This condo is absolutely gorgeous and in the most perfect spot! So close to the beach and all the walking trails around sea pines were so nice.

We were very pleased with our villa, the interior was spotless and had obviously been recently updated. The view of the Plantation Golf Club course and clubhouse was very scenic. The swimming pool had ample seating and plenty of both shallow and deep water. I would not hesitate to rebook this property.

The unit has been nicely updated and had everything we needed, except for cooking spices. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but were fine for our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Hilton Head.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has an amazing view and it's updated and beautiful inside. Comfortable couch for relaxing after riding bikes & beach fun. Our two complaints are: we all said the beds & pillows were too hard. No one slept well. And there are no rugs (other than one under couch.) We put a beach towel down near front door so as not to track in sand. We would rent this unit again.

Our son, daughter-in-law, and 3 grandchildren stayed in this property. It was roomy and comfortable for them. The beach was a 10 min walk and it was centrally located for bike riding. We have no complaints and would return!

The condo is beautifully renovated, clean and has everything you need to enjoy the many amenities of Sea Pines. It's obvious thet the owners take great pride in their home. We sat on the back deck and enjoyed the view of amazing sunrises and sunsets along with the pristine Atlantic Dunes golf course and Fraser's Restaurant. True paradise, golf course at the back door and the beautiful beach an easy 10 minute walk. Can't wait to stay again!

The villa was clean, very comfortable, and the view of our golf course and clubhouse made a stunning backdrop during the full moon. The rental is very close to the Beach Club. We used 2 beach chairs and all 4 bikes included with with the rental. Recommendation: The pots and pans are coated in Teflon, which is worn. We purchased a large deep frying pan and used it for stove top cooking.

Stayed in this wonderful house with family over Spring Break and everyone loved it. Cute, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed for the week. Great bikes for getting around to all the fun local things to do. Steps from golf , fishing and swimming. Can’t wait to go back.

This unit was perfect. Our view of the golf course was beautiful. Everything in the unit was in good working order and clean. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes and we could bike anywhere in Seapines on the bike path. The bicycles that came with the unit were in very good shape so we did not have to rent bikes.

The unit was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in, especially the kitchen and outside seating. The location was perfect (quick walk or bike to the beach club), and this end unit of villas was quiet. When I needed to reach out to the management company, they returned my call promptly.

This spot was the perfect location and stay for our beach trip. The view is very nice too! The home was spacious and comfortable. The renovated areas were very nice! We liked how the home came with bikes. The pool is in the same strip of homes. You will need to take trolley from the trolley parking lot and go to the beach from there. You can’t park at the beach club. Overall it was the perfect place to stay for our trip! Would come back to this rental!

The villa was cleaned thoroughly. Quick walk to pool. Bike paths at entrance to area. Parking was an issue due to people without passes staying with others. We paid for additional pass since we had 2 vehicles. We were able to use 2 out of the 4 beach chairs, thankfully we brought some with us. Was great having washer and dryer, however the washing machine needs to be replaced or repaired. Could only run when we weren’t there since it was extremely loud. The backyard views are amazing. Loved that each room has its own full bathroom. We stayed very active and ate out each night. This was a nice affordable option for staying in Sea Pines for the first time. Also loved the pictures on display of the family that owns the unit. Made for great conversation with the little ones.

One of the best places we have stayed on Hilton Head. This unit is an easy walk to the beach club, good central location in Sea Pines. All bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and have their own bathrooms. Downstairs felt more spacious than I had expected from the pictures. All bathrooms have been updated. New kitchen. Appreciated the 4 bikes and chairs. The space for beach stuff outside is very convenient with a hose. We are likely to return here. Well maintained place.

Beautiful home! Loved the location! Only a two minute bike ride to get to the beach. Everything you need is in the house. Nicely decorated and over looked golf course! Pool nearby was super convenient as well! Just a beautiful and well maintained home… loved it!

