The property was exactly as described. We arrived to a clean welcoming condo with a short walk to the beach. All amenities were in good condition. We needed to contact the management company over a few minor things and they responded quickly and immediately took care of the issue.

What an amazing week we had on Hilton Head. The villa was clean, spacious, and steps from the beach, pool and our favorite General Store. Our dog Elphie loved exploring and playing with other dogs on the beach. We look forward to returning!

My family and I loved the convenience to everything the resort had to offer. We loved having the bikes to ride around the resort, and appreciated the beach chairs very much. We loved the kitchen and its many pots, pans and utensils. We love the Moorings and its proximity to the beach. This unit could benefit from A day with a handyman to fix minor issues like the shower rod, the dryer that did not fully dry at times, and the low water pressure in the hallway bathroom. There is a strong sulfur smell in the primary bedroom, in the sink. None of these changed a fantastic vacation , but would have been a nice fix.

We always enjoy staying at The Moorings in Palmetto Dunes. It's such a great community and the properties are nothing short of amazing. We always stay here when we come to HHI and will continue to do so in the future.

The floor plan is nice as bedrooms are separated by living room and kitchen space. Clean and comfortable and dogs are welcome. Perfect spot for our family.

We had a great stay at the Moorings! Such a great location, within steps to the beach, community pool, tennis courts, and the Dunes house. The property management was easy to work with and provided us with constant communication. Overall, great stay and can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and I stayed in The Moorings in early March 2024. The unit was very clean and equipped with the essentials. We went to the beach every day and rode the bicycles which were included in the rental. We also played pickleball at the nearby courts. The only disappointment was that we could not use the pool as the weather was cool. Will return next year.

The only thing I think is needed is an upgrade on glassware. We donated 4 Dollar Tree mugs to start the upgrade!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away; 5mins. It was pet friendly. Everything worked great. We will be coming back specifically to this unit. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

We had a great time at the Moorings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is in a great location; the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Also nice to have the bikes and beach chairs! The apartment could need a few updates in the two master bathrooms and also new couch. We had a great time though and would love to come back! Thanks!

We had an incredible stay!! We spent the week with our 3 daughters (25, 18, 14). The property is so spacious that we all had ample room to spread out and also had great privacy. It’s a short jaunt to the beach and literally a few steps to the pool all day and a short bike ride to so many activities. We didn’t even have to get in a car if we didn’t want!! We will definitely be back!!

This unit was conveniently located near the beach and Dunes House restaurant. It was an easy walk to both. The unit conveniently provided 2 bikes and allowed for pets. We did have some trouble getting in with the key code, but I may have taken a screenshot of the code from the app prematurely, not thinking the code would be changed at check in time! We were able to get the new code promptly with a call to the rental agency. Kitchen supplies were adequate. There were several games and books. The washing machine and dryer held large loads. I would rent this unit again.

Property clean, location great minutes from the beach. Property managers very attentive. Only recommendation is that it could use some updating, especially Dining seating, only for 4, but kitchen very well equipped. Windows poor visibility due to moisture between pane. Dog friendly, so not only did we have a wonderful stay, so did our Pooch.

Location here is the name of the game. This was our first stay in The Moorings. Don’t think we’ll go anywhere else from this point on. Thanks for the two adult bikes. Three bathrooms was perfect with two tween girls. Preparing for departure was a breeze too.

The owners will need to update the furniture soon and the dryer needs a lint trap or replaced. It takes forever to dry clothes because the lint trap seems plugged.

The condo was beautiful. The only issues we had were that they didn't thoroughly clean under and behind things. We found a lot of dust and dog hair when we got there. Also the ice maker did not work right. We had to pull the ice out. Other than that everything was gorgeous and we had a marvelous time and hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed my week at this property. It’s hard to find a place close to the beach that allows dogs, is a nice as it is, and for a reasonable rate. I’d recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to the beach, has a pet and need a place to fit a group of up to 5 comfortably.

This was our first time going to Hilton Head for vacation and it was a phenomenal experience. Our unit was clean and well appointed. It was pet friendly and close to the beach and other places of interest. It was a wonderful trip and we will be back.

Any time I called with a question (couldn't get bike lock off and couldn't figure out how to lock the front door) I left them a message, they called me back quickly and they came out and helped me quickly! They were so nice. This is a great location too!
