owners did a great job! The only negative we had (and I’m only noting it so others can maybe avoid our frustration) was picking up the parking pass. It was not where we were told it would be and therefore we wasted about an hour trying to find it. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we hope to be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. My family (2 adults, 5 children ages 9-16) spent four nights at this villa. I would put it into the classification of "luxury", and was in immaculate condition. My first impression on entering matched what the photos depicted, we were more than pleased. The accessibility to the pool and beach were amazing and easy with the kids, coolers, equipment, etc. There is a water spigot to hose yourself off from sand before returning to the villa, a nice bonus. My rental included four beach bikes, which were great for sunrise rides up and down the coast.
I'm always apprehensive of an AirBNB matching the description and photos, but this one was spot on. We all had a great time here. It's obvious the owners show TLC for their property.

Beachfront Bliss

This gorgeous condo looks like it came straight from the cover of Architectural Digest! A luxurious property that provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We very much enjoyed the beautiful beach with chairs and umbrella service, and the complex is centrally located close to all the island's amenities, restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay! Can't wait to come back!

We felt so lucky to be the first guests to enjoy this newly updated condo! Our family loved the view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Everything inside was clean and fresh. All of the furniture is new, and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, fully stocked with new essentials. We appreciated that they provided chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a cooler. The location is convenient and family-friendly. We can’t wait to come back!