Enjoyed biking trails for both biking and walking. Unit was clean, modest cooking utensils, master bed comfortable, and a nice view of the golf course. Only one of 4 beach chairs was usable, living furniture somewhat uncomfortable, and TV operating instructions were wrong. Rented different bikes than those provided due to poor condition of them. Need to have onsite recycling, although can recycle on Weds and Sat mornings at Sea Pines Plaza.

Everything about this place was great. Plenty of space, clean, great location in sea pines on the golf course, and the 4 bikes included was fantastic. We biked the trails several times. This was our third consecutive winter trip to HHI and this was definitely the best place we have stayed. If we return to HHI we will stay here again!

While all of the properties that we have stayed at have been very satisfactory , this property was by far our absolute favorite. The location was superb, great view of the golf course, so close to the ocean, and the beach club. The property itself was clean and well supplied- nice, comfortable furnishings. We would stay at this location every year if we could! Island Rentals is by far the best agency to rent through- good pricing, great selection of properties, attentive maintenance staff, plus 4 bikes are included in the price! We have been very pleased with Island Rentals and specifically this property and of course have recommended it to many of our friends!

This property was perfect for a girls getaway. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bikes were a great addition and the view of the golf course was beautiful. Proximity to Sea Pines Beach Club and Coast Restaurant was a huge plus. The only down side was that the tennis club in Sea Pines was booked for a tournament so we had to drive elsewhere for courts. And the Sea Pines Trolleys hadn’t started operating yet. Just things to be aware of for our next visit. Would absolutely stay here again.

This villa was close to the beach in Sea Pines and close to restaurants, shopping and grocery. It was pretty well stocked kitchen, though the utensils for cooking could have been better along with lids for the pans and pots.

We have stayed at 423 Plantation Club in Sea Pines four out of the past five years. It’s a great vacation unit. The location cannot be beat as it sits right in the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. The beach is a short walk away. The setup of the unit is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This condo is conveniently located within Sea Pines. It is close to Harbor Town and South Beach. Backs up to the Atlantic Dunes golf course and is easy access to Sea Pines Beach Club, pool, and bike paths.

Can use new ones if your going to advertise for use with property. We wound up renting chairs and bicycles. Thx

Property was updated and has a great location and view. The kitchen items need to be updated and better stocked for families that cook in the home ( ie cutting boards, pans). The bikes are nice to have but need to be swapped out for better working ones during the season. We would stay there again because of the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great vacation staying in this rental. The view of the golf course was beautiful. It was picture perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook our meals (who am I kidding? I was on vacation...we ate out most meals!). We did cook a couple times :). The unit was clean and had a good starter kit of cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable. My suggestions would be to have updated furniture in the Guest Room with the king bed and the living room furniture. The dresser drawers were tough to open and close and the couch and chairs were not very comfy. It's nice to be able to lounge around in the evenings after being out all day but we weren't able to do that with the uncomfortable wicker chairs. The location was ideal! It was a short walk to the Beach Club, short drive to Harbortown and also to South Beach Marina. Overall, I would definitely choose this unit to stay in again.

The golf course views from the back of the condo were amazing with ceiling to floor windows and the natural light coming in were amazing! The bedrooms were all satisfactory, however a blow dryer would have been nice!! The carpeting was pretty dirty, but that comes with weekly rentals when guests don't treat their accommodations like their home. The kitchen was well appointed and clean and up to date. We loved our time there and the dining table holds many memories of family meals and playing games. Thank you for the new grill as it was nice to grill out one of our days there! We definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful time but suggestions for improvements would be. New skillets, dishwasher left stains on glass, grill was not operational (reported). Bikes were beat up, seen some roaches seen.

Wonderful villa with ample space for our family of 5. Must add convenient having bikes provided, in great condition, and ready to use was great. South Beach Bike rental was fantastic to work with! Rental company was quick to respond prior to arrival (did not need anything once there). Will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay at this villa. It was renovated recently and everything is pristine. It is very comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the golf course. The location was also great. We rode bikes to South Beach and to Harbor Town. The beach is an easy walk. We had a great vacation here.
