Great stay especially if you love the beach-it was an 8 minute walk door to shore with public beach access. There is a storage box in front of home with a wagon, 4 nice beach chairs, some bodyboards. We left a couple blow ups for the pool and a beach umbrella. To clarify, this rental does not have bikes, we rented them. There is a vacuum cleaner and brooms now in front closet. The air conditioning worked great, the upstairs stayed cool. The refrigerator/freezer is completely emptied between each stay. Drip coffee maker. The pool is so close-literally behind the back patio wall. Appreciated the 3 en suites, as it provided plenty of space and privacy. My only suggestion is to provide separate pool/beach towels. Would rent again.

Great location. Good access to pool and beach. Great shopping around all within walking distances. No broom in the unit to clean throughout the trip. Also with an infant the blinds in front of the Furnace & storage under the stairs weren’t ideal - every time the A/C kicked in it got really loud. Minor details though to an incredible trip!!

Great vacation. Accommodations were perfect. Was worried about it being far from the beach but it wasn’t far at all. I could leave for the beach a little after 9:00 am, take tent to beach to claim our spot and be back at the condo by 9:25 am. Nice being within walking distance of Coligny too.

We were in HH for a tennis camp and the townhouse was exactly what we needed. It was close to tennis, restaurants and the beach! The space was exactly liked the description and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be central to everything.

We brought our daughter to Van Der Meer for a tennis camp and this location was perfect! Our family(of 4) had plenty of space and the area was great for biking or walking to the beach and restaurants.

Booked a last minute trip to Hilton Head with family and could not have been happier we booked here. The unit itself is really nice and is very close to the beach/restaurants/shops at Coligny Park. It was super easy to check-in and communication was great. Will definitely look to rent from here on future trips!

This place was perfect for our family. We loved being right by the pool! The walk to the beach was further than expected especially with hauling an 8 month old so we just parked at Coligny beach parking lot. The beach chairs were great!

It has a nice back patio with table/chairs with the pool entrance only a few steps from the patio. On the front patio there is a Storage box that contains new beach chairs and a wagon for use and a bike rack if you bring/rent bikes. We Rented Bikes from the place in front of Holiday Inn Express. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza (figured out a short cut by walking past the pool to the other side of the complex - turn left at the parking lot and then right at the entrance). We will definitely book this place again.

Our stay was lovely! The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean and well appointed. A few more plastic dishes and cups would have been helpful for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach was doable, even with a two year old. We did drive to the three 15 minute parking spaces by the Seaside Villas/beach access and dropped people and beach supplies off a few times too. Having the pool outside our patio was also so convenient. We had a great time at the beach and love HHI. Thank you for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!

The condo is well sized and the area is quiet. We could walk to the giant playground in minutes and the beach within a few more. We bought a few more kid friendly items for the kitchen and needed some blankets. The bikes were not included with the condo like the images indicated. So we had to sort out more activities. Overall great!

The dishes were dirty and so was the bedding upstairs. We just ran the dishwasher and washed the sheets when we got in. Location was great and the courtyard was wonderful with kids and access to the beach. Would stay again!

Overall, great stay. The unit was clean and was a great fit for our party, 4 adults/2 kids. Pool was the best amenity, only steps away and very nice. Beach was a 10 min. Walk which was a bit too much for my elderly parents, but fine for adults and kids. Bikes and beach chairs/wagon was also nice. Overall, great stay and we hope to return again!

Great location! Walking distance to a few beaches, many restaurants, and shopping. Pool access is right outside the patio. Patio offered my toddler enough space to run when we were sitting outside.

This is a wonderful place to stay at HHI. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults--plenty of space to be together and plenty of space for privacy. Condo was well-supplied and everything was in good working order. Very quiet location--might have been because it was mid-October. We enjoyed the private outdoor space, too. And we made excellent use of the provided bicycles, beach chairs and the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. We have stayed at several HHI properties--all nice--but the Beach Villas was a hands-down favorite, and we hope to return again and again.

Can't complain about anything! Clean and comfortable. Loved the included bikes and beach chairs. We could walk or ride bikes to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Our stay was great! Started rough with broken bed frame and missed trash under 2 beds. But management was right on it with maintenance man on site and made repairs/cleaned.

We loved the condo. It was not too far from the beach. There were four bikes to use which was such a nice feature. The beach chairs were also a great plus. It was so nice not to have to worry about that stuff. It was obvious the condo has recently been updated. My only complaint is that "fitness center" was listed as an amenity. I called the property manager to find out how to access it. Unfortunately there is no fitness center on site. The property manager explained that there was one down the street that you get a discounted price for. So definitely not an amenity. Ultimately not a deal breaker. We loved the condo and would rent there again. The pool was really nice parking was never an issue.
